• UMI NAZRAH (6/5): - The washroom mirror design is unique. No table no chair for guests to do our office works. Usually hotel rooms provide table and chair even for single room. I have to do it on the bed.

First time jumpa hotel mcm ni. 2. Tak allert pun booking kita.masa check in staf baru nak cek,sambil cakap tel. 3.breakfast yg basic shj 3.bilik agak berdebu dan bilik air ada daki 4.hotel tak sepadan ngan bintang 5.tak sepadan ngan bayaran.

• Mohamad (6/5): - Very dispointed with booking system, before I finish the booking payment in the system said for pay later is lower then payment now. But when I take pay later totally change the price.
• Shamini (4/5): Looks like a 2 star budget hotel - The executive suite was very spacious. -Poor system and customer service. I was waiting for nearly 40 minutes to check in because of double booking problems for other customers. -Poor cleanliness. The walk away carpet is so dirty and has many stains. Even the couch inside the room has some mucus stains and the white bedsheets also have some stains. -Bathroom doors inside the room cannot be locked. The shower holder also spoiled. -The entire hotel environment looks so dull and I really have eye pain seeing the wall colours, which is pink wallpaper on one side and green wall on another side.

This is a serious matter and caused significant distress, as we arrived at the hotel at approximately 4:00 a.m. accompanied by elderly family members. The hotel staff did not handle the situation in a professional or appropriate manner. Furthermore, to date, we have not received adequate assistance from Booking.com despite reporting this issue. This raises serious concerns regarding customer safety and trust, as a confirmed and paid reservation did not guarantee check-in or immediate support. We request an urgent explanation, resolution, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and hardship caused.

The room too small.. abt receptionist 1 staff so blur when asking everything dont know.. the way he talk so arrogant.. i asking about payment & what time can check in he answer like mcm nak layan tak layan mcm sombong… i dont rmember his name.. dont like his attitude in front desk… but his friends the one who is short is good & friendly…

I might choose this hotel in near future if need to outstation. The white wall is not concrete. Might be dangerous. The parking is so less lighting. Very scary and dangerous. You might consider to put more lights
