• Jacques (4/5): Getting less than expected - The staff was great - helpful & friendly. The air conditioning was a blessing. Beds are firm, but comfortable. Rooms get cleaned every day and you get bottled water. The pool was under construction (in summer). The room was smaller than on any of the photos and right next to a busy road. This can get pretty noisy. I don't believe this hotel should be rated this high.

• Daniel (6/5): The rooms are a bit dated but beds are comfortable, good aircon and a hot shower. The swimming pool was a disaster area - The staff are lovely and it’s a great location for boat Avenue The swimming pool was green and water very, very dirty.

• Leanne (7/5): Basic but that's all I wanted - Location was Close to everything I wanted to see and do, close to shops bars and every you thing u need Hotel its self was over looking water at night this was lovely Clean and efficient rooms I wasn't shown where anything was in the hotel, the pool that is shown i saw through some broken fences walking past the hotel but it seemed un usable and unclean. Not a complaint but just something I had thought about

• Mia (7/5): Good for a short stay. - The room was really nice and clean and it's in a good area The pool was absolutely disgusting and a health hazard. I don't think it has been cleaned for weeks it was vulgar and i wouldn't encourage anyone to go into it.

• Lian (7/5): Nice hotel for the price you pay. - Location was good for boat avenue. 30min walk to the beach or a taxi/tuktuk for 200baht. The room was clean and was kept clean too. Balcony was big and good for us as our daughter could sleep and we could still have a drink outside. We never went to the pool as there is a huge construction site right beside it.. This was one of our reasons for booking as the pool looked nice on the website. If you don't care about this definitely go here!

• Raitis (9/5): Superb - The staff was great and super welcoming. They gave us the best room at the far end of the hotel, away from the road and the ongoing construction in the lobby. The pool was fine, but it's located just 5 meters from the main road, in case you haven't checked the map yet. If you book a room on the roadside, it will be noisy due to the traffic.

• Ash (5/5): Undergoing a Major Renovation - Room is spacious and per the photos and the bed is comfortable. Did not know this was undergoing a major renovation. Otherwise, we would've booked elsewhere. Near lobby area, front size of hotel and pool area is a building zone. Pool is out of use. Internet was unreliable to the bedrooms (hence another guest was working in the hallway) although after they adjusted something it worked sufficiently for us.
• Aravindha63 (6/5): Love the location and staff are very friendly. - Location and the staff I don’t like the fact that most of the facilities were under renovation and I don’t believe that I received an email regarding renovation. The room was very clean but showing signs of being rundown. The swimming pool had no walls so unfortunately uncomfortable to use. Open to the street and cars and can be seen by anyone on foot.

• Paula (6/5): Pleasant - The rooms were comfortable and clean, you can walk to nice cafes If you don't get the lake view room then you get a room right next to the road, with a tiny courtyard, although I'd say you can hear the road from the otherside too. There was construction going on at the property next, which by the looks will take a long time, so it was very loud by the pool, I didn't even bother trying to swim there

• Kanya (8/5): Very good - I liked the size of the rooms! The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Cute, little spot that is near Villa Market where you can buy everything you need that the USA also has. Room had a mini fridge but would be great to have a microwave! Breakfast was decent but wish there was an ice machine and laundry service. I wish there was a door or a shower curtain so the water from the shower didn't spray out to the sink and the floor. It does not make sense to me that the shower and the sink would use the same space. Not enough parking spaces for a resort. We rented a car from Phuket Airport and had to find parking elsewhere that was not in the front of the resort on Day 2. The resort literally had only 4 parking spots and on the side was mopeds. It fits maybe 4-5 mopeds.

The staff are all lovely, with a special mention for Ploy, who was always delightful. Nothing to dislike

• Eamon1992 (10/5): Lovely peaceful and comfortable hotel - Staff were very friendly, lagoon was beautiful and peaceful with lots of wild life, room was spacious and clean. Everything was lovely but the pool could do with a bit more shelter and shade as it was a bit gooey at the bottom of the shallow end, potentially some mold due to exposure.

Thank you to the staff, their positivity brightened up a disa - The staff and location were the only things that smoothed out the impression of the hotel Thin walls - you can hear any rustle in the neighboring room. Five rooms of the hotel are located less than a meter from the road and the noise of engines prevents sleeping all night. There is no ventilation in the bathroom - not really an option for a romantic trip

Glad I didn’t pay extra for the breakfast though, was willing to do it one morning and it wasn’t even an option, even though they advertised it online!

• David (7/5): Very convenient and nice hotel to stay at within 5 mins walk of Boat Avenue - Location is very nice, close to local amenities in Boat Avenue - restaurants, coffee bars etc. Also free parking on-site. The room was very large and spacious, good air con. I didn't eat at the hotel as I ate locally elsewhere with some friends. The location is also fairly quiet - no noise at all from outside - the room faces a lake. Hotel is a bit old compared with some other hotels around so the decor inside and outside is a little tired. The facilities are also a bit spartan - no Gym or Pool, but this did not bother me as I have stayed there before and know the place.

I could hear loud music coming from somewhere. unsure where. AC didn’t seem to work to its fullest capacity, even when on the right setting.
• Lukas (8/5): This is a chabana experience - Upon arrival I was considering whether or not I have arrived in a real place. But if you are looking for a real chabana experience, this is definately a resort. The receptionist was a cat, but we were able to talk things through and check into our waterfront habitat. The lakeview is promising as it promises you a view over the lake. Whether the lake itself is a lake, one has to decide by themselves & live with the consequences. In general I had a solid 3 nights there and can't stress enough that you have to experience it to believe it.
• Christina (1/5): Very poor value - Large room with lots of light Very expensive for Thailand and given the location, which was far from the beach. Did not feel like a four star hotel - I stayed in many better 2 star hotels in Phuket and other parts of Thailand. On the first night I came home to a frog and a cockroach in my bathroom and all the hotel offered me was a free breakfast. There were also ants on the floor. I might expect to get some wildlife in a lower grade hotel but for this price I was not happy. I checked out early and moved to a better located, much cheaper hotel. The hotel would not give me any kind of refund despite only staying one out of my original four nights.
• Marianne (3/5): Our party members were not impressed checked out upon arrival and booked another hotel. - Staff was kind but seemed uninterested upon arrival. Rooms were big. Not far from the airport. Lilly pads in the lagoon were cute. Staff was nice enough to help set up a taxi. Property was messy upon arrival, lots of construction and debris at entrance, rooms were stuffy and smelled moldy, lots of wear and tear on furniture. Lagoon was pretty but the surrounding views were not. Pool was not issuable, it was super dirty. Checkin seemed shoddy, not welcoming nor any explanation about the hotel. No AC in check in area-whole experience getting transactional.
• Gary (5/5): I only stayed there because of the location, but it won’t happen again - location terrible beds and pillows. unclean. built cheap and without any thought of clients needs; ie towel rails, hooks to hang clothes or towels on; the height and positioning of basins, shower curtains etc etc etc
