- Verified traveler (8/5): 늦은 저녁 도착이라면 공항 근처 쉬었다 가는 숙소로 괜찮아요. - 처음에 공항 픽업 무료 서비스가 있는 걸 보고 예약했는데 막상 요청하니 유료였어요. 몇 차례나 메일을 주고 받고 고객센터에도 문의했는데 결론은 2일 이상 숙박일 때만 무료 픽업이었고 이후 홈페이지 안내문구도 바뀌었더라구요. 가기 전부터 조금 기분이 좋지는 않았어요. 공항에서 멀지 않아서 늦은 밤 도착이라서 잠시 들르는 개념으로 이용했어요. 영어 및 번역기 소통이 안돼서 조금 불편했지만 공항과의 거리와 가성비를 생각한다면 괜찮을 것 같아요. 직원들이 열심히 잔디밭에 물주고 정리하는 모습도 많이 보였어요. 잘 관리하고 있었어요. 숙소에서 쉬기보다 관광을 위주로 하고 숙소에서는 잠깐만 묵는다면 가성비 좋은 숙소입니다(수영장도 있어요.)

- Mickey (4/5): - There is no one 8n the hotel that speaks English , there is a building going up behind the hotel , so they where burning the land , so all the smoke was at the hotel , and then they started construction at 7 am , there is never any sun at the pools due to the pools location, the breakfast you have to get there early we’ll before 9 or there is no food or dishes , the staff does not clear the dishes of the tables , so half the time you have to move dishes away , plus the breakfast was not very good , for North America, maybe for the Russians , not sure , overall very over rated , this is not a new hotel , and the rooms reflect that ,

- プラハ (4/5): - 最初に案内された部屋は、テレビもなく直ぐフロントに連絡。満室だとのことで他の部屋は無いとの事。じゃあ、予約した会社へ連絡すると伝えたら待ってくれと言われて30分くらい待たされた。やっと部屋を移れたが、PM11時頃のチェックインだったので疲れもピークに達した。部屋の清掃、従業員の態度や対応は3星以下。唯一の救いは、プールが２ツあったこととビーチまで徒歩５分だったことくらい。あと、空港までの送りが無料だった。

Frukostbuffén var trångt under vissa timmar och urvalet av mat var ganska litet. Passar bra för den som inte kommer hänga så mycket på hotellet.
- katherine (8/5): Good hotel - Overall, enjoyed my stay. I liked the location but crossing road to get to beach sometimes tricky because of traffic. The beach area by the mud bath spa was my favourite for lounging by beach and bar service. There are plenty of restaurants close by and taxis always out front if needed. The free pickup from the airport was great Room clean, great amenities (coffee, tea, 2 bottles, minibar) Downsides: 1) no “Do Not Disturb” signs so housekeeping didn’t know if you wanted room done or not and would inadvertently disturb you. I unfortunately was sick during half of my stay and DID NOT want to be disturbed. 2) the breakfast room was out of control. People were crazy, pushing and shoving. The set up of the breakfast room is an odd shape and too small for the amount of people in hotel. Was so crowded, you couldn’t see where to grab plate or cups. Plus the tables are poorly made, putting your legs under the table impossible if you anyone other than a child or a petite Asian person. The chairs are so ridiculously heavy hard to move them, but this same all over Vietnam. 3) leaving passports at the front desk. I checked out and forgot I didn’t have it with me and was almost an hour away when I realized this and had to pay above my 460,000 Dong another 300,000 to turn back and get it. I had called hotel and advised I was coming back, but was annoyed when I returned all 3 or 4 employees laughed about it. 4). Lobby played loud music night & day

Near the hotel, there are numerous places to eat and it is also fairly close to the beach. We will definitely come again when we're back in Phu Quoc.

- JUNYOUNG (10/5): Pleasant stay in Praha Hotel - It was so nice to stay in Praha. They are located in the beach resort area near the airport and they have free pick-up service. The hotel is not located in right near the beach but it is within 5min walking distance to the beach and two pools in Praha was also awesome to enjoy sunset. The room was clean and good. In this price, you will not easy to find this quality. I will come back again. Thank you for your service as well.

Dopo tutto Phú Quoc é in pieno sviluppo e molti si sono improvvisati, l’isola é da tutti i punti di vista della civiltà ancora molto indietro. Comunque il Praha é fantastico, servizio accoglienza ottimo, housekeeping fin dalle prime ore del mattino e funziona bene. Ottima colazione. É vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Ristorantini nei pressi dove mangiare. L’edificio A dove ero io é ben insonorizzato e anche le tende oscuranti ci hanno permesso di riposare bene. Ha dato una svolta alla nostra vacanza un po’ deludente per altri aspetti.

Location of the hotel is not convenient for people who wants to enjoy the beach, even though the beach is just across the street from the hotel. You need to get access thru a resort which is situated right in front of the beach in order to enjoy the water . That’s because the walkway to the beach has not been completed for the hotel residents. Very inconvenient.

- Brian (10/5): Great value for money! - Phu Quoc is like an undeveloped Maui, and the Praha is a great affordable place to stay while you're there. Ocean view room for three, with a balcony, is only one-quarter of the price of a similar accommodation in North America or Europe. The pool is cool and quiet, the staff treat their guests like good friends, the breakfast buffet is excellent, and I'm coming back next year!

Unfortunately when we had to change room we ended up in one where the previous guests had been smoking inside and the hotel was fully booked so we couldn't change room. The smell was awful. Apart from that they have a fish pond at the front that is to shallow and contains to many fishes for one that size. I would still recommend this hotel as it was really good.

Hotels helped us to arrange renting motorbike, hotels provides very good massages in the hotel, flip flops, towels to the beach, gave us hints very to go, where to eat... Only small negative point is the breakfast. Breakfast is good with variety food, but the organization of the breakfast is poor. You have to wait for egs, bread, food, juice... and they have juice from the box instead of fresh juice from great local fruit.

Immediate local area was a tad dirty - some garbage / loud construction when you’re lounging by the pool. But it’s easy to get to the beach and if you walk towards Duong Dong, there’s loads of restaurants.

- Peter (4/5): Less than average - It's not 4.5 rated compared to other hotels, i stayed 2 weeks, clean sheets = 0, room tidy as a 2 min job, pool is tiny, location is 1km short of where you want to be....
- Moira (10/5): Nice hotel, accomadating staff - Nice hotel, accomadating staff, great pool. Many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Hotel is situated across a busy road and 5 minutes walk from Long Beach. Although beautiful and lovely clear water Long Beach is becoming overdeveloped. A lot of resorts have private beaches and some areas that remain have rubbish and little shade. We hired a motorbike and were able to visit other beaches such as Ong Lang (beautiful and more user friendly for independent visitors).
- Erik (10/5): One of the best 3* hotels I stayed - Hotel is clean staff is very kind and helpfull. WiFi is working very good and the price is good to. You even have free shuttle to airport.
- Jess (8/5): Comfortable stay - Nice hotel, close enough to the beach and nice restaurants. The staff are very friendly however a slight language barrier with some only speaking minimal English if any at all. However, they are very accommodating in understanding your needs and attending to them.
- Elizabeth (10/5): Lovely hotel - The hotel has lovely, helpful staff who were happy to help us with any request. The rooms are clean and well equipped. The free airport pickup and drop off was particularly useful. The surrounding area has a few nice restaurants nearby but would recommend a taxi to duong dong to go to the night market and for more variety in the evening. Overall a very pleasant stay.
- Michelle (8/5): Great hotel in an up and coming Location. - The hotel us great and can't complain about the facilities. The only downside is that there is not too much going on around the hotel. A lot of building work which means that it's dusty and not the most aesthetically pleasing for the location. However, when the building works in the surrounding areas are i ished it will mean that the overall score for the hotel will be better.
- Shelley (8/5): - We enjoyed our stay at the Praha. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room would have been beautiful if they had maintained it. You could see that there was water damage from the shower and all they had done was remove the damaged drywall. All in all, would maybe stay here again but would maybe find a place directly on the beach. This is close and we could see the ocean from our room but you have to cross a busy street and walk down to the beach.
- Susan (10/5): Fantastic boutique hotel. - The Praha hotel is lovely and so are their staff. The breakfast is fantastic. Beach access is easy and the water is delightful and warm. My problem is not with the hotel.....it is terrific. It is with the area. There is soooo much garbage along the road and near the beach. Phu Quoc needs to clean it up if they want to attract people and present themselves as a resort island.

- Thi (10/5): Good hotel - I stayed there for 3 days in November. Praha hotel is not near Duong Dong center, but it's very good with quiet place, good service, friendly staff. There are some good restaurants like May and F5. You should ask to rent a motorbike to discover many beautiful places in the island, my experience was great!
- Seasoned travel (8/5): Nice hotel, but... couldn't sleep. - Hotel was nice but the location was a little far from the action. Location wasn't much a problem because we were able to hire scooters for decent rates from the hotel to get around. The room was neat and tidy and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. My biggest problem was the airconditioning in the room. I found it difficult to get a good night's sleep because it was so hot. I had it set to the lowest temperature, but it wasn't powerful enough to cool the room properly. It's definitely cooler than outside, but not by much. Also, the power goes out once the card is taken out so every time I returned to the room, I'd have to wait a long time for aircon to bring the temperature down slightly.
- Thi Minh Xuan (10/5): A real bargain - It was a very nice stay in Phu Quoc with Praha Hotel. They had free transfer from the airport back and forth. Friendly staff who were always having smiles on the faces, good location which was opposite to the beach and just taking 15 mins to get to the main town. They also had a nice and clean swimming pool.The room was big and comfortable. We stayed there for 4 nights, the room was made up everyday. Breakfast was included in the price which was quite reasonable i think. We definitely will go back to this hotel if we travel to Phu Quoc again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice hotel - All the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Our room was lovely and big with a balcony that faced the direction of the sea (the sea could just about be seen in the distance). This was nice to watch the sunset from. There are some restaurants nearby and the hotel and it is about a 15 minute walk to the main part of town where there are more. The hotel rents motorcycles for the day at a good rate, which can be used to get in to town quickly or to travel to other beaches on the island. Breakfast selection was good, and the pool was nice to relax by.
- Trang (8/5): Satisfied and feel relaxed - Thanks for hotels.com for your introduction of Praha hotel :)! I feel quite satisfied with this hotel, esp. room size (very comfortable for our couple), bed size (soft and big, my bf like it much :) and good facility. All these things are acceptable with the price we book at hotels.com. The disadvantage is that it has no private beach like surrounding beach. Anyway, it is also acceptable to have a beach near hotel (not a private beach) and it has a pool. Breakfast is fine. I'll book this hotel again if I come back to Phu Quoc island for coming times!
- Hugo (10/5): Excellent Phu Quoc hotel - Praha is a brilliant hotel! Recently opened, with wonderful management and staff. The pool area is fantastic and a great spot to enjoy some R&R. Breakfast is freshly cooked and offers a good range. Room is very comfortable. Overall, the hotel is fantastic value too.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Worth the price! - I stayed this hotel for one night by myself. Staff was very kind and room was great. I enjoyed breakfast also. This hotel is not on the beach but close enough to get there.
- Steven (10/5): A good hotel if you don't need a resort - Brandnew hotel... great staffs that go out of their ways to make you happy. Breakfast needs to improve a little but otherwise... excellent!
