La situation géographique est vraiment très éloignée de tout, ce qui n’était absolument pas mis en avant dans l’annonce. Les photos sont trompeuses et clairement retouchées, notamment concernant le paysage et l’environnement autour du logement. La réalité sur place est très différente de ce qui est présenté sur Booking. Le rapport qualité/prix est totalement aberrant au vu des prestations proposées. À ce tarif, on s’attend à beaucoup mieux et surtout à une annonce honnête. Je ne recommande pas cet établissement.

• Tom (7/5): Ein schönes Hotel grundsolide allerdings für den Preis hatten wir uns mehr erhofft. - Die Optik des Hotels war schön. Viel aus Holz und schöne Pflanzen. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr bemüht. Die Zimmer haben eine gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Lage war schon sehr abgelegen. Leider gab es fußläufig nichts in der Nähe, weder ein Restaurant noch ein kleiner Shop. Weshalb man auf das Hotel eigene Restaurant angewiesen war. Die Preise dort waren für Vietnamesische Verhältnisse sehr hoch. Das Meer war leider auch nicht schön am Hotel, es gab keine Möglichkeit ins Wasser zugehen allerdings wollte man dies auch nicht, da das Wasser sehr dreckig war (viel Müll und teilweise etwas komisch gerochen hat). Das Personal war grundsätzlich bemüht leider sprachen einige Mitarbeiter kaum englisch weswegen es mehrfach zu Missverständnissen gekommen ist.

• Melanie Jane (4/5): - The staff we're so lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was good. The resort has/had alot of potential, just don't go expecting clear clean water. There was lots of rubbish scattered along the shore and through the water. We stayed in the over water bungalow, which was nice, however it is a little dated, especially for the price you pay. The accommodation is a bit of a drive away from everything so keep that in mind. If you have a car or scooter, not a problem, if not, I wouldn't recommend staying more the one or two nights if you don't want to just hang out the the resort.

• Andrea (8/5): Zum entspannen super - Schönes großes Zimmer, bequemes Bett, lecker Frühstück mit asiatischem & europäische Auswahl. Super guter Kaffee … Pool war ok, sind oft zum Strand gefahren. Roller kann man easy im Hotel ausleihen für 200K Dong = 7€ pro Tag . Hotel ist sehr ruhig super zum entspannen .., etwa außerhalb aber hier ist erlebt man die locals- sehr gutes Essen im Nächstem Dorf für 2€ Leider kein Strand und recht viel Müll im Meer, die Bar hatte nur einmal offen wäre ne tolle Location für das Abendessen gewesen.

• Paul (1/5): Ne venez pas ici. - Chambre spacieuse. Tout. Pour commencer le logement est à 40 minutes en voiture des villes où plages sympa, on en a pour 50€ de grab par jour pour les déplacements. Ensuite aucune flexibilité, une fois réservé ils ne sont pas ouvert aux changement de dates. Par la suite la piscine est sale. La mer est noir, impossible de se baigner évidemment car pas de plage. La chambre est hyper bruyante, entre le chien et la route on entend TOUT. La douche fuie dans toute la salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment pas bon. Les plats sont chères au restaurants. Et tout ça pour 2,5million VND la nuit c’est un scandale. Ne faite pas l’erreur de louer ici, prenez un peu plus chère dans le sud mais ne venez surtout pas ici en pensant que c’est le club med.

• kevin (10/5): Excellent experience, highly recommended. - Amazing over water experience, very well maintained property. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Restaurant and included breakfast were very good. Some guests where noisy late one night, but not the fault of the hotel.

It is so expensive and the property is not clean, they are still building the hotel so there is construction noise every day, the location sucks (far away from everything), the food is boring and the staff hardly speaks English. There is also a dog next to the bungalows barking all night. Overall such a bad stay, which caused us to leave the stay 3 days early. Do not recommend!!
• Carla (8/5): - L’hôtel est agréable, la chambre est très jolie et confortable. Le petit déjeuner est bon et le personnel est vraiment très gentil et attentionné. En revanche, l’environnement ne correspond pas aux photos. La mer n’est pas jolie et il y a malheureusement beaucoup de déchets visibles dans l’eau. C’est assez décevant compte tenu du prix de la nuit. Un effort de nettoyage de l’environnement serait vraiment nécessaire.

• Åsa (8/5): Lugnt och vackert boende - Fantastiskt fint läge, god frukost, god mat på restaurangen. rummet var toppen och det kändes verkligen lyxigt. Värmen i bubbelpoolen utanför rummet kunde varit bättre, det var för kallt. Kunde funnits fler stegar ner till havet för de som inte hade privata hus.

Tap broken in room. 2 out of 4 pool chairs I went to use badly broken eg no leg and nearly fell over. No staff for cocktails in afternoon. Can’t swim in ocean. Too dirty.

C’est un hôtel qui à pourtant beaucoup de potenti - Le service de Pac qui est sans aucun doute le meilleur serveur de l’hôtel. L’emplacement qui est malheureusement trop loin des centres d’intérêts. Les piscines pas très bien entretenues.
• Sander (6/5): Vette tegenvaller - Het complex ziet er op eerste instantie goed uit, maar aan onderhoud mag wel het een en ander gebeuren. De linkerkant van onze afscheiding viel bijna van ellende uit elkaar. De vlonders zijn versleten en de verf bladert af. De ligbedden bij de zee kant waren provisorisch gerepareerd of waren zo kapot dat je er geen gebruik van kon gemaakt worden. De hond van de buren bleef de god ganze tijd blaffen om het minste geringste, wat zeer ergerlijk is. Tevens stuurde het personeel ons weg van de ontbijttafel omdat er een groep aan kwam die net aan onze tafel wilde eten. (Wij waren al bijna uitgegeten en hebben de groep van 7 nooit gezien) Men had ook even kunnen wachten. Tevens is het eten naar onze mening voor Vietnam duur. Je kan beter naar de stijger naast het hotel gaan eten. Verwacht geen gezellige tent, maar wel heerlijk vis gegeten. Mantra Schrimps of gewone garnalen echt een aanrader. Tevens is het ver van alles uit de buurt, geen supermarkt te vinden. Kortom een redelijke tegenvaller.

Personnel très agréable C etait pour 2 nuits Un chien qui hurlait la nuit pire qu un simple aboiement derrière notre chambre. La plage n est pas pour se baigner, mais on s en doutais vu les commentaires.
• Yvonne (8/5): We gad a very relaxing stay despite the weather not being great. - I like that the resort is predominantly built from wood and blends beautifully with the landscape. There were dogs from neighbours barking during all three nights we stayed there on and off. The hotel staff was very apologetic but obviously couldn’t do anything about it. Bring ear plugs! If you’re looking for a beach resort it’s probably not the right property.

Despite knowing that we are Indians, our religion was not taken into consideration in any way.The room was filled with beef flavio's chips and noodles, which was unacceptable to us. So I would never suggest any Hindu to visit that place.

Comme quoi il ne faut pas se fier aux mauvais commentaires, l’hôtel est classé 3 étoiles il mérite honnêtement d’être classé 4 étoiles à mon goût. un peu excentré, mais bon emplacement pour se détendre

• Amy (8/5): Overall a great place to stay with a few minor minuses. - The (beach view) room is sizable. Very comfortable. Dine in at hotel is a great option (since on this side of the island, restaurant options are a lot more sparse). Some appliances (ceiling fan, phone) dont work. But its not a huge problem. Theres also AC. The beach has floating trash (veg/fruit peels) in front, coming in from the sea I believe, not the hotel's fault. It just wasnt great to see it floating while being on the sunbed.

• Juha (9/5): Erittäin suositeltava paikka. - Rauhallinen, siisti ja tarpeeksi syrjäinen paikka lomailuun. Upeat altaat ja mukava henkilökunta. Huone ja varsinkin sänky olivat erittäin hyvät. Ruoka olisi voinut paikoin olla parempi, mutta pääasiassa hyvää.

However the ha - Room was fabulous overlooking the sea Bar wasn't staffed consistently which was off putting. Also the hammock outside our balcony was partially unattached and the steps down to the sea were broken.

• Maëlle (7/5): Bel endroit, mais peu être bruyant - L'endroit est très beau, éloigné de la ville mais en 30 minutes on est au centre ville. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. Les employés étaient très attentifs et nous aidaientt pour les taxis. Le déjeuner était bon, mais le menu à la carte encore meilleur. Très bruyant. Il y avait de la construction à partir de 7h le matin jusqu'à 4 pm. Il y avait des clients qui faisaient énormément de bruit, mais l'hôtel n'intervenait pas. Le 2e étage du restaurant n'était pas ouvert et le bar sur le quai non plus.

• Frida (4/5): Dålig och dyr mat - Fin miljö Vi bodde i två over water chalets, S08 borde inte hyras ut mer, golvet lutar åt alla håll vilket blir väldigt obehagligt när man är i rummet. Hotellet ligger helt för sig själv och hotellets restaurang har en prissättning i linje med t ex Mövenpick Waverly och liknande hotell på ön men maten som serveras är dålig och inte värd det höga priset. Skulle inte rekommendera det här hotellet, det finns många andra fina hotell på ön med betydligt bättre läge, service och matalternativ att välja på.

• Janina (8/5): Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit, waren aber froh, dass wir nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt hatten. - Traumhaftes Ambiente und schöne, saubere Zimmer! Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Leider ist das Hotel ziemlich weit außerhalb und es gibt keine Märkte, Restaurants oder Ähnliches in der Nähe. Man ist also auf die Verpflegung im Hotel angewiesen. Die Getränke sind in der Regel warm und nicht auf Vorrat, man bestellt beispielsweise zwei Sprite, es gibt aber nur noch eine, also nimmt man stattdessen eine Cola und die ist dann warm. Für die Preise und die Abhängigkeit ist es etwas schade und an dem Service sollte dringend gearbeitet werden. Das Essen war gut, für Vietnamesische Verhältnisse aber sehr teuer. Das Abendessen muss auf dem Steg eingenommen werden, zu der Zeit war jedoch Ebbe und dadurch roch es etwas widerlich. Das Meer ist etwas dreckig, man kann auch nicht reingehen. Der Pool ist aber schön! Leider spricht hier (bis auf die Dame an der Rezeption) kaum jemand Englisch.

• Michael (10/5): planning to go back next year for christmas - Its a very nice independent resort, breakfast options where wonderful, the villa we had was well maintained and very clean. the grounds and pools where also very nice. cant swim in the beach between Dec and March so we took a grab to ken beach around 10 euro per direction. but was worth it.
• Rodríguez (1/5): La peor experiencia de mi vida - El desayuno es bastante bueno Los precios son elevados, las fotos no muestran lo que realmente es el lugar, te muestran agua cristalinas y cuando llegamos todo estaba con lodo y basura, era asqueroso. Ellos se llenan la boca diciendo que sus contrucciones estan remodeladas y perfectamente selladas, lo cual es una mentira, en el ventanal de entrada entraba mi mano completa por lo cual pasaban los bichos, es normal si es una isla tropical, pero que se preocupen de esos detalles, por mi parte soy una persona extremadamente alergica. Y si hubiera esta sellado, que no fue el caso, misteriosamente caian hormigas desde el techo, nosotros no encontramos explicacion a eso Las sabanas venian sucias, solo estuvimos dos noches, y la primera por el calor, no nos tapamos, asiwue no nos dimos cuenta de la suciedad, a la noche siguiente era nuestro checkout y ahi nos dimos cuenta La peor parte de todo esto, fue que posteriormente comente mi situacion, tanto con booking y con este “hotel”, y ellos mas que darme una solucion o comprender un poco mi situacion, solo se llenaron de excusas y explicaciones, dando a entender que basucamente yo era un mentiroso, teniendo fotos y pruebas al respecto. Me respondieron via booking un gran testamento de explicacion. Luego los contacte por whatsapp y me dijeron que yo iba a ser contactado por su manager que el hablaba ingles, a los dias me responden y me mandan exactamente el mismo texto aue me enviaron por booking, realmente fue muy frustrante, y repito para mi fue publicidad engañosa y clsramente una estafa. Recomiendo que si les interesa y tienen la oportunidsd, en verdad no desperdicien su dinero en este alojamiento, no es lo que parece en las fotos y en verdad la administracion y su servicio post venta es el peor que me ha tocado en cualquier pais que he estado
• Rachel (7/5): Less "tranquility" more "construction" - The pools and interior of rooms were nice. There was construction work going on at the resort during my stay. They were building a new bungalow right next door to the one I was staying in and so I got woken up at 7:30am in the morning by very loud bangs, drilling, staple guns, axel grinders. When I rang the reception to ask for it to stop, this was not done. I was very disappointed and upset that they sold me this room as I think it's unacceptable to be staying wall to wall with his kind of noise. When I complained at checkout, no solutions or compensation were offered. Location is not good. There is no beach on this side of the island, no town or centre to browse around and no restaurants to eat at other than the one on site. The restaurant of the hotel is very overpriced. I paid 200,000vnd for a very simple ginger chicken when compared to restaurants in other areas of the island that charge between 60 - 150,000 vnd. There are very limited facilities. Just 1 restaurant and 2 small pools. Its more of a hotel as opposed to a resort.

• Filip (7/5): - Ogólnie pobyt był udany, pokój ładny i czysty, śniadanie dobre i ogólnie jedzenie w restauracji było smaczne. Lokalizacja na uboczu bez skutera trochę cieżko ale na miejscu można wynająć skuter bez problemu. Jak nastawiasz się na odpoczynek to może być to dobry adres. (No chyba że akurat trwa remont). Za ścianą naszego pokoju trwała budowa. Ja rozumiem rozwój i świetnie że obiekt inwestuje ale wolałbym przed dokonaniem rezerwacji zostać uprzedzonym, że akurat trwają prace i może być głośno. Z pewnością bym zastanowił się wtedy nad innym miejscem. Po naszej porannej interwencji w recepcji przestali na jakiś czas hałasować(tak zaczynali pracę wcześnie rano). Moim zdaniem basen nadaje się do remontu, odchodzi farba i nie sprawa to dobrego wrażenia.
• Rosalie (7/5): Fijn om een aantal dagen te relaxen! - De plek is echt heel mooi, uitzicht op zee, lekker zwembad en ligbedden! Menu is ruim, genoeg keuze. Meneer achter de receptie sprak goed Engels en hielp ons met regelen van scooter en bedden voor ons huisje. Snel bericht etc! Service in restaurant vonden we tegen vallen. Hele andere sfeer als in de rest van Vietnam. Om 22.00 zou de bar sluiten, maar om 21.15 zaten wij nog maar samen buiten. Er wordt ook niet echt gevraagd of je nog drinken of iets wilt, service is niet echt geweldig. Daarnaast moet je wel echt een flink stuk rijden om naar bezienswaardigheden te gaan. Als het een beetje heeft geregend, kan je ook niet meer buiten zitten savonds. Dan ben je verplicht in het restaurant te zitten! Personeel spreekt niet allemaal even goed Engels dus niet altijd makkelijk communiceren.

• Ruth (10/5): Loved it! - Absolutely loved this place, one of our fave stays. Lovely huts over a beautiful sea. Food was good, staff were great, it was super relaxing. Sunrise and sunset were beautiful and fire show was stunning.

• Manuela Louhenapessy (8/5): Relaxing Resort with Great Potential - After travelling through Vietnam, we spent six nights at the beautiful Rocks Beach Resort on Phu Quoc. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is definitely a great place to stay. There is not much to do on this side of the island, but for us that was perfect after all the busyness of our trip. You can rent a motorbike/scooter to explore the island for a good price. The resort offers delicious food, with a good breakfast and tasty lunch and dinner options. The staff is very friendly, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The garden and the pools are well maintained every day. And the room was very nice and clean. There were some renovations during our visit, but despite those works the atmosphere remained calm, and the team took our feedback seriously. One thing to keep in mind is that the rooms are quite noisy, which is a downside. The resort has a lot of potential. A spa is currently being built, and it really feels like a place that will continue to grow and become even more beautiful in the future. Overall, it is a lovely spot with peace, good facilities, and warm, welcoming staff.

• Isabelle (10/5): Superbe séjour, magnifique hôtel ! - Parfait ! Le personnel est super, tout était bien ! Trop excentré des lieux d’intérêts mais si vous recherchez un coin de paix isolé, vous êtes au bon endroit, vous êtes à 30-40 min des commerces et lieux de vie. Les plats et les cocktails ne sont pas extraordinaires mais ça va.

Wir waren 5 Nächte zu Gast und haben uns bewusst für den ruhigen Teil der Insel entschieden. Wenn man sich einen Roller mietet (direkt im Hotel möglich), ist man auch in ca. 5 Minuten in einem kleinen Ort, wo man auch außerhalb des Hotels essen kann. Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr abwechslungsreich und für jeden etwas dabei. Alles super!

La amabilidad del staff, la limpieza de la habitación, la decoración del resort, las vistas, el jacuzzi… Fue una experiencia que no olvidaremos Lo único malo que podría decir es que se encuentra un poco alejado, aún así, está compensado con todo lo demás.
