• Anja (9/5): A comfortable stay within the walking distance to the city centre - The apartment was big, cosy and had everything one might need. The beds were comfortable, the neighbourhood was very nice and quiet. It is located near Arthur’s Seat and Hollyrood and about 20 minutes away (on foot) from the city centre. There are also grocery stores and bus stops nearby. Lynn (the host) was very welcoming, kind and explained everything about the apartment.

• Alexander (9/5): - Ein großes und sauberes Apartment mit eigener Küchenzeile. Sehe bequeme Betten! Die Lage ist auch gut: innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten ist man am Ende/Beginn der Royal Mile. Trotz Heizungen war es zu Beginn etwas kühl und es dauerte ein bisschen, bis es angenehm in der Wohnung wurde. Zusätzlich zu den Heizungen gab es kleine "Extra"-Heizgeräte, die man für maximal 2 Stunden einschalten konnte. Nach mehrfachem Aktivieren dieser 2 Stunden Slots war die Temperatur erträglich.

The apartment was clean, wardrobes very spacious and bed really comfortable and had everything we needed for the week stay. We had great communication from Lynn and the welcome pack on arrival was lovely touch too. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to explore Edinburgh.

• Frans (9/5): Héérlijk - Alles is aanwezig, een handdoekenverwarmer op de badkamer, goeie verwarming, wasmachine ( niet gebruikt) oven, magnetron, broodrooster, afwasmiddel, genoeg toiletpapier, Nescafé zakjes… Het is er heerlijk rustig en toch ben je snel bij de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden, binnen loopafstand ben je op de royal Mile, goed 5 minuten lopen kun je diverse bussen naar Newtown nemen. Leuke gratis musea zijn er.

Property was located right near Hollywood Palace. Bed was comfy and it was great to have a washing machine. Location was super quiet at night, really enjoyed our stay. Super clean with comfy couch and smart TV. Highly recommend. Decoration could be improved

She went through all parts of the rooms, went over the information packet she has prepared for guests, was able and willing to answer any questions or potential concerns.
• Ferri (10/5): Exceptional - The flat was comfortable, very clean, and modern. We especially appreciated the free private parking which few accommodations in Edinburgh provide. The location is great. It was an easy short walk to the Old Town and Royal Mile. Lynn, the property owner was lovely and helpfully provided plenty of info on the flat and neighborhood. Would be excellent for a longer stay as the kitchen is convenient and stocked with all basic cook tools/necessities and there is room to spread out.

Lynn was the best host we - Lynn was incredibly helpful both leading up to and during our recent stay in Edinburgh. The property is very well located close to the ‘Royal Mile’ and provides all the facilities you require for a comfortable stay in Edinburgh. The fact the booking is for the whole apartment gave us the opportunity to use the washing facilities which is always very handy on an extended holiday. Parking is free and very close to the property. All round this was a great value option for the Edinburgh component of our holiday. Nothing not to like.

The location is perfect—situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, making it simple to explore all the attractions. It’s also within walking distance of the palace. The apartment itself is comfortable, clean, and has everything you could possibly need. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Edinburgh!

Easy walking distance to supermarkets. Extra room in an apartment is great bonus. Given the weather heating facilities were well organised. Wi-fi connection excellent. Very quiet area. Edinburgh is a very expensive city in which to stay and given the price the lack of a dryer for drying clothes meant clothes took some time to dry unless the heaters were on. Realise space a problem and age of building

Communication with the owner was great as well, all my questions have been answered fast. • Nigel (9/5): Warm, quiet and comfortable nest - Attention to detail and the quality and quantity of the equipment, furniture and fittings. Our host took care to ensure our stay went smoothly, and left some essentials in the kitchen for us. It was a warm, quiet and comfortable nest for our stay. The flat is closer to the city centre than it looks, but with the help of a good map, we quickly found the Old Town is easily reached through Holyrood, and Princes Street via Regent Road -both routes have cheap, frequent bus services.

Super safe area and a bus ride away from the city center The sitting room is a little dated. As the apartment on the ground floor, we sometimes had people walk past the bedroom window which was a little awkward.

• Claudia (10/5): Absolutely great and highly recommended - A wonderful place to stay, as it helps relax and "feels almost like home" when coming back form a days adventure in town. Heating was great, made the place warm and cosy. It was clean and one felt really cared for. Apartment had everything ones whishes for, supplies for Kitchen, bathroom, everything needed was at hand. Even an adapter and a hair dryer. We felt really comfortable at this quiet apartment. Excellent communication with the host, very flexible. Just Great! Way into town was quick and easy, either by walking or if you figuered out the bus lines ( ADVICE: take any bus from Scott Monument, which leads to Cartlon Terrace Gardens or Abbeyhill, 4 Busstops into Town and back). But everything is in walking distance, even a big sainsbury. Busses just helped us a lot, as we walked quite a bit throughout the days. Thank you so much Lynn, this was really the best place to stay in Edinburgh! We´d love to come back

The heating system could be improved because in bathroom the radiator stops after 6 hours, but the place can't reach a pleasant temperature.

Lots of room, great kitchen facilities (and even some basic ingredients to use if self catering (which we did), near a supermarket and the beautiful parkland right behind Hollyrood Castle and Arthur's Seat. Just perfect.
