• Chris Doherty (8/5): Good hotel, but you need to get a taxi to the resort centre (We used Grab) - Very spacious room, a good-sized bathroom with a walk-in shower. The hotel is located about 2 and a half miles from Ao Nang Beach.

• Amghar (2/5): - The rooms were spacious, which was the only positive aspect of this hotel. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was very poor and the room was not properly cleaned during our stay. Because of this, we decided to check out earlier than planned. The staff was not helpful at all and refused to cooperate regarding a refund for the unused days. Additionally, the hotel only provides one roll of toilet paper per room per day, and when we asked for more, we were told, “one per day per room.” Overall, a very disappointing experience and not recommended.

• Mariana (8/5): Unos hermosos días - La habitación es amplia,el desayuno no lo probé pero ví y estaba muy bueno y variado,linda pileta y empleados amables .Podés alquilar motos en el mismo hotel. La cama aceptable pero se notaban y sonaban los resortes al acostarse.Si no alquilas moto o auto es un poco alejando de la playa Ao Nang pero creo que pasan camionetas que te transportan hasta allá.

Нам местоположение в целом устроило. - Большой номер Лифт Шум с улицы С сантехникой надо доработать (напор воды разный) Кондиционер очень шумный (блок стоит прям на балконе и когда включается это громко) Матрас (корректно в нашем номере) был очень плохой. Необходимо менять срочно! Завтраки не очень Одно полотенце на человека Бассейн есть, но 12 часов на темной стороне. Нет солнца

• Khalid (4/5): Overall disappointing experience never again - The suit that we booked was spacious that’s the only positive thing. Cleaning was horrible, the room was near the main road so it was very noisy all the time until late night and early morning. Water for shower was not stable all the time changing by it self to extreme cold and to extreme heat, breakfast was very basic and not worth to wake-up for it, swimming pool oh very cold all the time and no water filters that mean it looks dirty. Distance from the beach it was showing on the booking 2.5klm but when we book Grab taxi it shows 3.5 . Not forgetting the staff welcome in the time of checkin, all lights in the reception was off , all dark and the staff sleeping inside then she comes crumpy and upset because we woke her up.
• Richard (1/5): Worsed mattress I’ve ever seen - Nothing Delayed check-in, The very unhappy receptionist with absolutely no mannerism. Room was rushed in cleaning. The most severe failing, however, was the egregious lapse in sanitation standards: the room harbored a pronounced odor of biological waste, and the bedding materials were observed to have conspicuous stains indicative of dried bodily fluids. This combination of poor operational protocol and a critical failure in basic hygiene renders the accommodation entirely unsuitable for lodging.

La habitación estaba sucia, el colchón tenía tenía los resortes salidos, el agua de la regadera no salía constante, no hay comercios para comer cerca. Nos sentimos muy inseguros por las instalaciones así que tuvimos que dejar el lugar y reservar uno nuevo. En fin, doble gasto. Jamás volvería ahí.

We only used the pool once but it was near toilets which didn’t smell great, which meant the pool smelt like urine and it wasn’t the cleanest water
• Paul (7/5): Just ok and far from town. - Staff were friendly 4 kilometres from Ao nang.Had to rely on a motorbike taxi return 400 bht each day.Pool area is very small just 3 proper sun beds.Hotel looks a bit tired and could do with redecorating.The price was good but given the remarks given you can see why.
• Mayur (3/5): Not recommending to anyone else and not using booking.com for my bookings in future - View from the hotel room, calm & quiet - The charges for the stay were not deducted from my credit card, and I had to pay in cash at the hotel. Due to this, I was short of cash which I had reserved for my next days of stays in Thailand. I faced a loss of THB 750 as I had to withdraw required cash from ATM later on - The staff is not so friendly and very rigid with their behaviour - The breakfast is not at all good, we just managed to eat bread jam, juice - The swimming pool is only for name sake, it's such small sized - The location is not remote but it takes signifant money to reach here from the beach - I wont recommend this hotel to anyone as well as not use booking.com in future for my own travel as well

• Rafaela (5/5): at least there was taley’s - the main reason to stay in this hotel should be to visit taley’s restaurant (the restaurant next to it - way better than any Michelin place) because it’s 30 min walk from the main road of ao nang. the bed was also v comfy location is not that good, and the facilities either. the pool is not like the picture at all and didn’t feel comfy there with the staff looking and hanging out around the pool

• Angela (7/5): Good - Nice hotel staff were nice called taxi for you A bit far out never done my research. Had to get a taxi or grab to centre. But there was a lovely restaurant called Taleys just 200meters up to the left if you don't want to go into centre every night.
• Amber (1/5): Nightmare for £70 a night - Nothing at all my favourite part was seeing the taxi outside ready to collect us The hotel is infested with cockroaches. I experienced a cockroach climbing up the shower that I was taking whilst wearing sandals as the floor was so horrifically unclean I couldn’t bare my barefoot touching the ground. When communicated to the reception staff who could barely understand what I was saying, their idea of a solution was a bottle of a spray and broom to solve the cockroach issue. Just when you think the hotel can not get any worse you try to rest your head on what seems to be fluids and dirt on the pillow from the guests before you. This was the icing on the cake and my partner and I marched down to reception with our sandals on, that are wet from the shower to demand a resolution to the dirt and wildlife in the room and to our astonishment, the answer was to downgrade us to a smaller room from an executive suite to two single beds with no compensation.. what a place!

• Angelyna (6/5): Decent for the price you pay - The hotel was modern, spacious rooms and comfortable beds. They provided fresh towels and water every day. The location is good if you’re happy to get grabs/taxis everywhere or rent a bike otherwise it’s not very walkable. The WiFi was really poor which was a shame but not the end of the world. Also, one evening the water completely cut out at around 8pm and wasn’t restored for about 12 hours. I was in the middle of a shower during this so had to try and wash the soap off with bottled water which was quite inconvenient.

• Nick (6/5): Ok if you like 70’s 80’s French style broken boutique but if not maybe look elsewhere. - The location was good although we did have a rental car. The shower never remained on either very hot or very cold it changed as it desired. There were many references for prices of items in the room if they were to break and neither the shower nor the safe nor the kettle worked, but we were lucky we weren’t charged when we left however would have preferred to have had use of them.

• Sophie (5/5): A reasonable stay, good spacious room (executive suite) but nothing special. - The room was a great size, very spacious. The hotel itself is relatively close to the the strip, just 5-7 mins a taxi. The staff weren’t so happy or friendly.

Its really good Location is to far from the street where night life located. The water at shower has zero pressure l, makes you impossible to take a shower.. it’s kind of annoying.

• Harith (10/5): Exceptional - The room was spacious (sooo big) for family stay 5 in total. Come with mini bar. Swimming pool clean and cozy environment. Nothing.
