• Thai Nhat (10/5): - Located in the middle of an upper class area of Amman, very convenient if you have a car. There are many good restaurants and cafes around. Staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful. Our family booked 2 deluxe king suites and each one was huge. • LISA MACLEMAN (9/5): I had a very restful, peaceful stay. As an older woman traveling alone I felt safe. - I was not aware of breakfast being served. The rooms were quite large in the suite. You cannot drink the tap water but I was always given large bottles of water when requested. Very friendly staff and very helpful. I didn’t have any issues that were not quickly addressed by the staff, like understanding how some of the kitchen appliances worked. I often was out of my room for several hours and my plastic keycard to my room would need to be recharged so I just had it done before I went to my room by the person at reception. Problem solved!

• Naim (9/5): Superb - We stayed as a family of four (2 adults and 2 kids) in a suite, and it was a great experience. The room was spacious, very clean, and the hotel was easy to find. It's located in a vibrant area close to restaurants and shopping malls, which made everything very convenient. What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly helpful and kind. This is truly the hotel's greatest strength. I had accidentally double-booked a room, and not only did they notify me, but they also cancelled the extra booking free of charge, even though the free cancellation period had passed. They genuinely go above and beyond to make sure guests enjoy their stay. Highly recommended!

• Baraa (9/5): Superb - The staff was incredibly friendly, A special shoutout to Malek, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. The hotel room had a connecting door to the neighbouring room, When you open the door, you find a board that separates the two rooms. which made it far from soundproof. For a hotel, this setup is disappointing. You could hear everything from the other room.

The staff is incredibly helpful, friendly, flexible, and positive, and they assist us with everything we ask for, even things beyond their usual duties. They helped us with buying water and delivering it to our room, even though they weren't obligated to. Truly outstanding service! Furniture: The size of the room was big, and the king bed was super comfy! About what we didn't like: everything was great, nothing missing, just recommend them to add breakfast option service, and the rooms not so isolated, but it was not so noisy

• Khattab (10/5): Exceptional - The whole experience was one I will never forget. I have visited many countries over the years, but the hospitality in this hotel is truly unmatched. The staff is unlike anything I have ever seen, some of the nicest people I have ever met. The hotel is extremely clean and the cleaners are always available if you ever need anything at all. The location is wonderful -- It's not a loud area and you can Uber anywhere you want which will cost you around 2-3 dinar (less than $5). Once you call the Uber, he will be there in a matter of 2-3 minutes since the location is great. I will definitely be staying here in my next visit to Amman.

• Alex (10/5): I simply loved it, and going back again, and definitely staying in same place. - The location is one of the biggest attributes of Comfort Hotel Suites. As I used to live in Amman some time ago, I pretty much knew the location, and I was hoping it would be great for my visit, however, I must say that I discovered that there is more to it. Perfectly located if you want to taste Amman first hand and use it as your base to discover Amman and nearby places if you are doing daily excursions. The first thing when I checked in was that the hotel upgraded me to a bigger suite, which is nice to feel welcomed. The young gentleman at the reception, Mr. Abdallah, (sorry if misspelled) welcomed me, informed me of the upgrade, and assisted to get my bags moved. My first impression of the room was as it was described, with a spacious bedroom, living room with a couch, and well-equipped kitchenette for quick meals or coffee/tea. I knew there is a pub downstairs, and you can use the backdoor for quick access. Must mention the gentlemen who are taking care of the cleanliness in the room, all of them were great, asking you if you need anything, and if you sleep a bit longer, as I did, asked to clean up, as I was leaving for a stroll. Must mention Mr. Ali, very polite and helpful, making your room and stay feel like home. To summarize, and I'm sorry that I forgot all the names, all staff in the hotel is GREAT and will help you with anything you may need. I highly recommend the Comfort Hotel Suites for your stay, family, couple or solo. Well done ! Dust on the streets is because of the empty lots for construction. But that's the location. This would not affect the stay in the hotel. Streets could be cleaner, but with all the movement of people, it's expected to have some trash.
