- Verified traveler (2/5): Heruntergekommene verwahrloste Unterkunft - Das war ein Albtraum, so etwas ist mir noch nie untergekommen. 1. Nacht: Blick auf einen ungepflegten Hinterhof. Danach wurde es auch nicht besser, schlechte Beleuchtung im Raum, fehlende Glühlampe im Vorraum. Schmutz soweit das Auge reicht, man getraut sich nichts anzufassen, aus Angst sich irgendwo eine Infektion einzufangen. Das Frühstücksbüfett war alles andere als 6 € wert. Nach 3 Tagen funktionierte das Internet nicht mehr, nach einiger Zeit nur mehr in der Lobby. Im Pool schwimmen Blätter und die Liegen am Pool sind komplett verwahrlost. Am Sonntag wurde das Zimmer nicht aufgeräumt, obwohl ich den Sonntag auch bezahlen musste. Der Lärm in der Nacht war wegen der dünnen Türen unerträglich. Um in das Zimmer zu gelangen musste man sehr viel Geduld aufwenden, da das Schloss defekt war. Wurde nach meiner Beanstandung ausgewechselt. Hätte ich den Preis vorab nicht bezahlt, ich wäre sofort abgereist. Das Badezimmer ist eine einzige Schmutzoase, Badewanne verdreckt, Emailglasur abgeschlagen und ausgebrochen. Dafür wurde ganz brutal mit einem Lack ausgebessert. Am Boden der Badewanne ist ein undefinierbarer Schmutz, deshalb kann man nur mit Badesandalen in die Badewanne steigen um sich zu duschen. Während der Dusche ändert sich der Wasserdruck und die Wassertemperatur ständig, dadurch Verbrühungsgefahr. Dieses Hotel muss aus dem Angebot genommen werden, damit dem Nächsten das nicht passiert. Der Preis ist in keiner Weise gerechtfertigt, verlange Rückerstattung.
