- Clem05 (7/5): Très bien - L'hôtel est bien situé, proche d'une station de métro, un peu en périphérie du centre ville, ce qui rend le lieu plus abordable. Chambre très confortable, l'espace commun également, avec la machine à café et une cuisine ou nous avons pu nous préparer des petits repas. Nous nous y sommes très bien sentis. Accueil très sympatique et chaleureux. Il y a un joli extérieur, mais qui n'est pas bien aménagé, c'est dommage. Prix pour le parking un peu élevé.

- Klára (2/5): - Bohužel jsme museli hned ten večer pokoj opustit, protože podmínky byli nepřijatelné. V pokoji byla silná vlhkost, kdy naše oblečení které jsme měli v batohu bylo mokré. Netekla teplá voda. Volali jsme majiteli ubytování ale ten mluvil jen italsky a típnul nám to.

We also noticed that the room was cleaned while we were out for example we would find trash taken out of the room already when we came back in the evening. The host also explained to us where and how to access several places in the area and also suggested to us so far the best Pizza we had while staying here. It was an amazing stay. There was no heads up on how tiny the bathroom is but it’s still 100% functional. Hot water was available.

- Davide (8/5): Ideale per weekend a Roma - Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel in occasione della Maratona di Roma e l’esperienza è stata molto positiva. La struttura dispone di parcheggio, un servizio molto utile per chi arriva in auto. La posizione è ottima, vicino alla fermata della metro Ponte Lungo, che permette di raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali zone della città. Il personale è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. Consigliato.

Dopo un viaggio già complicato, mi aspettavo maggiore disponibilità, invece la struttura non è stata in grado di riorganizzare il check-in nonostante il disagio segnalato. L’assistenza clienti è risultata praticamente inesistente. Un’esperienza purtroppo molto sotto le aspettative."

- Roberto (6/5): Per chi non ha troppe pretese - Ho soggiornato una notte in stanza singola: seppur piccola, la camera era pulita, accogliente e completa del necessario per trascorrervi piacevolmente la notte. Il prezzo competitivo è sicuramente il punto forte della struttura. La metro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile. Alcuni arredi della camera risentono del tempo e dell'usura. Piccoli interventi di rinnovo potrebbero migliorare ulteriormente la permanenza degli ospiti. Ho avuto la sfortuna di avere dei vicini di camera molto maleducati che hanno disturbato e lasciato in un disordine imbarazzante le aree comuni, ma questa non è colpa della struttura.

- Kakolukia (2/5): Hotel a tre stelle che ne merita forse una - Nulla Camera singola sotto il livello stradale, senza finestra (a parte una finestrella che dava su un'altra stanza chiusa) né impianto di ricircolo dell'aria... Ovviamente puzzava di muffa, mi chiedo se rispetti i requisiti legali. Il bagno non aveva un bidet, come da descrizione, ma un malefico doccino impossibile da usare senza schizzare acqua ovunque. Il wifi non funzionava (connesso senza internet) e in quel bunker non c'era nemmeno copertura di rete. Assenti tutti i servizi principali che un hotel a tre stelle dovrebbe fornire, ed impossibile lasciare il bagaglio nella struttura.

We ended up using our own soap which is “fine” but usually you expect some amenities and hygiene things when booking apartments or hotels like body soap and towels.

- Marton (4/5): Baby cot might not be available - Spacious double room with a tap in the room. Long table to lay out your belongings. Comfortable double bed. The bathroom is extremely small and without a tap. Windows look as on the image. The fridge does not regulate the temperature even though it is on. The chair was broken. About the baby cot for families with children: We have specifically chosen this accommodation, because we saw they advertise free baby cot available. I have requested this baby cot during the initial booking and also in a private message before arrival. After that the host told us only upon arrival that the baby cot is not available that day but he can bring it the day after. We only stayed 2 nights but accepted, since we did not have other options. Unfortunately they did not give us a baby cot the second day either. The second day we found an extra mattress under the main bed, which we decided to use for our baby. I am surprised that the host did not even mention this as a partial help for us. Very bad service and communication on this side.

- Jorgen (4/5): We expected better, shower is the worst - Not to far from metro and bus stops As mentioned in a lot of reviews, the shower is way too small. Even for average people, you are unable to turn or pick something up. There is no thermostatic valve, and the temperature is always changing. We did not expect it, but when they come in to the room to make up the beds, personal we prefer that they don't do this. Especially because that is the only thing they do, the toilet paper was not filled, and the shampoo dispenser was empty. We put some additional pillows in the closet and with cleaning they rooms they take them back out of the closet In the room, there was no fridge, which would be very nice with 40°C outside. Airco was working, but had a hard time keeping up. When you arrive, you get a lot of keys en very big keys that you always have to take with you. You need a have a backpack or purse to take the keys with you. . The locks are also very difficult to open and close. At the bed there were only outlets for the night lamps so you need to unplug the night lamps to change your phone.
- Fornica (10/5): Exceptional - Nice place to stay during our family holiday to Rome, Paolo is a great host a made sure we were well taken care of. Walking distance To Ponto Longo Metro Station where the rest of the other stations were accessible to get to know all the Roman hallmarks (Colliseo, Galleries, Shopping, eating, and another Roman point of interest). Bonus points for the little macchiato machine at the hotel lobby. :) Grazie Paolo. So far so good for the price point. :)

The room was fine, we basically only slept in there anyway, but still. - Super clean, great location in a great part of the city, close to the metro. There was a cleaner, which was a plus. No kitchen, room was small, toilet sometimes didn't flush.

Would be nice to have at least 2 pillows per bed. Also, bathroom leaked a few times - unsure from where but we found water on the floor.

The hotel is located pretty close to the A Line metro and bus number 87 which will both take you to everything you need to see. The Moonrise Cafe down the street served a good breakfast! The pictures from years ago are a bit misleading. They make the place look more clean and spacious than it really is. It needs some upkeep. The sofa bed was really bad, and the bedroom had no windows.

- paulinaw820 (10/5): Exactly like in the pictures - A really nice villa-like hotel with high ceilings and elegant facade. The landlord is really friendly. Rooms neat and stylish. Access to kitchen appliances and balcony from the common room. The only drawback was the fact that it was hard to regulate water hot/cold in the shower.
- Inna (5/5): Only for economic travelers… - Hard to say, maybe only price … Well, it’s not as it looks on pictures. Also you will be charged for 20 eur of you arrive after 22:00, which is ridiculous and wasn’t written on website or booking. Also, your room will not be cleaned , only bed will be made , but no bathroom , no towel changes ( we were for one week) Also, cleaning lady once entered without knocking before. There will be kitchen where you can’t use cooking stove ( didn’t understand why) There will be fridge, but your food could be stolen by others . Also city taxes will be taken only by cash… ( why? ) Let’s say for the this price don’t expect more…
