• John (9/5): Couldn’t have been better! - Great location walking distance to el Nour Market (large market area similar to Old Town Market but Egyptians shop here), a Walmart type store, right next to Main Street easy access to “mashrou” (local shared van similar to collectivos in Mexico. Beautiful setting (well maintained gardens, outdoor pools). Very comfortable spacious functional accomodations as follows: great bed, a place for all our clothes with 12 clothes hangers to fight over. 100 inch smart tv with excellent colour in large very well lit living room (we didn’t use the 42 inch bedroom one). Great bathroom well lit with large mirror and lots of counter space. Hot water never an issue. Nice balcony overlooking pool and gardens. Very quiet, outside noise never an issue. Wifey complained about the lack of a can opener.

La posizione in cui si trova è strategica, vicino a tutti i punti d’interesse principali. L’appartamento si trova all’intorno del delta sharm, resort dotato di negozi e ristoranti con prezzi ottimi. • Natalija (10/5): - Мне понравилось расположение апартаментов,в квартире было чисто,уютно,много хорошей посуды,хозяин не жадничать.На все мои просьбы я получала помощь.Когда я уезжала,я попросила хозяина апартаментов,чтобы он дал мне своего помощника для выезда.Такси я заказала через Букинг,но он по каким-то причинам не заехал на территорию Дельта шарма,а ждал за воротами комплекса.И Юсиф ни слова не говоря,потащил мой чемодан,который весил 25 килограмм к выходу.Огромное спасибо Юсифу за все.Он очень вежливый,скромный и воспитанный молодой человек.Хозяин апартаментов писал мне,что он долгое время работает в гостиничном бизнесе и очень ответственно к этому относиться.И это чувствовалось во всем.Я пробыла в Шарм эль-Шейхе три месяца,забронировала разные апартаменты,чтобы она будущее знать куда ехать.Вывод такой-эти апартаменты лучшие из всех где я жила. It is possible to interpret the Booking description of the apartment as if it has a view of the pool, which it doesnt, so should be updated, the veranda faces a calm road and the pool is very close.

But the house was so so dirty we had to clean it by ourselves and we couldn’t do it properly , you have to call the professional cleaning service! Avevo chiesto un secchio e un mocio per lavare per terra, mai arrivato. Il giorno dell'arrivo avevo chiesto la tessera della piscina (necessaria per usufruire dei servizi del residence) sono stato ricontattato dopo tre giorni e perchè il proprietario aveva necessità di entrare nell'appartamento. Sanitari sporchi, cassetti e supercici sporche ed appiccicose. Informazioni e foto su booking fuorvianti. L'appartamento è localizzato in fondo al residence e per arrivare all'ingresso servono 10 minuti a piedi. Nella camera c'è la cucina, ma non c'è un tavolo. Si mangia in piedi. Le lenzuola non odoravano di pulito.

Le piscine più belle si trovano a nord del villaggio (ossia tra l'ingresso e l'appartamento). Si può accedere all'interno del villaggio con il taxi oppure con la propria macchina e parcheggiarla davanti all'appartamento. All'ingresso di questo villaggio residenziale c'è un supermercato, un bancomat e vari ristoranti. Il ristobar italiano Lo spuntino (gestito dalla signora Lucia) è ottimo, sembra di mangiare in una vera trattoria romana! L'appartamento è semplice ma è molto spazioso e accessoriato di tutto. Il proprietario è molto gentile e molto professionale. La comunicazione con lui è sempre stata molto veloce. Sarebbe stato utile avere una mappa del villaggio per potersi orientare bene e per trovare facilmente le varie piscine che ci sono. Questa informazione potrebbe anche essere data inviando dei video con il percorso... mio piccolo suggerimento 😉

Rapporto qualità -prezzo ok . Sicurezza ok ! Era la prima volta al Delta , e non penso che ci tornerò perché ci sono troppi gatti e portano cattivo odore ovunque e sporcizia , c’era chi lasciava loro il cibo nelle aree comuni .

Al cruzar la avenida también se encuentra un área de gran actividad. Cuesta cierto trabajo que los taxis o transfer entren a recojerte. Tratan de hacerte caminar 800 m hacia la puerta principal. Tienes que insistir.

He planned my dives accordingly and was willing to do way beyond most hosts do. Since I arrived to sharm he made me feel like home, left with a new friend and wouldn’t think twice of coming back!

• Paula (10/5): An outstanding Gem in Sharm El Sheikh - Everything about our apartment was amazing, it really felt like home. Delta Sharm is the perfect resort with everything you could possibly need including a choice of 10 pools. The apartment itself was spacious, exceptionally clean and beautifully furnished. Air con worked perfectly as did the shower. Big fridge freezer, and the coffee machine were perfect for us, and the sofa was really comfy as was the lovely big bed. The balcony first thing for coffee and in the evening is a must with lovely views over the pool and well kept garden. Our hosts couldn’t have been better, checking in almost daily to make sure we had everything we needed and they we’re unbelievably accommodating offering us an earlier check in as we were already in Sharm and much later check out as our flight was later in the evening. My sister lives in Sharm so we will be back and will definitely be coming back to this apartment when we return, our only problem is we’ve recommended it to friends in Sharm and at home so just hope there’s availability for us again. You couldn’t choose anywhere better to stay in Sharm, thank you so much Only that we had to leave it and go home.

• Hobibur (4/5): - Mixed Experience – Great Location, But Needs Improvement The property wasn’t clean when we arrived—the bed sheets looked used and unwashed (we even found short hairs on them). We had to request a change late at night, and to their credit, the staff handled it quickly despite it being outside normal hours. Breakfast was disappointing. It was a set menu with omelette, bread, salad, and some sauces and dips. The quality wasn’t great, so we skipped it the next day. The hotel rooms feel quite dated, though the overall complex is nice—well-kept with plenty of pools. The on-site coffee shop was a highlight, possibly the best I had in all of Sharm (and I tried much more expensive places!). The biggest advantage is the location. It’s about a 30-minute walk to Old Sharm, but taxis are so cheap and easy to find that getting around is no problem.

The apartment is in a great location—just a short walk from the private pool, which was perfect for relaxing. It has a lovely balcony, two comfortable beds, and a small but very handy kitchen that made it easy to prepare our own meals. It’s also conveniently located about 10 minutes’ walk from local shops and restaurants, which made getting around super easy. Ahmed was a wonderful host—kind, approachable, and always ready to help. He answered all our questions quickly and made us feel very welcome from day one. As a scuba diver who hadn’t been diving for a while, I really appreciated Ahmed introducing me to a refresher diving course. We did dives from both the shore and the boat, and he was incredibly patient, thorough in his explanations, and always made sure I felt safe and confident underwater. Thanks to him, I fully enjoyed getting back into diving. He also arranged a memorable trip to Dahab, including an evening at a Bedouin camp and dinner at a lovely restaurant there—such a great experience! I would highly recommend staying at Ahmed’s apartment if you’re looking for a well-located place with a genuinely friendly and helpful host. Thank you for everything, Ahmed!

• Lesley (10/5): Exceptional - Max is a great guy, the perfect host who will always make sure you have a comfortable stay. The apartments had a beautiful suntrap balcony and the decor in both apartments was very good. Everything was explained and I was very well looked after. I will return to Sharm and I will always use Max @ Delta Sharm now. The pools and the gardens are amazing, so beautiful and are always being maintained by staff. I was travelling alone but felt completely safe. Max accommodated a late check out which meant a change of apartment but this one was just as good 👍 I miss the Sharm ☀️ already and Max's great personality. • Stas (2/5): - Worst place I have ever stayed in my life like I was in complete shock well first off they could not find my reservation for the first 30 minutes then finally was able to get a room. The room was the equivalent to almost being on the streets no running water in bathroom sink no toilet paper mold all over the wall also blood stain on the pillow please for the love of god do not stay at this establishment it deserves -100 this place should be shut down and don’t recommend anyone on planet earth to come stay here it will make your trip miserable I was just here over night but was worst hotel experience I had to go through in my life.

• rebecca (6/5): Stay was okay - The resort itself is a good place but this does need a lot of work, the gardeners and security guards and reception workers are absolutely amazing and kind but we struggled to get our safe to work or open we called for maintenance and was told they will fix it but no one came and we were left waiting over 3 hours and still was never fixed

He goes above and beyond for his visitors and allowed me to stay extra in the room before checkout because my flight was late. I would 100% recommend this apartment for location value for money and amenities. Everything was very good there’s nothing I don’t like.

It looks better than in the photos, it was well equipped with basics like washing powder, towels, spices etc. truly like home and where you can find what you need in the cupboards etc. the area is safe and easy to get to other places from there. Nothing, I was very happy to stay there!
