Guest Reviews
- Stanislav (8/5): - The owner was rude on the phone. Otherwise, everything was really good.

- vidia (10/5): - Friendly guy , great services. Clean rooms. Really recommend it to others.
- Tom (10/5): - We had a great stay at 3 Inn Ripetta, fantastic location and good spacious room. Giorgia was very helpful and knowledgeable. Very to close to a handful of the must see parts of Rome and a 10 minute walk from the nearest hop on hop off bus stop to go and see the rest! Highly Recommend.
- William (10/5): - This is a small hotel in a great location. It is a converted apartment with just 3 rooms and staff is not always on location. Our room was clean and charming. Staff was very nice and offered assistance throughout our stay. Overall, I would recommend staying here especially when I compare this hotels to others I have experienced in Rome.
Titolare gentilissimo.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Locatie was top! Zullen er nog eens heen gaan.
- C. (8/5): - Es centrico y esta limpio.
- Eileen (8/5): - The end room at 3 Inn Ripetta was large, comfortable, and stylish! It looked out onto the street; I like this to get natural light, plus there were several soft lights around the room. I like to hear street life, but it was not noisy. It has good heating and cooling. Giorgio was attentive and helpful in making contact arrangements, finding and caring for the place. There are several keys to the place that are easy to use. You get equal amount of privacy and room maintenance, too.
- Nathan (10/5): Highly recommend! - The owner/manager was great--super friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and we were able to easily walk to all main tourist attractions plus it was close to a train stop. Very clean room and they provided shampoo/soap and tea assortment. Highly recommend!
- Jörgen (10/5): Bra boende men dålig frukost.
- Sherman (10/5): - Great location. Nestled between 2 great restaurants. Little mom and pop deli across the street. Very centralized. Walking distance to the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps. and the Forum etc.
Room was comfortable and safe. Breakfast was at a small quaint cafe a few doors away. Definitely would recommend this place. Would book again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great! - Great location, great service, nice, spacious room.
- Mimmye (6/5): Some good, some not so much. - 3InnRipetta gets mixed reviews from me. It was clean and modern and in a great neighborhood. My negative feelings come from the difficulty of getting in and out. There were 4 large keys that we had to be responsible for. But the primary concern was the feeling that in case of a fire we would be trapped. One key in particular was difficult to operate. We also had problems with the shower door.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Lovely spacious, beautifully clean room - modern bathroom with excellent shower. Comfortable bed (very welcome after tiring days sightseeing Rome). Giorgio was very welcoming and his communication from first booking to us leaving was excellent- he was very accommodating in letting us leave our cases in reception for the day after checkout. Hotel is in an excellent location within walking distance of all tourist attractions and has shops and plenty of eating options on the doorstep. Felt very safe even when walking back very late at night.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Lovely room in a great location. 5 minute walk to Flaminio metro near Piazza del Poppolo and one block from Via Corso. Small grocery store across the street. Small fridge which was appreciated. So happy to find a duvet for the bed! Towels were replaced daily. Would stay here again.
- Gry (8/5): Perfekt beliggenhed.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Excelente ubicación, comodo y limpio.
- Bradley (10/5): Felt like a home in Rome. - So quiet and comfortable that I slept very well, giving me more time to explore Rome, which is easy to walk. A friendly welcome. I liked the free breakfast arrangement with cafe around corner, where I enjoyed sitting outside. A lovely apartment that soon felt like the comfort of a home.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Tres moderne.propre.accuei excellent.tres bien situé.
- katherine (10/5): Perfect Quiet Stay - Visited our son for 2 days. Apt is around the corner from Via Del Corso and prime shopping, walk to metro, Spanish Steps, Trevi. Two blocks from Piazza de Popola(taxi stand) and near Vatican. Georgio will do anything to make your stay enjoyable and although he is not on premises this apt is spacious, clean, secure, and he answers texts quickly. Breakfast will be taken at cute little coffee shop around corner with vouchers. Nice find for us. No real outside signage, follow an address.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Big spacious room, clean and modern bathroom. Very secure property and great location.
Assolutamente consigliato!
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 3 Inn Ripetta was a wonderful apartment! It was close to everything! (piazza del popolo, Spanish steps, villa borghese) It was steps away from great restaurants and shops. We ate at a great restaurant literally downstairs from the hotel. The room was comfortable and was kept clean and neat everyday. We had a very nice stay! Thank you
Accueil convivial.
Plein centre de Rome.
Idéal pour les familles.
- Anne (8/5): good location, friendly - clean and comfortable small property with larger room than usual ones in Rome, owner was friendly and helpful. Location is the best advantage central to few key tourist sights within walking distance and safe.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very clean excellent price and location The owner and staff very helpful
- Sharon (10/5): - Good location
Very clean
- Stuart (10/5): Wonderful - cannot wait to return - Very warm welcome at check in and helpful staff who recommended restaurants. Our room was beautiful and very clean with an excellent view over the square. Breakfast was 2 minutes away in a beautiful cafe with great food. Will definitely stay here again especially being in such a good location and close to the railway station
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very good experience, will definitely go back. - Found this place on Expedia. It is very close to Spanish Step and the main shopping area. Very easy to get to everywhere. The host replied my questions very fast. He is helpful and friendly. When we arrived, although there is no big lobby but the place is very clean. The room has everything we need. Great value. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. Area is safe, definitely will use book again.
- Shirley (10/5): Great place to stay - very nice place and location.Host extremely flexible as our plans changed a few times
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great hotel close to Metro. - Giovani's guesthouse is so conveniently located to all of the major attractions . The Fuiminio Metro station is a mere 6 minute walk from the guesthouse . From their you can access the metro to practically anywhere in the city. although, given how close you are to everything, will you throw enjoyed just walking. It only took us about 30 minutes to walk from the guest house to the Colosseum . The room was clean and the bed was VERY comfortable . Thank you Giovani !!
- Christine (8/5): - Clean, good location and good service
- S (10/5): Great Stay - Great place to stay while visiting Rome. Cool room for the summer time. Great location, modern, and very clean. Will definitely stay here again when I am back. Thanks Giorgio!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very clean fantastic location - Giorgio the owner of the B&B is very friendly and helpful the hotel room is very clean modern spacious it is very conveniently located within a 30 minute walk of the furthest sightseeing seeing as the Colosseum within a 5 minute walk you are at the Spanish Steps all the shops and restaurants you can need within a 4 minute walk you're in the main street that most the sites are off Spanish Steps Trevi Fountain Colosseum is at the very end of the next Street that all the sites are off it's close to the river and the cross on the River the Vatican is about a 20 to 30 minute walk I felt very safe walking about the hotel could not be located in more of an excellent location and the staff could not be more helpful definitely buy tickets if you can at Pop Culture for Colosseum and the Vatican official site as you skip the lines and goes in missing a lot of queuing and the churches basilica are mind-blowing beautiful and if your Catholic like me the churches are stunning and on every street corner
- Darlene (8/5): close to most attractions - There are only 3 guests rooms and a small kitchenette without a refrigerator or ice machine. The room was very comfortable and newly renovated. The bathroom was nice and modern, the shower has rainfall and torso spray but was small. There is a mini-fridge in the room. The room is on the first floor meaning up a flight of stairs but we could not use the elevator which was challenging with luggage. Giorgio waited for us as our flight arrived a bit late. However, no staff was around at the time of day when we left in the morning and returned in the evening. Giorgio was available by email if there was a problem and the WIFI worked just fine.. There are many restaurants located nearby and most attractions are within a 10-20 minute walk. The Colosseum being the furthest took about 35-40 minutes. Via dei Corso, a major street is around the corner with major stores. A cab or bus is need to get to the Vatican.Overall a wonderful stay.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great place to stay in Rome - Stayed here for 5 nights in September and it's a great place. Room was very clean, nice and modern, and in a great location. We were able to walk to everything without any problem. Giorgio was very friendly and helpful with everything. Being our first time in Rome, it was quite helpful having somebody to give us advice. Highly recommend this place.
- daniela (8/5): - Overall, great! Perfect location, very spacious and modern!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Cute getaway - Great location and cute room. a bit Noisy however and the door isn't light tight so when you go to sleep there's always the light from the hallway around the edges of the door.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Nice hotel close to Spanish steps and Trevi fount - Overall clean and neat hotel. It was close to Spanish steps and trevi fountain. Also lots of food options around. It is a very hard hotel to find only with a little sign out the front. Then we had to call a phone number for the hotel owners to meet us which is hard when you don't have a phone. On our last day we tried to co tact them for our breakfast vouchers but they didn't answer phones and didn't come in time for us to get them before we left so that was disappointing. The bathroom is very small and cramped, however very clean and neat. I would recommend.
- Rodolfo (10/5): Awesome stay in Rome - I stayed 3 days at the 3 Inn Rippetta.
Location: It was close to the Piazza del Poppolo, restaurants, and shops. Walking distance to the Spanish Piazza and high end stores.
Room: It was modern and fresh. Nice mattress, AC, and free wifi. The room was cleaned daily.
The owner communicated with us before and during our stay.
Check in and check out were easy.
I highly recommend it !!!!
- Jai (10/5): AMAZING PLACE and LOCATION... - It was a great place to stay. The room is upgraded, clean, and relaxing. The location of this place is great. Walking distance to all the attractions, walking distance to metro and great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. The folks who checked us in were amazing. They were very accommodating and easily accessible. They would reply to our messages via mobile/text etc through out the day. This made us very comfortable and gave it personal touch.
- SCOTT (8/5): Close to lots!!! - The room was street side, so kinda noisy. At night, close the window & turn the fan on, then you'll have a good sleep. I loved the bed! Good size bathroom (the shower could've been a little larger), but there is a slight odor emanating from the plumbing, but not a big deal. There are 4 different keys for the the 4 doors to enter the hotel & room. We arrived after 9pm, so they could've charged us an extra 20 euros (common in Rome), but they didn't. We needed to store our 2 bags after check out for 7 hrs, but they wouldn't accommodate. It cost us around 20 euros to do so at Termini. I definitely recommend staying here, but if you need to store your luggage on your last day, it'll cost you.
