- Cesar (8/5): - Todo muy bien pero a pesar de que en su página de EXPEDIA señalaban que el pago se podía hacer en la propiedad al llegar a hacer el Check-in temprano en la mañana pretendieron hacer el cargo a la tarjeta con la que hice la reservación y señalaron que era un cobro como garantía, cosa que es de mal gusto x que en su página ofrecen una cosa y el hotel hace otras prácticas maliciosas.

- Laura (8/5): Ubicado a la entrada de San Miguel - Si bien no es el hotel más céntrico, tampoco es el más lejano, algo a destacar es que hay estacionamiento lo cual se agradece completamente siendo San Miguel de Allende… Las camas rechinaban pero eran cómodas en general, la limpieza correcta y solo al llegar no encontraban nuestra reservación pero no se si fue mas un tema de Hoteles.com que del hotel en sí, aun así, en la recepción pudieron resolvernos.

Hay demasiado ruido dentro y fuera del hotel desde muy temprano; empezando por el personal de recepción y limpieza con sus radios portátiles a todo volúmen. El desayuno no cuesta lo que dice en la página. Es a la carta, caro y nada especial. Optamos por los restaurantes que están alrededor del hotel para desayunar, mucho mejores opciones.

- michelj526 (2/5): Terrible customer service - Great location, TERRIBLE customer service, we changed rooms 3 times in 2 days, leaking air conditioned, stained carpet, leaking bathroom, low standards bed, humedity smell rooms, staff does not have the ability of resolving problems, we asked to speak with the manager several times, either she was on a metting or she just stepped out, she never tried to call us back to our mobile phone provided. I do not recommend this location, next time we will stay on a different hotel.

- Richard (8/5): - We have stayed here on a few ocassions because of the easy access to shopping and restaurants in the are. The hotel is easy to get off the highway. This trip we had a room on the ground floor right next to the kitchen. The kitchen was not the issue but the construction outside the kitchen started at about 8:30 in the morning and the noise made it rather hard to carry on a good phone conversation or possibly try to get a little extra rest. Other than that it was a good stay.

- josephlS3664PT (2/5): Very disappointed. - Internet does NOT work. We moved to different rooms but no working! Beds were cheap and poor quality. Very helpful workers but management was not friendly or helpful. We booked for two nights but ended up leaving the next morning.
- njblake (2/5): Worst hotel we've stayed at in San Miguel - This hotel is pretty awful. The beds are miserably uncomfortable and the internet DOES NOT WORK. We got moved from room to room and ended up having to check out because there is no internet service. There are many wonderful hotels in San Miguel, this is NOT one of them.
- 731rosariom (4/5): Great rest, awfull customer service, worse internet - The hotel is small, but it is pretty and the lobby and rooms smell really nice. The bed was very confortable and the bedsheets were clean. However, the rug was dusty and had some nasty stains on it. The internet connection was very slow, even unexistent at night. The safe was so small I could not fit my laptop in there. The staff was oblivious and did not have any answers (nor the initiative to investigate) to various questions we had. The breakfast was mediocre and very slow, to say the least, and some members of the restaurant staff (the only male waiter, a waitress and the cook) were incredibly rude. There were only three fruit options, one yoghurt option, one scrambled eggs option, refried beans and red chilaquiles for the breakfast "buffet". I give it two points because the price and location are okay overall... the area is quiet and the bed was very confortable, so I had a great rest. However, the customer service vas pretty poor, some members of the staff were pretty rude, and the internet connection was horrendous. It is a great hotel if you plan to spend your day hanging around and eating downtown, and go back to the hotel to rest. In our case, we attented a congress at the convention center, so we were limited to eat only in the resaurants nearby.

- Alexia (10/5): - A great place to stay that is not in the city center. The city center is a 20min walk. The cafes around the hotel are also great, so lots of food options. The hotel was super clean and everything worked-AC, hot water, water pressure. The rooms were cleaned on a daily basis and smelled so fresh. The wifi was not the best but not the worst, it was slow and you could not have multiple devices on it. If you don’t have to stay in the city center, I will def stay here.

- Leslie (10/5): - Came to town for my cousins wedding at Hacienda San Jose Lavista. La Casona is about an 8 minute taxi ride to the city center or about a 15-20 minute walk. The place itself is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. They were always free to answer questions, give dining recommendations, and also order us taxis. Also if your coming for a wedding they can even find you someone to do your hair and make up! They also have parking for you to park you care and 24 hour security! as well as a restaurant. This amazing bakery Panio? i believe is next door you must try it!

My wife was told that nothing could be done until the following morning. It wasn’t until I insisted on another room that we got one. Even then, we were given a room with two double beds instead of the king we paid for. The following morning our room had no internet which we needed for work. To the hotel’s credit, they did in short order provide us with an internet connection in one of the hotel’s meeting rooms. Overall, the staff was most courteous, friendly, and pleasant.

I like the fact that it is a new building and not a remodeled house like most of the hotels in the downtown area. It's a 20 min walk to the Downtown area or you can easily get an Uber.

Would re book if i go to another wedding but not to visit san miguel.
