BENE - Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel, un buon hotel con belle camere spaziose, attenti al cliente, cibo non manca e la qualità direi più che discreta. Luogo calmo, senza troppa animazione (meglio), non adatto ad una clientela giovane ma di mezza età, posticino giusto per il vero relax anche perché, non ci sono molti italiani che di solito amano fare rumore, non molto adatto ai bambini, un oasi di pace e tranquillità da non rovinare. Bella barriera ma poca possibilità di nuotare se non li nel caso di mareggiate abbastanza facili visto il vento perenne. In generale niente da contestare, se posso darei qualche consiglio alla Direzione per migliorare ancor di più alcuni servizi. 1- Rifare le camere non oltre le 13 2- Nella zona esterna, proporre della carne alla griglia (tipo bistecche) e qualche pesce per variare quanto già proposto 3- Controllare il Dress Code di alcuni clienti, che si presentano scalzi o con magliette aperte nel ristorante interno 4- Le bevande dovrebbero essere più fresche, consiglio birra alla spina nei vari bar e ristoranti, le temperature del luogo sono alte e la gente cerca refrigerio nelle bevande Per il resto direi che ..... bravi continuate così e attenzione a non abbassare i vostri standard

- Veronica (6/5): The description of the room on booking. com was not in accordance with what I received. - The quality of food is correct, based on the price I payed. Anyway the overall set-up was not as an "all-inlcusive" one - example: I had only 2 bottles of water per day - 500 ml/person. To have more water, I had to refill the the empty ones from the machines. I booked a room with seaside view and I have received one with partial seaside view. The pictures on the booking.com of the room were misleading. The hotel personal was trying to provide a better room but, as it wasn't any availability for those rooms, still was not what I have been booked, based on the hotel photos. In the restaurant the manager was yelling to the employees, which is not in accordance with what I am expecting as behaviour. In the bar, the bartman was always upset/tired, which is creating a bad atmosphere. Overall, it was not a relaxing holiday in this hotel.

- 232rebekab (10/5): Relaxing holiday - We've spent a week in this hotel and it was very relaxing. We enjoyed a calm atmosphere and amazing sea. There is an excellent diving centre here (shout out to Lolo and his team) and the reef is amazing. We often travel to Egypt and this is one of the best house reefs we've encountered. The hotel met all our expectations and the staff was very accomodating. Our room was clean and spacious, everything worked (AC, good size safe box, mini bar and etc.), we asked for a rack to dry our wetsuits outside and it was promptly delivered. Mr. Mahmoud Farag at the reception desk was exceptionally accomodating. At the restaurant we always found food that satisfied our tastebuds and our server quickly learned what beverages we like so they were always delivered without even having to ask. The best thing (in my personal opinion) is that there aren't many russians (if any) here so everybody behaves like normal europeans - no massive amount of unfinished food plates on the tables, no drunk machos and attention seeking barbies. For these reasons and especially because we truly are reef snobs 🙂 we will be coming to this hotel again.

- sunbatherUk (10/5): Yet another fabulous stay at this excellent hotel. Really a true home from home - Having not stayed at the hotel since 2021 we were amazed to be welcomed back by so many of the staff who know us from our previous 9 or 10 stays. The room was perfect with a Red Sea and pool view. It was super clean on arrival and the housekeeper, Rifae kept it spotless and made a number of towel art creations during our 13 nights stay. The pool and beach areas were so clean and tidy with friendly lifeguards. We always managed to get a good spot at the pool closest to our room (19208). Food and service in the restaurant (and the a la carte restaurant) was first class. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and we were spoilt for choice at breakfast, lunch and evening meal times. We were invited twice to the GM’s cocktail events where delightful and creative cocktails and buffet finger food items were served. This gave me chance to inform the GM of the positive changes I’d noticed since our last visit as well as to praise the continued high standards. Special mentions to Mariam (guest relations) who was always so friendly and smiley, to Abouzeid (executive chef) who was always on hand to assist, recommend and reassure, to Saad Ahmed (ref shirt restaurant) who was always helpful and friendly, to Hossam (pink shirt restaurant) who always, without fail had a big smile and always without being asked brought us glasses of Sprite. to Emad (a la carte restaurant) who remembered us from 2021 and before and whose attention to detail and superb service always impressed, to Abdou (reception) for our genuine warm welcome at midnight on arrival, and to the 2 breakfast and lunchtime chefs who also remembered us. Lastly, a final thank you to Mohamed Fouda (GM) for hosting the cocktail events and to Mohamed the restaurant manager (white shirt) for running the restaurant service so well throughout our stay and for spending some time on our last day chatting to myself and son. Suffice to say we had another fabulous stay and we hope to return this summer.

- Sidky (9/5): A great stay, we'll be back! - The staff, food and rooms exceeded our expectations. All staff members were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'm not a huge fan of hotel buffets but there was such a wide variety of options and the quality was really high (I didn't have any stomach issues either which can easily happen in Egypt). The rooms were really spacious and modern. It was quite windy while we were there (common for March/April) but we were still able to snorkel a few times, and the resort's reef is stunning. We saw a turtle on our first day. We'll be back! On arrival the main reception feels a bit outdated which can give a bad first impression.

Es ist schön zum Schnorcheln, über den Steg ist das Riff super erreichbar. Es gibt verschiedene Optionen sich zu beschäftigen - ob am Strand, Pool, auf dem Volleyfeld mit dem Animationteam oder in der Wüste beim Quadfahren (extra Kosten) man wird anfangs am Strand etwas überrumpelt mit all den Personen, die einem eine Massage/ Beauty/ Kamel-reiten etc. verkaufen möchten aber hat sich dann schnell etwas gelegt und es wurde ruhiger.

- 108agan (10/5): You will feel special here - This is our third time back in a year to Novotel. What captivated us? The peace, quiet, and beauty of this place. If you need relaxation, an escape from the crowds, noise, and bustle, this is the perfect place for you. The atmosphere of this place is created by all the people who work there. They are always smiling, helpful, and open. The hotel grounds are perfectly maintained, with plenty of greenery and flowers. It's a great place for morning workouts. The hotel is spacious, consisting of several buildings, which means it doesn't feel crowded. The rooms and bathrooms are large and very clean; we always return to a perfectly clean and fragrant room. This is a huge credit to the entire team who take great care of it. Towels are changed daily, toiletries are replenished, and water is provided. The various surprises that awaited us were a lovely touch. We will definitely return again. For the place, but above all for the people, who always greet us warmly and take the time to talk.

- Everyman100 (10/5): A relaxing holiday - Good clean and spacious rooms and well serviced daily. Food was varied and plentiful if the restaurant was somewhat crowded and chaotic. Queuing for cooked eggs at breakfast was annoying. Disappointing was the manner by which waiters and service staff reached over you to clear plates away, etc and the often delay in receiving drinks order at table. This is not 5 star service and reduces the hotel to solid 4 star. The specialityrestaurant however was a delight. Bar staff were initally surley sloshing drinks about b ut after a complaint, a smile did appear!!! Staff were helpful and obliging in all areas. This in contrast to the surly, rude and aggressive attitude of airport staff upon arrival and departing Egypt - yes this is outside the control of the hotel but if first impressions are anything to go by then this area needs urgent attention. Having said all of this, happy to recommend the visitor to this hotel. We were perhaps the only Brits there, otherwise Germans, but no reason why Brits should not go there. Hotel location is in the middle of nowhere. An oasis on the beach!!

Dopo la pulizia giornaliera della camera il pavimento emanava un forte odore di mocho sporco. Tovagliette plastificate sui tavoli del ristorante con le stesse macchie per l'intero soggiorno. Sono consapevole del livello di pulizia generale in Egitto ma ci vuole un minimo invalicabile.
- VALÉRIE (8/5): Agréable séjour balnéaire pour une semaine - Le service, la gentillesse du personnel, en particulier Adel, qui était aux petits soins pour s’occuper de notre chambre, Ibrahim et Tarek qui nous ont très bien accueillis au restaurant Breeze et Karouna qui a été très efficace et sympathique. Nous avons également apprécié le cadre de l’hôtel, la belle plage de sable fin, le grand choix du buffet tout à fait correct vu le standing de l’hôtel, le calme et la tranquillité. Pas d’accès direct à la mer mais uniquement par un ponton fermé toute la semaine à cause du vent. Les gens qui fument sur la terrasse au petit déjeuner.

Palestra, spa, piscina interna, piscine esterne di cui una riscaldata, bellissima spiaggia ampia e ben organizzata, farmacia. Personale del ristorante e delle camere molto gentile. In una posizione molto esposta al vento, nel periodo di vento, rispetto ad altri resort un po’ più riparati, qui abbiamo avuto la bandiera rossa costante. Purtroppo in una settimana di vacanza non abbiamo mai potuto fare il bagno, un gran peccato perché avevamo organizzato la vacanza proprio per fare snorkelling.

- MARIA CRISTINA (8/5): - La struttura avrebbe bisogno di qualche modifica in modo particolare nei bagni. Tantissimo verde molto curato che ho molto apprezzato. Veduta dal Ristorante spettacolare a tutte le ore. Barriera corallina alla fine del pontile stupenda peccato che ad inizio gennaio ci fosse bandiera rossa x alcuni giorni. Camere spaziose anche con 2 letti separati visto che ero con amica. Consiglio vivamente i massaggi previa contrattazione sul prezzo, le ragazze sono preparate anche se parlano solo inglese. Buffet anche per celiaci e vegani. Attenzione per chi non parla o capisce inglese, poichè solo alla Reception vi possono comprendere e non è semplice! La mia amica che non lo parla si è trovata in difficoltà! Altra cosa se fate escursione chiedete guida che parli italiano, fatevelo garantire o chiedete soldi indietro, noi che siamo andati a Luxor , 9 ore di viaggio tra andata e ritorno(vale la pena il viaggio); ci siamo trovati guida che parlava solo inglese e purtroppo la mia amica non ha capito molto, se, non per alcuni turisti compassionevoli che ci hanno fatto la sintesi traducendo! Ringrazio qui MAC e Giuseppe e la coppia di ragazzi di Milano. Non abbiamo fatto escursioni in barca, in quanto da quello riportato da alcune ragazze toscane che sono andate, non si sono trovate bene; non ti fanno scendere per vedere i dugonghi o le tartarughe, ti mettono il salvagente, ti scaricano dai gommoni e vedi solo qualcosa a pelo acqua!

- Raphaelle (10/5): Lovely trip! Wonderful executive chef! - The rooms were spacious and modern - lots of options for where to swim. The restaurant experience was exceptional, especially the breakfast! I am gluten free and the Executive Chef and all the kitchen staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. At every meal the Executive chef would guide me to safe food options and even propose to make me special gluten free dishes (i got my own gluten-free pasta for lunch and pancakes in the morning!). Overall, excellent experience!

Prodotti di ottima qualità cucinati bene, e una vasta scelta di piatti. Lo staff è davvero eccezionale. Disponibili e gentili, sempre pronti a qualsiasi nostra richiesta. I servizi inside sono eccellenti, dalla pulizia delle camere al servizio in spiaggia e al lounge bar. Purtroppo essendo in una zona naturale tutelata, non è possibile l'accesso al mare dalla spiaggia. L'unico passaggio per arrivare al mare è dal pontile che ha dei limiti di spazio e comfort, anche se la barriera corallina è meravigliosa. L'organizzazione del diving e delle uscite snorkeling sono affidate a una coppia di francesi che non applicano nessuna scontistica per famiglie e gruppi, inoltre applicano delle politiche di refund discutibili: avevamo prenotato un'uscita x 8 persone, la mattina della gita, 2 componenti del gruppo non sono riusciti a venire perché stavano male. Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso. Ci hanno restituito delle monete recuperate sotto al banco.

- Carmela (8/5): Bella esperienza - Il personale molto gentile, soprattutto il ragazzo del bar rambla beach, Amed del bar papyrus, il ragazzo della griglia e Sameh dei massaggi super simpatico, brave anche le ragazze dei massaggi. La pulizia delle camere e della struttura in generale, il cibo non era male, anche la posizione non avendo attaccati altri hotel è adatto a lunghe passeggiate in spiaggia tra mare e deserto buon rapporto qualità prezzo. La barriera corallina ovviamente spettacolare, molto attenti anche i bagnini, un saluto particolare a Faty il ragazzo dei profumi, Anche il capo chef molto gentile ed educato cercava di accontentare ogni richiesta, sul personale davvero nulla da dire. E in ultimo si può ammirare un Alba spettacolare Animazione un po' assente, tranne Hana e il ragazzo che presentava le serate molto simpatici, e non da poco la poca comunicazione da parte della struttura sul cenone del 31 dicembre, non abbiamo ricevuto nessuna mail riguardo al fatto che fosse a pagamento, al momento della prenotazione del tavolo ci hanno detto fosse gratis quando in realtà costava 170 dollari a testa, ma l'abbiamo scoperto solo tramite amici che avevano ricevuto la mail. Hanno portato la cena in camera per due anche se eravamo in 4 potevano essere più chiari

- Otim (9/5): - Bland de absolut bästa snorklingreven, absolut i världsklass. Vi såg allt. Delfiner, haj, stenfisk, muränor, sköldpaddor, bläckfisk, barracuda, blåsfisk, drakfisk, stingrockor mm. Stor fin buffé. Helt underbar personal vilket lyfte semester för hela familjen.
