• Lucy (4/5): Good if have low budget and less expectations - It was convenient for a busy and fully booked weekend in vasco. Rooms were for a low budget which is good The property is quite run down, and bathrooms feel grimy. Bedrooms are just functional

• Keith (2/5): Do not stay - Good location and staff were friendly. Reasonably safe for the city. Staff takes baggage to floor when lift does not work. Staff provided a contact for taxi for sightseeing. Bathrooms were fairly clean. Old building, mould (so bad that mushrooms were growing out of the reception floor window at ground level), cobwebs, lift and restaurant does not work, ceiling leakage.

• David (1/5): Staying in the decrepit hotel with a constant feeling of unease - Location Its a hotel crumbling at the edges. Decrepit is the word. If you like periond and mustly htels, this is the one for you. The room in the first floor (116) that I was shown firest was smelling as if it had been mothballed for years. I took the other room (123). and discovered the TV did not work. The toilet was falling apart and the aluminiom shelf was so wobbly it could have falled off any time. the floor. I was expecting hot water as promised at daybreak. I thknk the staff knew I would not get any because their water is solar heated and solar panels had warmed the tanks yet. I asked for a heting coil. I waited for 2 hours and still I did not get any hotwater. One will always get a reservation there there, and the 2 nd 3rd floors are usually empty since their Elevator does not work and you cannot carry luggage all the way up. So they stuff the first floor first. I asked for coffee, no such luck, I had to beg for a towel and reluctantly I was given one. I think the price of the room is way to expensive for such crap.

• Tamanpreet Kaur (1/5): Horrible - There was nothing likable. The property was horrible and the service is worst. The hotel is not even refunding the advance amount. Even the basic amenities were not provided. Nothing was delivered that was promised.

• A.KESHAVA (3/5): I would not recommend this hotel. It's completely bad - There is nothing to like or good in this stay. 1. The hotel and rooms are not clean. 2. It lacks basic facilities ( no lift, no wifi, no hot water) 3. On many walls paint is getting worn out. 4. Bed sheets and blankets are not clean 5. Furniture inside the room are not clean 6. Bathrooms are very filthy 7. Staircase don't have lights which makes it difficult to at nights

And nearby there are alot of shops etc. - The rooms were not cleaned - The water pressure to take the shower was little to none - There were spider webs on pillow, bedsheets super dirty - Glasses were filthy - The reception boy did not know answer to any question, he kept calling the lady who will then answer over the phone - Rooms had bad smell due to leakage in multiple places - The ceiling above the toilet commode will fall any day now. - Lift was not working and we had to carry our luggage ourselves. First they showed a room on 3rd floor. Luckily there was 1 on 1st and we had no other option

• Sridula (2/5): Most Pathetic Service - It's very near to the Vasco Da Gama railway station, which is very good. I booked this hotel because it's very near to the Vasco railway station but inside of the hotel was very dirty and the inside of the room was even more dirty, the walls in the room were very dirty. TV and WIFI were not working when I told the receptionist she said that she had already called a technician to repair it, but no technician came to fix it. Next the bed sheet and blanket cover were not clean and seemed to be used and when I said to change the bed sheet and blanket cover, a staff boy came and handed me a fresh bed sheet and blanket cover. I changed my bed sheet and blanket cover myself. So I paid 1541 rupees for a room for one day and I got this kind of facilities and vulgar service. This is the current situation of hospitality service.
