NIEVES (9/5): - La habitación es de estilo moderno, muy acogedora. El baño con las tres zonas separadas, muy cómodo. La limpieza excepcional. La cama comodísima y extra grande. Nos asignaron una habitación con balcón con unas vistas maravillosas a la ciudad. El desayuno muy bueno y variado; cambiaría las sillas, parecen butacas de descanso y no facilitan la ingesta. El parking tiene un coste de 19€/noche. La ubicación es excelente; hotel cercano al centro de la ciudad.

A localização é excelente: a poucos metros da rua pedonal, plena de lojas comerciais, que dá a seguir acesso à zona histórica. O pequeno almoço é muito bom, com pormenores como: ter abacate e ter a tradicional pasta de tomate para barrar o pão.

michael (7/5): Disappointed this this. - Stayed here several times in the rooms with jacuzzi baths usually excellent Had a room on the side where the main road is, very noisy with traffic noise, the jacuzzi bath had nail polish marks on the bottom and didn't look lean, so didn't use it, a shame as we had booked it to be used, nail polish marks in the shower awell? Heating didn't seem to work, needed to be warmer in the room, plus no extra blankets either. Was very disappointed this time with our stay at the hotel, we usually can't fault it. The staff are very good.

Cristina (9/5): Dos noches Ourense - Localización genial (tardas menos de 10 min al centro andando y se puede aparcar alrededor de la zona) camas cómodas y variedad de almohadas. Habitación amplia. Hacia bastante calor y no pudimos abrir ventanas ni poner aire frio (suponemos que el termostato estaba configurado para invierno)
