- Marleen (10/5): Geweldig!!! - Het was een volledig appartememt, maar met de service van een top hotel. Het was groot, fijne stoelen, tafels en heerlijke bedden. Er waren twee badkamers en een wasmachine, wat met een gezin heel handig is. Door het waterfilter was er zelfs veilig drinkwater. Het ontbijt was erg gevarieerd. Ook kon je ze alles vragen en de attentie voor koningsdag die op onze kamer lag bjj terugkomst was zo lief! Kortom 10/10 voor service, comfort. Ook het zwembad was top, groot, en voorzien van leuke extras. Het enige wat handiger had gekund is iets meer was ophang mogelijkheid.

Breakfast was ok but would have expected a bit better considering the cost of the hotel. Very few Gluten Free options for my coeliac child. Not very close to an MRT.

- George (9/5): We wanted a central, family friendly hotel in Singapore - this did the job well. - Early Check-in was complementary - allowing us to rest after a long flight. Pool was lovely, room cleaning was regular. Hotel restaurant serves some nice food (local and western). Location is great for central Singapore. If I was relocating - this would be the Service Apartment Hotel of first choice for us. Breakfast Coffee - the breakfast was fine and rotated daily which was nice - but the coffee was not so good. They do have a proper coffee machine so you need to ask them.

Buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff well presented and professional in their service. Early check in also provided. 10 out of 10. The $1000 security bond was steep. But to their credit, it was immediately taken off pending once checked out.
- Gian Luca (5/5): Residence che necessita urgentemente di una ristrutturazione, nettamente al di sotto degli standard di Singspore visto i - La piscina fa un buon effetto d’impatto, ma poi guardando meglio l’idromassaggio fuori uso da tempo, sono state cementate le bocchette e manutenzioni non fatte risulta una piscina vecchia e da ristrutturare. Frequento Singspore da oltre 20 anni e in questo caso mi sento di dire che la lobby decisamente sotto tono, stanze e appartamenti vecchi e mal tenuti. La colazione al limite della sufficienza, ma con servizio pessimo, mancavano sempre le tazze e i piatti, e dopo una certa ora le scorte del buffet decisamente scarse o inesistenti, mi sono trovato molto spesso a chiedere cose che mancavano. Struttura vecchia, arredi old style, non rendono bilanciato il prezzo richiesto. Non consiglio a clienti abituati agli standard asiatici ci si rimane molto male. Non ci sono spazi comuni dove intrattenersi se non la lobby che come detto decisamente inadeguata.

The apartments were all very clean and had convenient amenities such as full fridge and washing machine. Super large pool that was never busy. Walking distance to many eateries and the mrt. No restaurant or bar on site (just breakfast).

- Valerie (8/5): - The property overall is clean; lobby is spacious and airy, rooms are generally well kept and clean, nice swimming pool, very well behaved guests and very helpful staff. Location is relatively central with a 7-10min walk to Orchard MRT. Very grateful for the good sound proofing compared to other hotels - that or the apartments are well spaced out. The property is quite old albeit very well kept for its age. In its heydays, it would have been very top-notch. Nothing much to not like, the only thing I could think of was the shuttle bus driver got his timing mixed up.

- Delphine (9/5): Great family stay - Family-friendly setting yet also suitable for business travelers as it is a very large property and very roomy. Lovely staff at the breakfast buffet which is well stocked and regularly refreshed. There was a good choice of food and enough to satisfy both those who wanted an Asian-style breakfast or a more continental version. The check in staff was pleasant. The location is excellent, a 2 minutes walk from Orchard Road and all its shops and restaurants. The wifi that I connected to in the room didn't seem to work in the lobby / by the pool. The lobby could do with air conditioning or more fans, it was very hot there.

- Carolyn (8/5): Great accommodation for large families - There's a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and the loading is very convenient to get to Orchard Road, which is just a 5 mins walk around the corner. Our 2 bedroom apartment is equipped with a combo washing machine and dryer which is what we liked. It leaked upon our first use but they sent a technician who quickly fixed our problem. The buffet breakfast is not really 5 star in keeping with the residence. Not much variety. Food not displayed well. Food should have allergen listing on food labels (like actually used in the cooking of food). My son would love to try the mini muffin but he didn't because it didn't say it's got no nuts etc in the making of the mini muffins).

The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Overall, a wonderful experience that made my trip even more enjoyable. We stayed on the third floor, and unfortunately, there was constant noise coming from inside the wall that sounded like running or leaking water. It was noticeable even at night, which made it a bit difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

- Molob (8/5): Perfect stay for a family - The hotel rooms are very large, spacious, clean and great for families. The location is close to the shops as well. The mattresses are extremely comfortable! Breakfast is great as well, lots of variety. The hotel is not serviced on a Sunday which means your rubbish can pile up. The pool is very large but there is some part of the brick that has mould that needs to be cleaned. There are some broken/uneven tiles as well in the pool. Would be great if the hotel offered floats for kids, we stayed at Fraser Suites prior to coming to this hotel and they offered floats for the kids. There is no dryer as well but a washing machine.

Close to Bus and MRT points. Th area is quite and very relaxing in an otherwise very busy city. Staff were extremely helpful, courteous and made our stay really enjoyable. Nothing comes to mind.
