Keine Ausstattung. Einfach nichts! Das Bad ist max 2 Quadratmeter Dusche mit Toilette und eine mini Waschbecken. Das Bett wo ich mit meiner Frau geschlafen habe , war aus Bretten zusammengebastelt.

Nella lista dei prodotti forniti nella prenotazione online c’erano segnati anche i prodotti bagno: non solo non c’erano né shampoo né bagno doccia (cosa che di solito si trova negli hotel) ma non c’era nemmeno il sapone mani per lavarsi le mani nel lavandino… 3 persone senza neanche un sapone, di nessun tipo… A noi è andato tutto sommato bene perché siamo state una notte ma non immagino chi deve stare lì per farsi la vacanza estiva… 3). Di conseguenza mi viene da dire che il rapporto qualità/prezzo non è molto conveniente

- Sheke (10/5): - Nice Cosy hotel. Our room was very clean and was for 4people, it had a seaview balcony. Friendly staff. Near the beach. Located opposite a supermarket and on a street where you can find many restaurants and shops. They have no parking place but the nice gentleman showed us a free parking area near the hotel.

La posizione è ottima, a due passi dal centro e 200 metri dal mare, comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni. La camera era pulita e ben arredata, con un letto comodissimo.I tittolari e Il personale è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Un ringraziamento speciale ai titolari e tutto lo staff per la loro professionalità e cortesia. Lo consiglio vivamente e ci tornerò sicuramente!

Camera silenziosa, balcone di buone dimensioni. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Bagno di dimensioni ridotte, soprattutto il lavandino difficile da utilizzare per lavarsi il viso e i denti a causa di una mensola sovrastante.

- Krasimir (6/5): War insgesamt eine gute Aufenthalt - Die Ausstattung war okay, das Zimmer fand ich klein obwohl ein großes Bett und zwei Klappbetten gab . Das Zimmer hatte Klimaanlge, war sauber , aber die Ausstattung war relativ alt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und haben uns jeder Zeit gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung war. Problematisch waren andere Gäste des Hotels und in der Nacht war sehr sehr laut. Sonst das Hotel befindet sich an gute Lage, Parkplätze sollte man dazu zahlen, aber in der Nähe gab es kostenlose Parkplätze zum parken. Andere Gäste des Hotels , sie waren sehr sehr laut und unruhig.

- Lars (1/5): Einmal und nie wieder! - Die Lage. Der Weg zum Strand war Recht kurz. Auch zum shoppen gibt es jede Menge Möglichkeiten. Restaurants bzw. Bars waren verschiedene vorhanden und auch alle in der Nähe . Das Gesamtpaket des Hotels. Zimmer waren nicht wie beschrieben.Reinigung des Zimmers nicht vorhanden. Als wir in das Zimmer kamen war es nicht einmal gewischt , im Bad waren noch die Haare der Vorgänger vorhanden. Es wurde lediglich der Mülleimer entleert. Wir sind am Samstag angereist und haben erst am Dienstag frische Handtücher bekommen. Das war leider auch der einzige Tausch der Tücher. Zusätzliche Handtücher werden mit 1€ extra berechnet. Toilettenpapier haben wir auch erst nach Anfrage erhalten. Zimmer wurde mit Balkon angepriesen, es war ein Stuhl für 2Personen vorhanden. Kein Tisch bzw. Ablagefläche. Im allgemeinen war der Balkon also zu klein. Dazu auch nicht überdacht. Das Badezimmer glich vom Platz her eher einer Abstellkammer. In der Dusche konnte man sich nicht bewegen ohne sich zu stoßen. Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig ( 20 € am Tag) selbst wenn das Auto an der Straße steht. Ca. 250 Meter entfernt befindet sich ein kostenloser Parkplatz. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 3 Etage. An sich kein Problem. Nur das der Fahrstuhl in der Zeit von 13-16 Uhr und ab 22 Uhr ausgeschaltet ist. Auch die Weinbar bzw. das komplette Hotel ist ab 22 Uhr geschlossen. Man kommt über eine Seitentür rein. Im großen und ganzen waren wir sehr enttäuscht. Fazit einmal und nie wieder dieses Hotel

- Martin (7/5): Günstiges, kleineres Hotel mit Parkplatzproblem - Gute Lage seitlicher Eingang mit Parkplatz für Fahrrad WIFI funktioniert gut. Kleiner TV mit einigen deutschen Sendern. Nur wenige Parkplätze direkt beim Hotel für 20,-- EUR pro Tag Man kann eine Straße hinter der Fußgängerzone auf einem Sandplatz parken, (überall Glasscherben von eingeschlagenen Autoscheiben ) oder in der selben Straße auf einem Parkplatz mit Schranken, Licht und Videoüberwachung für ca. 15,-- EUR pro Tag). Platz ist begrenzt in Jesolo, aber ich war schon in einem anderen Hotel ohne Parkplatz, bei dem man für 5,-- EUR pro Tag eine Magnetkarte für den Schranken auf dem sichereren Platz bekam. Nur eine Steckdose in meinem Zimmer (immerhin mit Universalstecker auch für Schuko)

- oli84 (5/5): Zastávka cestou z dovolenky - Lokalita výborná, inak už sa tam určite nevrátime. Tak malú izbu sme nevideli ešte a kúpelňa je asi pre trpaslíkov. Sprcha nad WC, posteľ sa preklápala, že som z nej skoro spadla. Ešteže sme tam boli len 2 noci.

- MATEJ (4/5): Definitivno nije najbolji izbor, daje dojam da su sve usluge uključene u cijenu što nije tako. - Hotel ne osigurava besplatan parking gostima. U blizini je besplatan parking koji koriste svi tako da parkirno mjesto nije osigurano. S obzirom na gužve parkirno mjesto je bilo potrebno tražiti dalje. Za posljedicu smo imali provalu u osobno vozilo. Bolje izaberite hotel koji ima osigurani parking sa video nadzorom.

Ho trascorso alcuni giorni meravigliosi da solo all’Hotel Marlisa Pier – non avrei potuto desiderare un posto migliore. La posizione è da sogno: a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e allo stesso tempo piacevolmente tranquilla. Ideale per rilassarsi e godersi il momento. Vorrei sottolineare in particolare la cordialità del personale, che mi ha fatto sentire il benvenuto fin dal primo istante. È stato bello sentire che anche chi viaggia da solo viene accolto con attenzione e cura. La mia camera era accogliente, molto pulita e disponeva di un bel balcone con vista sulla vita all’esterno – perfetta per serate rilassanti. Anche la colazione à la carte era fresca e deliziosa. Ho molto apprezzato anche il posto riservato in spiaggia con lettino in seconda fila. In sintesi: un luogo pieno di calore, dove ci si sente davvero a proprio agio.

- Irina (9/5): Я б приїхала ще раз в цей готель. Море близько, магазини близько. Персонал привітний. Мені дуже сподобався відпочинок. - Дуже привітний персонал. Допомагали зі всіма питаннями. Невелика туалетна кімната для нас була не проблема, головне завжди гарний тиск води та гаряча вода. Ліжко та матраци гарні, подушки зручні, простирадла та рушники супер чисті. Море зовсім поряд, пляж чистий. Сніданки в готелі звичайні, можна замовити за невеликі кошти. Ми замовляли один раз, потім снідали на пляжі, купували в магазині. Навпроти супермаркет, де можна купити все що необхідно, та є відділ гастрономії з Готовою їжею. Поряд безліч кафе та гарна зона для прогулянок. Готель старенький але власники підтримують його в чистоті та справності. Можливо декому хочеться більше місця в ванній кімнаті, або більший номер. Нас все влаштовувало.
