- kamilaz2026 (6/5): Currently, the only saving graces are the lovely staff and the location. - Location: Perfect view of Dubai Marina (if you choose a room with a view). This hotel's only appeal is its location. Atmosphere: Very old building in need of major renovation. Rooms: Due to the poor condition of the hotel, even cleanliness is not noticeable; the white curtains have turned gray. Value for money: Overpriced due to its location. Cleanliness: 3/5. Noise level: It is a bit noisy in the evening due to the boats, so it is not suitable for people who like complete silence at night. Service: 5/5, the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Amenities: The food is monotonous; if you stay for more than 3 days, you will get tired of it. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT THE HOTEL OWNER DO RENOVATIONS!

- Tour27960147809 (2/5): Terrible booking experience! - I booked this hotel for a family member visiting Dubai in February 2026. At the time of booking in October 2025 there was a deal witu reduced rates - booking was confirmed but payment was not to be taken until arrival. Without any forewarning, the hotel attempted to take a payment on 16th December 2025 and the transaction was unsuccesful. The hotel then emailed me to say the transaction had not gone through and the booking was cancelled. I enquired why a transacfion was attempted without my knowledge and asked them to confirm the amount so this could be rectified. They ignored my questions and just replied that the booking had been cancelled and it would need to be rebooked at the current rates. I asked again how much the payment was for and for clarification as to why this was being taken at this time in spite of booking conditions stating that full payment would be taken on arrival. Again, my questions were ignored and the response received was that there was no longer availability for the original dates. In my opinion, my booking was cancelled without reason so that the hotel could get more money for the rooms.

- Ileana (4/5): - Location. Is very close to Marina bay and shop and you will Find everything around there. The propriety looks nice in photos but in reality is very old and doesnt look nice at all. The only clean thing , I hope was the bed. The bathroom really really dirty , the shower did not work. The room furniture was old also and the room had a bad smell. The entire building inside had a bad smell and a awfull look. We had only 1 night and we arrived late( around 4am) and 20 minutes before their check out hour (12:00 pm) The receptionist insisted to Call in the room to remind us that we have to go. When we arrived there was no one , we waited around 15-20 minutes for somebody to arrive to the reception. Never coming back.

Что хочу сказать просто замечательный отель, ребята, очень достойный! Все кто боится или сомневается- нечего бояться! В номере все есть- холодильник, мини кухня, микроволновка и пр, халаты, тапочки, фен, утюг и доска. Да более, чем достаточно! Для меня самое главное всегда - это постельное и полотенца- они хрустят от чистоты и белизны, как новые. Кровать очень комфортная и удобная, спалось невероятно хорошо! Температура в номере очень комфортная даже без включенного кондиционера, возможно, из-за системы общего кондиционирования. Горячая вода всегда все супер. Расположение лучше быть не может- все рядом, залив за домом, супермаркет напротив, до метро только пешком минут 10(около 1км). Рядом с отелем прекрасный ресторан узбекской кухни, где ну очень вкусно готовят, цены у них тоже очень приятные. Я не представляю что может не понравиться, все супер. Мы во Франции в деревне снимали отель в 2 раза дороже и там реально был кошмар и отношение хозяев хамское.. просто вот читаешь отзывы и действительно теряешься. Да все тут прекрасно!

Fin view Inte alls nöjd med städningen, Rummet behövde en rejäl renovering, slitna väggar och badrum och en dusch som inte riktigt funkade. Halv nedfallade gardiner från gardinstången försämrade hela rummets upplevelse.

The location is amazing, distance between hotel and metro and access to the beach nearby. The stuff was very polite and understanding in every situation. The pool zone was better than I expected, thanks for the opportunity to relax on the rooftop. Definitely worth it.

The staff were respectful and welcoming, and the housekeeping was phenomenal. Vikram, the housekeeping staff, was especially professional and respectful—his attention to detail made the stay even better. Overall, a great experience.

- Girindra (1/5): Front Office needs massive improvements and the Hotel felt a bit run down as they closed for renovat - The location is good I recently stayed at Jannah Marina and was disappointed with the service at the front office. When I asked for my food delivery to be brought upstairs, the staff reacted in a way that felt unprofessional to me. At other hotels I’ve stayed in (such as Rove Hotel, for a similar rate, and even some budget hostels), deliveries were brought directly to the room without any issue. The room itself was fine, but the handling of this situation left me feeling unwelcome. I hope management will take this feedback constructively to improve guest service.

- khaledi2013 (8/5): In the middle of Marina - Privacy and nice place , close to everything, I can feel how much this place are good and well designed , the stuff very helpful and fast to solve the issues , I met the manager he is well mannered and keep helpful assistance for everything I want , the breakfast very simple but nice place and food , the room are wide and all amenities is available. Just they should develop the booking to show room for sea view online booking , because I didn’t found such option through online, the hotel offer me this category of room in very high price upon check in , so anyone has to know the price before arrival . The washing machine is not working properly. There was nothing to watch in the TV since everything is in Arabic. No options for English movies even cartoons. The sauna was not available too.
