The owner was super nice too. Loved the patio/communal area and rooftop. Excellent location in front of the beach & supermarket The mattress was very hard, unfortunately we didn’t have a single good night sleep :( also shower & sink a bit crusty

• Dominika (9/5): Lokalizacja złoto - Wspaniała lokalizacja, w pobliżu wszystko czego potrzeba, kilka kroków do pięknej plaży, marketu, świetnej restauracji. Do tego obiekt w połowie wybrzeża, bez problemu można dojść do Vilamoura przyjemnym deptakiem, a także w drugą stronę Quarteira.

• Catarina (10/5): Wonderful stay with steps from the beach and attractions. - Very close to the beach, restaurants, stores and market where you get the freshest local food. Very clean and the owner is very friendly. It has a steep steps. It was fine for us because the owner helped us with the luggage but I wouldn’t recommend the property if one can’t climb stairs.

Se tiver frigorifico pequeno nos quartos e, pelo menos uma sanduicheira ou micro-ondas, ficará melhor ainda. Falta de lugar para esquentar qualquer refeição. Um simples micro-ondas resolveria. Uma sanduicheira tbm.

• Lars (6/5): Spartanisch eingerichtetes Zimmer in super Lage mit, leider, ausbaufähigem Sauberkeitsstandard. - Wir waren für eine Woche da, weshalb wir das unserer Meinung nach gut bewerten können. Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Meerblick (mehr oder weniger, wie gewünscht, erhalten). Die Zimmer waren spartanisch eingerichtet, aber das war zu erwarten. Der Hotelmanager hat einen netten, entspannten Eindruck gemacht. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt, um jeden Tag schnell an den Strand zu kommen. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, war das Thema Sauberkeit. Bei Ankunft ist uns aufgefallen, dass fremde Haare und Sand auf dem Boden lagen (vor Allem im Bad). Dies haben wir nach zwei Tagen angesprochen und sogar angeboten, es selbst schnell mit einem Besen zu beseitigen. Uns wurde daraufhin gesagt, dass sich darum gekümmert werden würde. Über die nächsten paar Tage ist allerdings nichts passiert, was uns sehr enttäuscht hat, da unserer Meinung nach Sauberkeit eines der wichtigsten Themen darstellt.

• Paula Cristina (10/5): Excelente, voltaria de certeza - - localização mesmo em frente ao mar - limpeza do quarto diária - ambiente familiar - simpatia do dono/gerente e do staff - os 2 terraços , um com mesas , outro com espreguiçadeiras e vista incrível - ter 2 frigoríficos à disposição - ter estendais - termos guarda sol à disposição para levar para a praia Agradecemos às 2 senhoras do staff que foram super atenciosas , e claro ao Sr.Jorge que foi incrível Muito sucesso 😊 - o segundo terraço podia estar mais cuidado e aumentava o seu potencial - devido ao tipo de edifício ouvia-se algum barulho mas nada que incomodasse e afectasse a nossa estadia - por vezes começavam a limpar cedo , tipo 9h mas entretanto houve um ajuste e ficou tudo bem Já li aqui várias críticas que considero desproporcionais, uma vez que estamos a falar de uma residencial e não de um hotel de 4 estrelas ou 5 e portanto ao avaliar temos de ter isso em consideração. Ao pagar 100€ por noite damo-nos por extremamente satisfeitos ! Quem não estiver bem tem ao lado um hotel a 250€ noite 😁

Os funcionários da limpeza entram sem autorização no quarto …. Frigorífico em comum, nada aconselhável… experiência a não repetir

• Dalia (10/5): Highly recommended - We stayed 8 nights, we really liked it! Very close to the beach, they clean everyday, the owner is funny and kind and he suggested some great restaurants. We had a room with the view on the beach, and the owner let us borrow the beach umbrella! The room is not too big but functional and we didn't have issues. Quarteira is also a great location to move around and visit Algarve

• D (9/5): - The accommodation was great – very pleasant. Although the room was relatively small, it was all we needed. We also made use of the shared terrace area. The accommodation does not offer breakfast, but there is a grocery store right below, and fridges were available in the shared spaces (no dishes or cutlery, only glasses in the room). Personally, I would have appreciated having a kettle available in this way as well, but we managed without it. The rooms were clean and tidied every day. The host is very friendly, cheerful, and accommodating – he willingly helped and took care of anything we needed.. A big advantage of the accommodation is its location – right at the start of the promenade (with restaurants, bars, and shops) and directly on the beach. A lovely bonus during our stay was the daily singing of a swallow outside our window :)

• Marcos (10/5): Superou expectativas - Localização ótima, simpatia do Sr. Jorge e restantes funcionários. Tem um ambiente bastante familiar, um terraço comum com mesas onde pudemos fazer algumas refeições e ainda dispõe de um frigorífico comum nessa zona. O quarto surpreendeu, mais moderno e acolhedor do que esperava. Foi tudo perfeito, apenas deixo a sugestão de ter a placa de "não incomodar" para colocar na porta.

Even though the area was busy and noisy once you are inside the room with the window closed it’s quiet. There’s no fridge in the rooms but there is access to some in communal areas.

• inma (10/5): Calidad-precio inmejorable y frente a la playa. - La ubicación del sitio es buenísima, frente a la playa de Quarteira y su paseo maritimo. Tiene una terraza interior común con mesas para poder comer/cenar o simplemente descansar. En ella hay un frigorífico compartido, que viene muy bien para tener agua fría y si se compra algo de comida. Justo debajo tiene un supermercado. Jorge es encantador muy detallista y servicial y siempre con una sonrisa. Volveré seguro.

• Ivan (7/5): Ideal zum Urlaub auf dem Strand - Ruhe Lage, Strand ist gegenüber das Gebäude. Persönliches Badezimmer und Toilette, Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Der Eigentümer bietet zum Strand die Sonnenschirmen kostenlos an. In der Nähe gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Kneipe, und besonders Bäckereien, wo kann man sehr lecker Essen. Die Putzfrau macht jeden Tag Sauber. Der Eigentümer spricht bissi Deutsch Nur 2 Steckdosen im Zimmer, es ist sehr wenig. keine Schalldämmung, ich habe alles aus Gemeinschaftsraum gehört.
• Bruno (1/5): Un incubo - L'ingresso della struttura è angusto e c'è subito una rampa di scale ripidissima e pericolossissima per accedere alle camere. La prima notte ho avuto assegnata una camera squallida, con due letti singoli e non ho potuto riposare. Frigo in comune, piccolo, vecchio che non raffredda. Gli ultimi cinque giorni il Wi-Fi non funzionava. Le camere sono piccole opprimenti e si soffoca, niente è incluso, solo il primo giorno una bottiglietta d'acqua di cortesia. Le due cameriere sono ignoranti (non si sforzano di capire neanche se parli il portoghese) e non disponibili. Non mi hanno voluto dare una bottiglietta d'acqua se non dopo che glielo ha detto il proprietario. Spesso non cambiavano asciugamani e la pulizia frettolosa e superficiale. Letto e cuscini scomodi, bagno angusto e pericoloso, aria condizionata NON funzionante. Il proprietario è di una strafottenza atroce, non sa nulla, non da consigli. Mette a disposizione degli ospiti per fare colazione, pranzo e cena una una zona comune all'aperto dove c'è una puzza disgustosa. C'è un terrazzo al quale si arriva tramite scale ripide e pericolose, abbandonato lurido e senza alcun confort.

• Janet (5/5): Could have been better! - Location was good for the beach, which is why I chose it! When I arrived I did not get the room in the picture, don’t expect that! I got a much smaller room boxed in with a window to the courtyard. No privacy to seating in the courtyard for people to sit and smoke into your room! Also close to communal fridge. When I complained I was told tomorrow to move, then after 2 days without unpacking I eventually got a room similar to picture. Owner slams down the phone as well!

• Mónica (9/5): - Alojamento centrico, em frente à praia, com casa de banho dentro. Muito tranquilo e silencioso. O quarto muito limpo, com toalhas, armário, roupa de cama e ar condicionado. Nada em particular - durante o periodo da limpeza, ter mais atenção para saber quando entra e sai cada hospede, por exemplo, colocar um sinal na porta para que as funcionarias saibam que os hospedes querem descansar e para não tocarem à porta seria util.
