- Laura (6/5): Not a fan - Check in was easy. It was quiet so we slept well. The stains I found on my comforter. The breakfast wasn't great, the meat looked so old and overcooked. Also the tub was slick, probably needs something so you don't slip.

- Ethan (8/5): Not a luxury resort, but definitely an acceptable option. We'd stay there again. - The staff were all incredibly kind and seemed committed to making our stay comfortable. The location was easy to find and access. The room was mostly free of issues and perfectly adequate for our one-night stay. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, so no complaints there. You know what you're getting. Two of our pillows had what *might* have been blood stains. I showed the staff and they got me two new pillows with no issue. Bring a roku stick or firestick if you've got one - the tv is super basic and the much of the remote didn't work (no guide, menu, etc.). Pretty much just the power button, volume, and channel up/down. The chair in the room was comfortable, but it honestly looked like it had been pulled in off the side of the road or something. The arms were stained and shredded like a pack of angry cats had been in the room. The bed was pretty firm, which was fine at first but we both woke up a bit sore so if you like a soft bed, be aware of that.

But the hotel and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our family and I will never forget it. They made our stay welcoming and comfortable. I will never forget the kindness they extended our family during this difficult time. Everything was perfect.

Some fraying of carpet where entry meets the carpeted sitting area. Peeling paint on ceiling in shower. Sofa was well worn. Room was very spacious but needs some TLC.

- happyvacationplanner (10/5): Excellent Service and a Well Designed Family Suite - We had a great stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. During breakfast they checked on us several times, kept tables clean, and made sure the food was fresh and fully stocked. At checkout, the front desk agent chatted with us and asked how we liked our room, even mentioning that she loves that particular room, which felt very genuine. We stayed in a 2-bedroom family suite with a king bed in one bedroom, plus a queen bed and pull-out sofa in the main room. It worked perfectly for our family of 5 and gave us plenty of space. Would absolutely stay here again.

- Janet (10/5): Very easy and comfortable stay - Just a stopover on our way home, but we had a good nights sleep and a good breakfast to start the day. They use real (not powdered) eggs - it makes a difference. And for a king bed they had real sized pillows, not tiny ones (though a king size pillow would have been nicer). The location is convenient, right off the highway, and while not right next door, many restaurant options are available a short distance away.

- 486deeh (10/5): Best Lodging in Snyder!! No doubt about it! - Once again we stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites in Snyder - and from the minute we walked in the door it felt like we were home. The welcoming staff, the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall kindness of all was outstanding. We can't say enough about Gayle at the front desk. She had the answers to all of our questions, even provided a map of local restaurants and the best way to get to them. Breakfast in the morning was perfect, and the staff made us feel like we were walking into our grandma's kitchen full of hot coffee, ice cold milk and warm yummy fixins! We will be back and there is no doubt where we will stay each and every time we come into town. It's not often that you visit an establishment that you have to search hard to find something that could have been made better, and this is one of them. (I'm still searching!). Highly recommend this lodging!

- Boris (6/5): A quiet sleep with bed bugs - It was quiet, personal were nice and friendly. There was a laundromat and swimmingpool. Breakfast is nothing fancy, they do have scrambled eggs and some kind of meat sausage with patatoes. Although it started as a positive experience and it felt clean, i woke up with three bites on my leg and also my son had bites. There must have been bed bugs which is unfortunate. If it wasn’t for the latter i would have given it a much higher rating.

- janrS2729IF (4/5): excessive noise and security concerns - Checked in early afternoon and looked forward to a comfortable stay in a family friendly hotel. The room was clean, the ac worked well and the staff friendly. However we soon learned work crews were boarding at the hotel. The hotel back parking lot became a gathering site with loud music nonstop from 6pm to 11pm. When the music finally stopped, car alarms began to go off and continued until morning. Not a pleasant experience.

- Stephanie (4/5): - Sometimes all of the small details just add up. To begin with our door would not close without lifting the handle and pushing hard. As you walked into the room where the carpet met the tile, the carpet was torn and coming up. The window to the outside was cracked and the lampshade was pretty beat up. All little things but they really add up when you pay a higher price to stay at the hotel instead of others with more competitive pricing. We did use the pool but the railing was not secure as it was loose in the pool at the bottom. The staff was excellent!!
