• Audrey (7/5): - As we had hired a car the location was fine for us. The apartment was a good size was clean and welcoming. Both Bedrooms and the Bathroom were clean and comfortably spacious for adults with plenty of draw and cupboard space. The bathroom was clean and functional and the shower worked fine. I would definitely consider renting this property again when I return to Cyprus. The kettle didn't work (probably a blown fuse but didn't have time to sort this). However it was no problem as we boiled the water in saucepans on the hob. The window latches (locks?) seemed slightly loose and could benefit from a tightening with a screwdriver, I think, but all worked fine.

We hebben een heel prettig verblijf gehad. Er zijn wel een paar kleine verbeterpunten. De kookpannen en de douchekop zijn bijvoorbeeld aan vervanging toe.

• NIKI (5/5): Απογοητευτικη σε σχέση με την εμπειρία που είχαμε πριν τέσσερα χρόνια στο ίδιο μέρος αλλά σε άλλο δι - Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πολύ μεγάλο και θα μπορούσε να φιλοξενήσει οικογένεια με 4 παιδιά άνετα. Τα έπιπλα στο χωλ ήταν καινούρια αν και λερωμένα. Στα υπνοδωμάτια υπήρχε μόνο κρεβάτι και κομοδίνο, ούτε ένας καθρέφτης, μια πολυθρόνα ή καρέκλα ή τουαλέτα για τα προσωπικά είδη/ καλλυντικά ή έστω μια κρεμάστρα για τα ρούχα. Υπήρχε βέβαια ερμαρι. Τα μπάνια ήταν παλιά, λερωμένα και μυριζε απαίσια η αποχετευση τόσο που δεν μπορούσαμε να σκύψουμε να πλυνουμε το πρόσωπο ή τα δόντια μας. Τα σαμπουάν βρωμουσαν και δεν υπήρχε σαπούνι χεριών ( μας έφεραν για τα χέρια, αφού τηλεφωνησαμε). Οι καλαθοι για το χαρτί υγείας ηταν γελοιωδώς μικροί ώστε γεμισαν από την αρχή και δεν μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε κάτι αφού δεν υπήρχαν σακούλες να αλλάξουμε. Η καθαριότητα του διαμερίσματος ήταν μέτρια προς κακή και όταν μπήκαμε μέσα μύριζε μια μπόχα από βρώμικο νερό σφουγγαρισματος, χωρίς καθαριστικό. Δεν υπήρχε καμία αίσθηση πολυτέλειας που να ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του. Στην κουζίνα ούτε τα βασικά. Μόνο 4 κάψουλες για καφέ.

• Monika (6/5): - Duży apartament z tarasem z widokiem na morze. W ofercie był dostęp do basenu i siłowni. Okazało się że właściciel nie aktywował karty z dostępem do SPA. Przez cały pobyt nie mogliśmy korzystać z basenu i siłowni pomimo że był grudzień i na tej opcji nam zależało.

Podczas składania rezerwacji nie było wspomniane o tym, że na basenie wewnętrznym trwają prace serwisowe i przez cały nasz pobyt (a to była jedna z rzeczy, która zdecydowała o wyborze tego miejsca) basen był zamknięty. Po fakcie czytając inne oferty z tego miejsca taką informację znalazłam. W apartamencie na pierwszy rzut oka było czysto jednak po chwili okazało się że jednak nie. Na podłodze było sporo kurzu, na dywanie w salonie ogromną ilość piasku, wyglądało jakby nikt nie odkurzał przez bardzo długi okres czasu lub zrobił to bardzo niedokładnie. Chcieliśmy odkurzyć ale nie było odkurzacza, zostało tylko zamiatanie. Na pościeli oraz ręcznikach były plamy, czuć było zapach prania ale jednak ręczniki można by wymienić na nowe. Przydałby się także dodatkowy klucz do drzwi wejściowych na klatkę.

It's a confusion. The rooms are nice, with pretty colours and materials, fully equipped. I never went to a hotel apartment that was so dirty in my life. Never. Floor, dishes, glasses all dirty. Only the toilet was clean and sterilized. Housekeeping must seriously change their method and management should do supervision.

Problém s výpadkom elektrickej energie bol vyriešený do 10 minút. Mierny problém bol s teplou vodou, ale aj to sa podarilo vyriešiť. Apartmán je vhodný max pre 4 osoby. V prípade piatej je potrebné spať na gauči v obývačke.

Pool nearest our apartment under repair during our visit but walked to the next in 3 mins. Pool area clean and lots of sun beds. Life guards very attentive. My only slight complaint would be location. Handy for Airport but taxi required to attend harbour/Bar Street area. 10 euro min each way. Handy bus service to Kings Mall and Old Town 2 euro each way. Elysia Breeze lovely pool bar /restaurant. Reception staff first class and always happy to help .

• DaveW87 (10/5): Our 3rd stay in 6 years, it doesn't disappoint - We were delighted with out third stay at Elysia Park, and first in the bungalow. The staff are always incredibly polite, friendly and helpful and there's a good selection of on-site amenities as well as being in a great location for the motorway, old town, harbour and airport. We treated ourselves to the bungalow and it was incredible value for money. There were only 2 small gripes - both of which we forgot to mention at check-out and therefore the staff weren't afforded an opportunity to address - which were: 1) There were a large number of ants alongside the edge of the pool closest to the bungalow and if you didn't thoroughly sweep these away before getting in, they would end up quite quickly joining you! This could easily be remedied with regular deployment of ant powder/similar. 2) We were surprised that the ph level of the pool wasn't checked during our stay, however as we had elected not to have the complimentary housekeeping service (we only stayed 5 nights), perhaps they would have done this as part of their duties. Regardless of these 2 points, we would definitely stay at Elysia Park again and are currently researching when we can next book the bungalow!

• darylsY6555SU (10/5): Great place to stay... - Don't believe all the negative reviews about Elysia Park... Trust me, we go every year, for the past 9 years, sometimes twice a year. As we are this year we are actually back there on 1st October for a family celebration. The staff are the real asset of this place, they couldn't be anymore helpful if they tried, if you are ever engaging with them they are attentive and will resolve your issue without fail, they are there to ensure you have a good time. The pool was closed, this was a surprise to even Elysia Park. Pool No1 had a refresh over the winter and pool No 2 was planned to have a refresh this winter but had deteriorated so required the refurbishment to be pulled forward. Fair play to the construction guys doing the pool in the searing august Cypriot weather, they were getting it done fast. I'm sure it will be available for my return on 1st October. The lifeguards do not ruin anyone's holiday unless they or they're kids are doing something they shouldn't be. If you watch your kids and behave by not eating or drinking from glass bottles, then the lifeguard isn't interested in you. They are legally responsible for us and our kids around the pool area so if they have to tell people off, then so be it The on site restaurant is good but very large portions and the drinks are a little pricey. The on site kiosk (shop) is amazing and stocks everything you would ever need and contrary to other reviews their prices are in line with paphos supermarkets. Would always highly recommend Elysia Park

• DJHale (10/5): Great family staff, deluxe two bedroom apartment. - Not a bad word to say, and for those who do, I have to say im surprised given how much you get, and how selfless the staff are at what isn't a significant cost, balanced against what you get. We generally go all inclusive, and this is the first time we've stayed in an apartment, and it was a great experience. The staff couldn't do enough for us, be it car hire, taxis or if we had any issues. One day we had an issue with hot water, reported it, 5 minutes later a member of staff was there. Same with car hire, I stated what I wanted, within two hours a hire car was there and contractuals signed. Noise from neighbours, no issue, went and sorted as a priority. The service we experienced matched what we've had in 5* resorts. Facilities were great, everything you need for cooking and a relaxing stay were looked after. We hired a toastie maker and yoga mat, small deposits for both. We also used the onside gym most days, it's small but has enough if you are adaptable. Lovely pool areas, ample beds and fairly quiet as well (though out of school season) but not sure you can use large inflatables, can use smaller ones though. One of the pools is currently undergoing renovations, but looked almost ready when we left. No issues here, this, alongside the current closure of the indoor pool and hot tub, were well advertised to us. Food at the complex is a seperate company, very large portions and would recommend splitting some dishes due to size. Also available are a shop for the essentials and another, larger gym, but this is not part of the hotel. Overall, amazing stay, thanks to the staff for making it that way.

• philip_butler1 (10/5): Top notch - An excellent place for a holiday and one of the best places to stay in Paphos. We booked a penthouse apartment for 2 adults and 4 kids, which was amazing. Very spacious, light and airy, comfy beds and a large rooftop balcony on 3 sides. Hotel facilities are great, including a gym, spa, restaurant and a small shop. One of the outdoor pools and the indoor pool were closed when we were there, which was a bit irritating but we got over it 😊 Most of the staff were really helpful and pleasant, with a special mention to Savvas on reception who was brilliant. The two lifeguards were very authoritarian, especially the grey haired guy, which we did not like, but it didn’t spoil our time as we just ignored them 🤣.The complex is 20-30 mins walk to the harbour or 5 mins in a taxi. A few other things need a bit of TLC but nothing major. We are hoping to go back in the future and would highly recommend it. Top notch

• heatherlS2310FJ (10/5): Great holiday. - We have just had a weeks holiday here and we really enjoyed our stay. Everywhere was clean. Staff were friendly. There is a restaurant on site and the food was beautiful. It was our best meal out whilst on holiday. There is a shop, pharmacy and gym onsite. Shops is well stocked and whilst it was not the cheapest it wasn’t overly expensive either. We used it most days. There were town lifeguards around the pool we used they were brilliant. Very attentive and made sure rules were followed. I felt sorry for them as some people would argue with them even though they were only trying to implement the rules that kept everyone safe. We would definitely stay here again.

• Alexia (10/5): Excellent - The apartment was spacious, clean, and well maintained with all the necessary kitchen utensils, free snacks and cold water which was great to have on arrival. The pool and the parking was straight outside our accommodation which was so convenient and great for the kids. It would’ve been nice to have received all information following my booking. I had to contact the mobile number to initiate this. However, the reply was immediate and the approach was excellent. They also allowed a slight later check out which was very helpful with young kids.

• Y2344YXrachelg (10/5): Wonderful trip away - I have not one bad word to say about elysia park. The apartment was clean and pretty and everything we needed. The pool was beautiful and we'll kept. The staff were lovely and so helpful with everything we needed. We will Definitely be back.

• Václav (8/5): - The host was very kind and took a very care of us. The apartement was clean, although a little bit worn out. The place - Elysia park is the right place for families with chldren. Water in the pool was clean and warm. There is a small grocery shop right by the Elysia park. The location is about 2km from sea. Nevertheless we went to a beach every day by walk. Indoor pool and one of the outdoor pools were under a reconstruction during our visit which is actually a good news for future visitors ;)
• Vasiliki (10/5): Comfortable and pleasant stay - Thank you very much for your hospitality. The apartment was comfortable and clean, ideal for our family’s stay. We only stayed one night, but we were very satisfied and would gladly choose it again in the future!!
• MariaMMA (1/5): - The pool The townhouse 24 wasn't clean The owner said that the a/c was broken at the apartment a night before our arrival and text me on what's app to stay at her townhouse 24 It was really dirty We even find a sock on the floor No bedsheets on 1 bed

• PSD100 (6/5): Massive room for improvement but hotel staff deserve credit and rooms are nice but not wow - TL;DR: Great staff (big shoutout to Savos) did everything to save our trip, but last-minute pool closures, lifeguard power trips, and a petty on-site bar made it stressful, not relaxing. Pros: Staff A+ – Georgia, Eleni & especially Savos went above & beyond. AC on before arrival, luggage help, taxi sorting, daily check-ins, proper banter. Nice touches – Wine for our anniversary, smooth booking comms. Taxis easy – Always available, just check payment type. Room – Modern, smart TV, cleaned every 3 days. Downsides: tiny balcony over bins, bathroom average. Nearby – Elephant Kiosk (pricey but handy), Tastys Takeaway huge portions & better value than Elysia Breeze. Compensation – 10% refund, wine, late checkout townhouse. Cons: Main pool shut 48 hrs before arrival – drilling from 8 a.m., indoor pool closed too. Backup pool – Overcrowded, weekend chaos, locals with inflatables while rules enforced on tourists. Loose grit – Nephew cut in the pool. Lifeguard whistle wars – Especially one older lifeguard who seemed determined to ruin the mood: constant whistles, lectures over nothing (e.g., telling my wife shes “not watching the kids” — all strong swimmers, with 12 adults in our group watching and in the pool). He even asked which kids belonged to which adults so he could monitor them more. Inflatable rules applied to us, but weekends saw locals with inflatables ignored by staff. Ugly: Elysia Breeze Bar – Not hotel-run, but petty rules & bad attitude (challenged for not tipping, hassled over unopened water in 33°C heat). Verdict: Would return only if pools are fixed & rules applied fairly. Staff are fantastic, but facilities & extras need serious work before this is a stress-free holiday spot. That said, a pool closed in the height of summer is a big issue, especially when families are spending serious money during the holidays. If anyone reading this is looking for a nice, relaxing break, I’d suggest cancelling and finding somewhere else. Trust me, you’ll thank me for it.
• Hetal (8/5): Amazing stay - Stay was amazing. The reception staff were always helpful and friendly. We were a little disappointed with the closure of one of the outdoor pools and the indoor pool however we were aware of this as it was communicated in advance. We will definitely be back again.
• Karina (9/5): Super baza wypadowa, fajny apartament polecam!! - Basny, miejsce parkingowe, na miejscu mały sklep i restauracja:) Basen w teorii czynny do 18:00- do tej godziny ratownik to troche krótko natomiast i tak póxniej można było korzystać wiec nie była to wielka wada:)
• Ali (7/5): A good stay. The air con was really good too! - Lovely and spacious with really good facilities The view from the balcony was the car park. I had been promised a lovely view so was very disappointed

• nataliafS9031DL (10/5): Great SPA - The whole stay at the hotel was amazing but the best part was spending time in the spa where the manager Yiota was very helpful in choosing treatments and the therapist Weronika and Monika who performed this treatment were amazing. It was a massage with a candle which left a very silky moustorising skin. This was one of the best and most luxurious treatments I've ever had. I will definitely be back. to this hotel.
