Sin embargo, el servicio de Expedia fue pesimo, ya que no habian avisado al hotel de mi venida (mientras me habian cobrado). Cuando escribí para aclaración, expedia US me dijo que debía contactar a la agencia en México.....
- Mitzie (2/5): Scene from Alfred Hitchcock's Movie - Where do I start. Rooms are filthy. Paint on the walls are dirty. Room furniture and drawers show signs of rat and roach infestation. Poor security, broken lock on door to balcony. Water backs up in the shower stall. The bed linens looked like they were borrowed out of the Crimean war. I was served rotten fish in the onsite restaurant and was still charged for it. While the hotel is located on the main road it was not easy to be located due to poor signage. The stairs and hallway is poorly lit.

- Verified traveler (6/5): - The Bluefields Bay Resort was a nice place to stay the only problem was the noise from the traffic at night which made it a bit difficult to sleep at night.The grounds and facilities was well kept.I was thrilled to be given a small fridge so I vould keep my water and drinks cold and nice.The staff was pleasant and helpful.
