- Jennifer (10/5): Worth the stay - We extended our stay and i would say from the first room and the second room there pros and cons in both the bed was hard as a rock in the second room cleaning service was spectacular very attentive close to the tram and train station very quiet area would recommend staying here

However, a few minutes walk to public transportation that would take you to it. The area has the best oriental food and Michelin star restaurants. The hotel is lacking of curb appeal. I wished the aircon on the bedrooms were better. Room and bathroom were great. I did have some issues with the hot water as the shower would go cold at times.

Même avec la fenêtre ouverte, pas moyen de faire baisser la température. Chaleur accablante dans la chambre. La seule chose que j'ai aimé de mon expérience c'était la qualité du petit déjeuner. Très bien, sauf le café qui n'est pas assez fort et qui ne goûte pas grand chose.

It was not possible to open the window in one of the rooms which made it very hot, the fan just moved the hot air around the room. The transport links were good. Food choices in the area were international rather than french.

There were pieces missing on the wall corners and stains on the carpet and bedding. The closest subway is 800 meters away and it takes about 30 minutes to get anywhere near an attraction. I would t walk there after dark. However on the opposite direction is a cute community. The listing didn’t mention if there was AC. There was not. My bad for assumin. was blazing hot. Can’t open the window for the busy road.

- German (8/5): Family Vacation 2025 - The staff was really nice and helpful. The breakfast was included with our booking. They had a good selection of items. I only wish they had potable AC units but I heard AC are not common in Paris which seems odd as hot as it gets. Very uncomfortable to sleep if you are used to cold but overall I would come back in a cooler time of the year.

- Tran (4/5): Not recommended for cleanliness of rooms - Dirty rooms, not conveniently located, bad neighbourhoods. However, nice staffs and good customer services. They offer new room as soon as we complaint about smell and dirtiness on second day.
- Marie Dame (4/5): - The rooms are really small. It feels a bit crampy if you guys are 2 travellers with large suitcases. No office/work station available. You don’t have really much space to pack your belongings. Just a really small closet. Some areas of the room and bathroom seemed like they could use some renovations. There were stains and little cracks on certain things… Also there was no room service or amenities at all. Totally disappointing. Bring your own toothpaste, mouthwash, toothbrush, bathrobe & shower cap. Could not even have access to YouTube or Netflix on the TV. We’re in a streaming era now, that’s the bare minimum.

Felt more like a mini apartment with the sofa bed up and other furnishing. Our kids loved it! Only downside was it was really hot even with the mini aircon unit so had to keep window open, which made it quite noisy. Didn't spoil our experience though.

The following observations merit attention- Room wasn't clean No air-conditioning or fans available and ventilation was poor (it was like a oven inside) Breakfast was very limited The washbasin was chipped Bath area was dirty and unkempt Closest bus stop/ metro station was more than 500-600 m away. Multiple connections to the city center were required
- Deirdre (10/5): Thumbs up 👍😎 - The hotel may seem basic on first glance but it is cosier than you think. I stayed here for 3 nights alone and I felt extremely safe and very welcome. My room was perfect for just me, spotlessly clean and most importantly, quiet. I loved the black out shutter. I want one for my room at home! Breakfast was fine, you get what you pay for but it didn't have any cereal bowls and the plates are tiny! Food was lovely though and constantly being replenished. After I checked out at noon, I asked if I could hang around for an hour before moving on and that was no problem with the staff who were so friendly. I would definitely stay there again. It's a little far away from everything but it's on Line 7 for the metro which brings you to a lot of important places in Paris. Thank you for a lovely experience 😁👍!

Checking they didn’t offer you check in documents to sign other than in French, and very unhelpful. Felt like I was more of a bother to them. The reception seemed to always be sleeping in the lobby. Breakfast was a very good selection.

- Peter (6/5): - Staff were great, but hotel in a very odd place. There is nothing within reasonable walking distance of any note. If you want to go out for dinner (no dining on site) you need to take an uber, or pick from one of the two or three places that are a 10 min walk up a hill. The area seems to be for students, or athletes or something. It's a strange setup. Room was fine though, slept great.

- Janice (2/5): - Check in, mold in 2 rooms, keys don’t work for days, rooms entered by staff. Check in was an issue. I get hotels have a certain check in time however I would guess most of guest have been traveling. I left home the night before at 618pm (flight take off) 10/24/19 get to Paris and arrive at hotel 12pm Friday 10/25. Had to sleep in the lobby bcus check in time is not flexible AT ALL, there was over 20 people waiting to be checked in and they wouldn’t start until 3pm. Wake up Saturday 10/26, Room 106 had a broke shower holder, can’t even take a shower unless you hold it. MOLD all over the shower area, I tell them Saturday morning 10-1030am... get back around 12- 1am.... that’s 14hrs later, go to the room... still broken, still gross. I go back down, given option of 2 rooms. Pack our stuff up, move into 415, MOLD all over the shower too. Sunday 10/27 we leave for around 9 hours to get back and have NO key working. Go down, get a NEW key, still doesn’t work. 2 trips to the desk, no keys work, they are just going to try it with the master key. He will call the technician. Monday 10/28, leave for the day, return in the evening, key still doesn’t work. Had to use the master key again. Tuesday finally the key works, however the DO NOT DISTURB sign was removed, thrown on the floor and room entered by staff. If the room wasn’t already paid for the week, trust and believe I would have gone elsewhere. First trip to Paris, and your hotel has failed miserably.

Have also been badly bitten by bed bugs all over my legs and arms. Purposely booked a hotel for the comfort and had some of the worst sleep I’ve had in a long time.

Only incident was one night we arrived at 12 in the night and room was not cleaned. It was very uncomfortable. We went to front desk and they gave us a new room but so late at night and so tired was not in our plans to have to switch room. Breakfast average.... We had to leave deposit for hair dryer,..... A recommedation is if you are travelling in metro/train from Paris main station/airport to hotel costs 22 EUR 2 people, same price as arriving to hotel in a taxi (24 euro) , less time and connections....

- Yesenia (6/5): - I liked: that the hotel was close to 2 metros. One metro is 5 minutes walking and the other metro is 14 minutes walking. The breakfast included was good. I didn’t like: the shower tiles were pink / yellow in between the lines. The sink would clog up every time we would brush our teeth or wash our hands.

- UDAI (8/5): Satisfied - Good location, good price, decent room size, fast wifi, water cooler in the lobby. All in all good experience. A tea kettle in the room with tea bags / cream etc would be a nice add. No English channels on TV.

Most of the things were in high quality for the guest. Fan and a/c could be better asset of the hotel. Thank very Mr Alain for your good behavior, keep it up.
- KARTI (8/5): TOP FLOOR GOOD VIEW WITH COMPUTER INTERNET ACCESS - STAFF WERE GREAT , VERY TRANQUILL AND QUITE AREA GOOD FOR GETTING A GOOD NIGHTS REST,,,,, NICE T.V WITH FREE VIEW DIDNT TAKE TOO MUCH NOTICE OF THE INSET WAS OUT THE WHOLE DAY AND WHEN I DID GET BACK IT WAS BED TIME 'LOL'

- Charm (4/5): In China Town - Too far from Paris. I lost the feeling on being in Paris as there are no Cafes, Little choice of where to eat. Did not feel safe to go out at night
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Hotel was good for price. Kept being given small towels and the maid said we weren’t aloud bigger ones but reception was very helpful and give us them. About 17/23 minutes walk from the metro which wasn’t a hassle for us but if struggle to walk might not suit. The rooms were very warm and didnt have any air conditioning or a fridge. - Jake (6/5): Cheap Hotel - Cheap hotel with breakfast included in the price. It’s a little far out of Paris but that wasn’t too much of an issue. Breakfast was all you can eat continental, however, it was not a vast selection but it was still adequate. There’s even a sign telling you to eat as much as you like because they don’t like waste! Couldn’t get WiFi to work and hotel next to busy motorway but that didn’t stop me sleeping. Staff were pleasant and spoke very good English.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Near china town paris hotel - The hitel is quite far from downtown paris but its only 1 train ride away to louvre museum. Its in chinatown area. I would have given a high ratings only if they imptove their free breakfast and their food handler in their kitchen.
- CARMEN (8/5): Short vacation in Paris - It’s a good choice, kind of far of Paris center of main attractions, so you should plan to leave at least an hour before the time you expect to start your tours. The noice of the Avenue at night is kind of disturbing. :( But beds are comfortable and breakfast is okay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The room was clean and the room was cleaned every day. The hotel is exelent for the cold time of the year, but I can't imagine how hot will be in the summer. There is central heating but not air conditioning. Not recommend for a summer.
