• CHERYL (8/5): - I've stayed at this place for the past decade and the new owners are as wonderful as the old owners making sure our party had everything we needed Sometimes the noise from upstairs is a bit too loud.
• Roxanne (9/5): Lovely place with a responsive host. - The location is perfect for visiting our family in Chase. There is a restaurant on site (we have yet to try it, but hopefully will next time). The small kitchenette is great. And Elsa is a very welcoming , responsive and helpful host. It would be good if there were four pillows (there are three) but two pillows each are helpful for sitting up and reading in bed. (Maybe an extra one on the closet shelf or in a drawer?)

The hotel can't be said to have brand-new facilities, but it's really clean and cozy. The staff were also very friendly and took good care of us. The motel itself is great (clean, comfortable, quiet) but what really stood out for me was the service. The owner/manager was both caring and highly engaging. Also, the breakfast I was served the next morning before getting back on my bike (on the way to Revelstoke) was awesome - especially the hot-out-of-the-oven croissants!

• Verified traveler (6/5): Some improvement needed - The hosts were friendly and quick to bring us things that were missing from our room - a piece of furniture and kitchen linens. We discovered an infestation of bugs in one corner of the room and the host was quick to remove them and treat the area. Otherwise the room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We were surprised that there was no noise from the highway which runs right beside the property. There was no stove in the kitchenette but the single coil hot plate was adequate for our needs. The breakfast menu had five options, one being wonton soup. No consideration was given for substitutions to meet dietary needs. Fruit included with the meals was very minimal.

A hair dryer would have been nice. We were so nicely greeted. Such a lovely lady working the check-in. Made us feel so welcome. The breakfast was wonderful. You can choose from five different breakfast options. There is a falls about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. If staying there, it is worth checking out as it is truly a hidden gem. We had a picnic supper there. Thank you! Would stay again.
