They did nothing about it till the third day where they offered a different room and the beeping continued. It ruined our sleep and we had to go somewhere else to get some sleep. Unsafe area with people yelling and throwing bottles overnight. Completely terrible management. No cleaning or new towels in 10 days. Pics look so good but dirty and run down.

All check-in was online, no human contact and at times difficult to understand process. Facilities are poorly maintained – dishwasher there but not working, bed mattress and pillows too soft, fan in one room not working, bathroom basin soap dispenser broken, showerhead loose. Kitchen facilities too small. Bedroom located on upper floor, bathroom/toilet on ground floor so can be a little inconvenient. no mirrors in bedroom.

Will be highly appreciated to have inside the room: fruit, juices, water, bread, ham, cheese instead what the offer.

I couldn’t sleep all night due to being uncomfortable. Although it was “clean” the room was falling apart, and mildew in the shower. The TV also was old and didn’t work. The gym was decent, however I would not recommend staying here to anyone.

Das Sofa, wo offenbar alle Rückenpolster abhanden gekommen waren, war notdürftig mit zwei Spannbettlaken zugedeckt! Das Frühstück im chinesischen Restaurant im EG haben wir nur am ersten Tag über uns ergehen lassen….aber das Personsl war sehr freundlich! Es gibt kein Personal vor Ort im Hotel/kein Empfang, aber der Telefonservice war sehr schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfreich!

Muito bem localizado, duas quadras da estação central, além de supermercado e opções de comida perto. Quarto confortável, com cozinha completa e banheiro limpo. O hotel tem academia 24h (bem equipada para um hotel) e lavanderia. O quarto é bem pequeno, ideal para duas pessoas no máximo, e o banheiro talvez seja desconfortável por que a porta é de vidro, tem uma cortina por razões de privacidade mas ainda assim foi estranho. Único ponto que daria como “negativo”. No geral recomendo bastante esse hotel!

- jessica (10/5): - Great location, the monti circus sets up right outside if you’re a fan check that out. Only a 5 min walk to the train station and about 10-15 to city center. Only issue we had was contacting the hotel directly but expedia was able to assist us. Make sure you use holafly.com for esim for wifi or find a wifi spot if you have issues because this hotel uses a code for you to get in. No front desk. No one changed our sheets but that was a minor issue for us but if that is important for you just a heads up. Otherwise lovely apartment like stay, very clean!
- Anda (10/5): - Comfortable and clean studio apartment, well equippped and very close proximity to the railway station. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay here and would stay again. The slight con was the lack of ventilation - the apartment and the building felt stuffy and we had to leave the window open at all times. I also did not understand the purpose of providing an espresso machine if no ground coffee was provided by the hosts (as one would not purchase a bag of ground coffee for a short stay of few nights) - I'd either remove the machine or provide coffee, oitherwise it just takes up precious space.

Unfortunately, we forgot to inform them that we wouldn’t arrive on the first day, but we would be there on the second. When we finally arrived and emailed them for the apartment pin, we were told they had already cancelled our booking due to our no-show on the first day. We received NO notification of this cancellation, NO EMAIL, even in booking.com message, and there were NO terms and conditions provided that said our booking would be automatically cancelled if we didn’t arrive on the first day. This is outrageous! DO NOT BOOK THIS APARTMENT! They are thieves, showing no consideration whatsoever. All they care about is taking your money! We’ve wasted 2 days for nothing! Even 1 star is too generous! If I had a choice, I wouldn’t give them any!
- Anirudha (10/5): - very nice and modern property. This particular property of Visionapaertments was located within 300m of Zurich station. So, it was very convenient. The only complaint I have is that they were not responsive via email. When I called their number the gentleman answered my questions. When I asked him why they have not responded to my email (carrying the same questions), he said Visionapartment is a very large global asset company. They get thousands of email queries per day. I understand that there could be delay in responding to emails. But I did not like that they did not respond even after 10 days.

Do not expect anything else more than 2 bottles of water, shampoo and cream. No dishwasher soap. No coffee. No laundry soap but washer and dryer were good and free. We only spent 2 nights there. Bed was comfy. We liked the location. There is a Coop market around the corner.

Check-in was a bit confusing, we got our check-in codes early and thought we could have checked in before the stated check-in time. Codes didn't work until after the check-in time.
- farsheedm2021 (2/5): Horrible customer service - We checked in to M606 at Militarstrasse 24 Zurich earlier this afternoon. (Booking number B507917 ). The room was extremely hot at check in so we tried turning on the floor fan in the room and we soon realized the fan is not functional. An email was sent to report the issue. We then left the room and returned later in the night. Upon our return, we noticed the fan is still broken and we have not received any response. The room was extremely hot and air heavy to breath. We called "24/7" customer service at +41 44 248 34 34 to ask for help. We were told there is nothing they can do tonight and we need to wait until tomorrow. There was absolutely no care regarding the fact that tonight the room is unusable. A room that we have already paid for. We asked to be moved to another room; we were told that cannot be done. I am wondering what would "24/7" customer service do if say a pipe was leaking in the room?! This is deceiving. This type of customer service should be advertised ss 9-5 customer service not 24/7. We are extremely disappointed with the customer service we received.
- Troy (4/5): - This easily could have been a 5 star review but whoever manages this property apparently has never stayed at a hotel or vacation rental. If I had to give it one word it would be NO. No a/c, no coffee, no bath soap, no ice or way to make it, no english TV channels, no extra towels and pretty much no communication. It was very hot the first night and they have a motorized window system that closes every 20 minutes so I had to get up every 20 minutes and open the windows which didn't matter because of the fireworks going off right outside until after 2 am so we didn't sleep anyway. For what we paid we were very disappointed. The condo was very nice and in a great location it's just a shame all of the little things were what they were.

No air conditioning - The building access code pad did not work upon arrival, rendering access to the building impossible during a sweltering hot summer day. It took over one and a half hours and over 5 phone calls (at international rates) to get the access code finally sorted out. There was no air con while it was 33C outside. Delivery of a fan took hours after request. The gym is extremely basic.

- Hongbo (10/5): - The apartment offers cookware and normal size refrigerator, it made our trip in Switzerland much easy and convenient. The room is clean and close to central train station. You can walk around near the city center for hours, even in the night. Very good place to live when you travel in this country, you can always take day trips to other cities.

- Yan (8/5): - I stayed one night in this apartment before catching my flight from Zurich airport. It is ideally located, close to the main train station in Zurich with lots of business nearby. Be aware that the room is rather small. Thus the space is very limited. It is fine for an overnight stay before flying out of Zurich airport but if you need more than a day or two accommodation, I would not recommend it as I am a person needs a lot more space. The only inconvenient aspect is that the check-in time is strict at 3pm with no luggage storage before check-in or after check-out. It is not a hotel and does not have the level of service as a normal hotel.

Like most apartments and hotels in the area, the place was small. One major perk was having a mini fridge- it’s very helpful if you plan to buy groceries while visiting Zurich. Important to note, Zurich felt like a very safe and clean city. The apartment is, however, close to one of the city’s streets that didn’t feel too safe.
- atco1703 (2/5): Please save your money and Stay away from this property. - I am extreme dissatisfaction with the level of customer service provided during my stay at VISIONAPARTMENTS Zurich from April 9th to April 14th, 2024. Unfortunately, my experience was marred by several issues that significantly impacted my stay and left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Firstly, one of the basic guest requirements, the ability to control the window curtains, was not available in my room. This lack of control over basic amenities affected my comfort and privacy during my stay. Furthermore, when I encountered other issues during my stay and sought assistance from your customer service team, I found them to be unprofessional and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the problems promptly and efficiently, I was met with requests for additional payment for basic requests and amenities. This approach was both unreasonable and unacceptable, especially considering the amount already paid for the accommodation. Additionally, the lack of responsiveness and support from your customer service team was evident. Contacting them by email resulted in delayed responses, often taking until the next day, which further exacerbated the situation and left me feeling neglected as a guest. Overall, my experience at VISIONAPARTMENTS Militaerstrasse 24 Zurich was far below expectations, and I would not recommend anyone to book with this establishment through Booking.com or direct booking channels. The combination of inadequate amenities, unprofessional customer service, and lack of responsiveness has led to a highly unsatisfactory experience.

Slightly frustrating that the grocery shop next door opens at 10 am and closes at 6 pm, we basically never got to use it. But there are very good restaurants nearby. Would recommend booking this property, the apartment is well kept, clean and modern.

Bed had hair all over the sheets, bathroom mixer did not work in the shower so had cold showers each night. Would not consider staying here.

Outside noises from foot traffic will disturb you, though. The folks on upper floor were partying all night and no one to tell them to stop in this remotely operated property.

- caQ9448ZC (2/5): HORRIBLE dont stay here - Place doesn't look like pictures. The place was advertised as having a washing machine in the apartment which was incorrect. Also, the place is very uncomfortable. It doesn't have ac and no other means to cool the place off. We spent our days and nights in a sweat. The host did not check in at all to see if it was ok. This place is a rip off!
- Conor01 (10/5): A birthday break away - This was my second stay at this property having enjoyed one earlier in the year. The accommodation is simple enough but comfortable. It has a kitchenette with fridge which proved very handy given the heat as I kept it stocked with drinks. The electric plug in fan was also useful for same reason. Bed very comfortable although the softness of the pillows took a bit of getting used to. Building in the main very quite although if there is events going on outside you will hear. Great location tram/bus stop a couple of hundred yards away as is a nice pub, supermarket, main train station also walking distance as is the centre if Zurich so ideal for exploring. Definitely will be staying again in future.

- Conor01 (10/5): A short stay - I have to say I was really surprised by my stay because many reviews I read spoke of noise at night due to its location however in my case I never experienced this, it was really quite. Apartment was comfortable and ideal for a short stay, its centrally located tram stop a couple of minutes walk as is train station, main shopping district a 10 minute walk away. Great burrito shop down the street as well as Italian. If I had one minor quibble curtains could do with been thicker as trying to have a lie in proved tricky as room got bright early and one strange design feature to note one of the walls of the bathroom are see through glass so remember to keep that particular curtain drawn. All in all a great stay, highly recommend and will be back

Apartment was perfect for my needs, comfortable, centrally located with easy access to public transport and main train station. The apartment block was not very attractive - neither outside nor inside in the communal areas, but our individual apartment was clean and modern. The free use of the laundry with six washers and dryers was a bonus. A few leaflets, brochures, maps etc would have been useful as a tourist. If you enjoy a lie-in, beware. Church bells EVERY morning at 7 am! 😂 Overall a pleasant stay.

- CMW240 (8/5): Good Location and Amenities - To echo a previous reviewer, the location (about three blocks to the train station) and quite new facilities were very good. Our room, on third or forth floor, was clean, quiet and the bed comfortable. At this point in our trip we were in need of a laundry. Vision has washers and dryers. This was a big plus for us and they were FREE. Yes, they are an apartment facility and there is no front desk, however we did not have any problem in securing our code to enter. However, as it is a "remote controlled" property, arriving early can cause you to wait in the entrance until your room is ready or your check-in time has been reached. There is no place to sit, but there is a little restaurant to the left as you enter the entrance. Now, from all that you have read, make sure you have everything in place prior to showing up.

- khujista (2/5): Very tiny boiler room. - First of all, when we arrived at the apartment, no one was at the building and there was no instruction any what to do or how to get in the building. With all these luggage and in the very hot day after traveling 12 hour flight it was a disaster. Luckily another guest came after a while and told us to call the apartment customer service since we could not reach hotel.com representative and my battery was about to die. When I called the apartment customer service, they said due to technical difficulties they can not give me the code to open the door so I should call back. Just to make a long story short, this was a night mare.
- SB0026 (6/5): Good location and facilities - The apartment was located very close to the Zurich railway station and airport which was a plus. However, it had a few ants when we entered and the number multiplied by the night. I called the customer care and they offered me to move to another apartment at a different location. Since it was a pain to re-pack and move to another apartment and would have cost me half a day of my stay, I chose to stay in the same apartment. The housekeeping staff came and cleaned the apartment after which the ants were gone. Another concern I had was regarding the safety. The apartment I was given was an independent one (the apartment gate was the only security, no other gate or guard of any kind). There were other apartments which were inside the building and were relatively safe, but mine was just next to the street. I felt a bit unsafe initially but there were no safety issues experienced during my entire stay, so may be I was over thinking about safety. Apart from these things, the apartment was perfect. It had all the things we required, location was perfect, had two bedrooms which were more than my requirement. The rooms and bathrooms size was good. Two couples can comfortably stay in the apartment. It had a fully functional kitchen. One thing to note is that there is no reception or helpdesk. So nobody would be available at your service to resolve your issues. You would have to call their customer service desk and they would take their time to resolve the issue. You also need to contact them before your check in date and send them email about your arrival with your passport copy. If you don't receive your room passcode before your arrival, be ready to face a lot of trouble. I read it in previous reviews and repeatedly followed up with them to get the passcode before my arrival. Even then, they sent it to me just a few hours before check in. In the process of following up with them regarding the ants issue, I also contacted MakeMyTrip from where I booked the apartment in first place. I sent them pics of the apartment with ants. They were highly inconsiderate, unresponsive and not helpful at all. So if you're booking through MMT, don't expect any assistance from them.
- Simon (8/5): Very comfortable - The stand of decor and equipement in the room was excellent.Unfortunately, the fridge wasn't cleaned properly and there was a slight odour in the communal stairwell from the restaurant's kitchen on the ground floor. The room itself didn't suffer from this though.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Great little apartment - Very convenient location. The apartment, while tiny, had just about everything we needed. Best shower of our whole trip, and we were able to cook a few meals in the small kitchen. The only complaints, and they’re super minor, are that the hand soap was empty (not a problem, as we had our own, and the shower was fully stocked), and we couldn’t find any dish soap or brush with which to clean our dishes after dinner. The room got a little warm the last night, but temps had been in the 80s all day, so it’s understandable. Automated check-in means no entry until 3 on the dot, but we only had to wait a few minutes. All in all, a great find at a terrific price!
- Traveller (2/5): - After checked in to the apartment in District 1, found some unacceptable problems: water dripping next to the bed, WC with glass sliding door which may easily cause finger injury, WC seat with the glass door facing the street on the ground floor while the window curtain was not able to close properly, many ants and bugs, very noisy WC ventilation near to bedhead. I made complaint immediately and was not allow to cancel my booking but transfer me to a District 3 apartment. In this District 3 apartment, loud water noise on and off near the bed was very annoying, coffee table glass is not firmly fixed which is very dangerous, dining table glass also not firmly fixed, WC bath is relatively high and narrow with only half glass screen, which is not friendly to elderly and kids, balcony table is broken and not fixed... public area is smelly...
- Alaric (10/5): Great location close to city center! - The studio apartment was great (very clean, large bathtub by European standards, and kitchenette). It also allowed easy walking access to the city center. My only complaint centers around communication with the "hotel." As there is no front desk, we needed to arrange check-in ahead of time (this is very reasonable). However, it took me initiating the process to receive any additional information. Apparently I was expected to provide a copy of my passport via email (which makes sense to confirm my identity); however, no request was made for this until I emailed the hotel a week in advance of my stay to confirm check-in times (though I had to find the email address on their official non-hotels.com website). It would have been more appropriate for the hotel to reach out proactively ahead of time to provide an easy way for me to contact them and to request a copy of my passport rather than waiting until I contacted them as the date was closing in. Overall, I would recommend this hotel/apartment complex. Travelers should simply be aware of the potential communication issues ahead of time.

- Verified traveler (2/5): - Pro: clean apt Cons: 1) LOUSY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Prior to arriving, I had some questions and wanted to book an extra night. There was no response on the Expedia app from the Apartment, I wrote to their Facebook, and emailed them, after chasing down 3-4 times, they finally wrote back answering half my questions. I've to chase them down again and finally after 2 times, got a link to make payment. I didn't get any confirmation of payment received and passport copy received even after chasing another 2 times. It's very very frustrating not getting answers from these people. 2) UNHELPFUL HELPLINE: Upon arriving, only the heater in the bedroom is working, but not the living room and bathroom. We called customer service who can't do anything as no one was working in the building on a Sat, we have to wait till Mon That's ok, we had no choice but to bear with the cold. 3) LACK OF EMPATHY: Unfortunately, when arrived in Zurich, we received a call that my father passed away in Singapore and had to rush back the next day. I wrote to VISION apartment, which I didn't get a response until today. I wrote to Expedia, the only responses I got are through Expedia, who informed me that the apartment has a strict no refund policy, despite us saying that we will provide his death cert. Expedia offered $100 voucher as goodwill. The least VISION can do is a reply. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE NOR STAY THERE AGAIN.
