- Ana Marisol (8/5): Hotel con excelente ubicación - El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, muy cerca del centro, a 5 minutos caminando, excelente zona. La habitación se encontraba muy limpia y cómoda. El único inconveniente que tuvimos fue por el agua caliente que no había por las noches.

Muy rústico, lo cual no es malo, pero es preferente que tomen fotos reales y no generar falsas expectativas. El personal fue muy amable pero en si la habitación estaba descuidada, la ropa de cama tenía polvo y no hay control de temperatura. La habitación es muy fría.

La habitación es pequeña y sobria. Hay tv cable, baño propio, falta aire acondicionado ya que no es hotel moderno. Por el precio es buena opción.

- Adleny (10/5): Hotel cómodo y céntrico - Mi estancia en el Hotel Avenida fue muy buena. El personal es muy atento en la atención telefónica y en persona. El ambiente en el Hotel es agradable y las abitaciones aunque son pequeñas cuentan con lo necesario. Se hace la limpieza todos los días, por lo que las habitaciones y el hotel en general está muy limpio.

- Julie (4/5): Scary and Noisy - The hotel was extremely loud, the doors didn’t lock and the window was broken. We did not feel safe so we left and went to another hotel.
- moniqx (6/5): Good value for money - I chose this hotel because it looked good enough for the price and being quite new, the facilities are still in very good shape. I had some trouble with my booking, because they couldn't find it at first and Expedia had a wrong address! Lucky we managed because we had a local phone and speak Spanish. The staff was very friendly though, they let us check-in early and gave us a room with 2 double beds instead of single. It's not that close to the main square, but still walkable. All and all, a good choice for that price.
- Nallely (2/5): Mala actitud del personal - Nos cobraron dos veces la misma habitación y al momento de hablar con ellos se de deslindaron del cobro, muy mala actitud de parte de la persona que nos atendió. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, hace más calor dentro del cuarto que fuera de el.

- GRISS (2/5): Hotel terrible para descansar - Sí lo que buscas es un hotel para descansar después de un día de tour o viaje en carretera, este NO es la opción; el hotel atiende grupos o convenciones lo que hace que sus huéspedes literal no les importe que haya mas gente y gritan por los pasillos llamándose entre ellos (como mercado). Esta rodeado de bares y el hotel tiene justo un bar en el lobby lo que hace imposible descansar porque la gente ya "alegre" o pasadas en copas, los escuchas en la madrugada cantando, gritando o riéndose por el eco en los pasillos o ventanas del baño. Las regaderas están mal diseñadas lo que provoca desborde de agua hacia la habitación, te limitan las toallas y aunque las pidas jamas llegan.

- Luis Javier (6/5): Hotel centrico y economico - Hotel bastante céntrico, las habitaciones están muy chicas, bastante pegadas una de otra, se escucha todo lo que los huéspedes hacen y dicen. En ambos lados del hotel hay dos bares y en la noche se escucha mucho ruido de música. No hay estacionamiento dentro del hotel, tienes que irte dos cuadras atrás para poder estacionar tu coche en un estacionamiento ajeno donde el hotel te da acceso. En las habitaciones solo te dan un pequeño jabón y una toalla, siendo que rente una habitación para dos personas. Fuera de eso el hotel esta bien y económico, muy bien ubicado, dentro del centro de la ciudad.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Not recommended. No hot water and cold room - The room was cold and there was no hot water. After advising staff at hotel, we waited over an hour and nothing was done. We decided to walk out and go to another hotel. If you need a cheap room and don't care about it being cold and showering without hot water it will work, otherwise spend a little more and get a better place.
