(6/5): Normal, no supero mis expectativas - Me gusto mucho la atención y la calidez de las personas de la recepción , siempre dispuestos a atender, y dar solución a cualquier duda que teniamos. El desayuno muy limitado, no tenian variedad en su buffet, y el personal poco atento, asi mismo el hotel no te ofrece nada diferente a un alojamiento y el desayuno, no tienen restaurantes en el dia o la noche, no tiene zonas humedas, u otros espacios para disfrutar, asi mismo el pasillo de las habitaciones tiene un olor a guardado horrible.

El personal muy atento, especial mención a José que nos ayudo en el check in y soluciono rápidamente novedad que tenían unos amigos con su reserva. La habitación puede tener mejor iluminación y el baño presentaba algo de desgaste, nada grave que un mantenimiento no pueda solucionar

- ANDRES (8/5): Un lugar muy bien ubicado relativamente cerca de la avenida el malecon. - La ubicación es muy estrategica. La habitación es muy comoda y aislada de ruidos. El desayuno, me parece que falta variedad, para una larga estadia puede llegar ser monotono. Definitivamente poder contar con una nevera pequeña en el cuarto sería un plus teniendo en cuenta que es clima caliente.

- Santiago (6/5): - Un muchacho de la Recepción que salió ágilmente a arreglar el problema de la máquina de café a las 3am, entendiendo la necesidad y urgencia. Algo ha pasado, pero han bajado en el servicio y mantenimiento. 1. El aire acondicionado estaba dañado y nos tocó arreglarlo manualmente. 2. La máquina de café no estaba funcionando correctamente (este problema sí fue rápidamente arreglado por el personal en la madrigada), 3. El agua se sale de la ducha, 4. La falta de nevera que antes había: nótese que nunca usé la nevera para consumir sus caros productos sino para enfriar los propios. 5. La calidad del desayuno, sin ser mala, ha bajado. Conozco el hotel hace muchos años y se notan que ahora están ahorrando en calidad de los productos de alimentación.

La ubicación del hotel es buena y es un lugar donde se puede trabajar tranquilo. Era mi tercera o cuarta vez quedándome en el BH y lamento decir que lo encontré desmejorado con respecto a ocasiones anteriores. Por ej., ya no dejan botellas de agua en la habitación, hay que comprarla en la recepción en unas máquinas que instalaron. El desayuno fue mi mayor decepción. Han disminuido mucho la variedad. No había mantequilla disponible. Cuando la pedí, sacaron un bloque de mantequilla de una nevera y me dieron un poco. El ruido de los cocineros es absolutamente insoportable. Gritan, tiran los sartenes, tienen música. Todo eso debería ocurrir "detrás de cámaras", no a la vista de los huéspedes. El ruido de la licuadora era abrumador. No entiendo por qué la tienen en la parte externa del desayuno y no atrás en la cocina.
