Las instalaciones también, no es nuevo pero lo mantienen en excelentes condiciones, habitaciones grandes y la administradora sumamente amable. La ubicación muy buena, casi todo puedes hacerlo a pie, de igual forma, cuentan con servicio gratuito de estacionamiento.

The balcony was very welcoming and the grounds are well maintained. Parking was on site and easy. Pool was clean and inviting. Some of the interior is older and not well maintained. Breakfast while included was of poor quality, especially the stale cereal and inedible scrambled eggs.

- INSERMED (5/5): NO VALE LO QUE CUESTA - La ubicación: esta a 3 cuadras del centro, y el estacionamiento: esta dentro del mismo hotel, es amplio. Pésimo servicio del personal de recepción, antipaticos, poco atentos. Las hábitaciones no estan insonorizadas, escuchas todo lo de las habitaciones contiguas y el ruido del exterior, el baño no tiene ventilación y la puerta es de cristal se ve todo, el agua de la regadera sale caliente, no la puedes regular, ademas tiene una tina de hidromasaje que solo estorba, nada útil ni atractivo meterse.

- Nicholas (9/5): Exactly what I hoped for Valle de Bravo - The overall atmosphere is very cute and romantic. The included breakfast was impressive and diverse, and the dining hall is beautiful. The pool is a great place to hang out. The location is central to everything but a relatively quiet area. The staff were friendly. The kitchen didn't have pots and pans, or anything to wash the dishes and cutlery. Also the gate is closed at night and in the morning, and it can only be opened by ringing a bell which sounds through the whole hotel and if the staff person doesn't hear it, the person has to keep ringing. One night I had to ring four times and then call the hotel WhatsApp to get in. It would be better to make it an electronic entry if there's a concern for security.

- Tony (9/5): I would stay there again, without a doubt. - Beautiful property, secure parking, good breakfast was included. Location is great and a few minutes walk from the zocalo. The staff at the property are top class, from reception, the cleaning lady and at the breakfast. We stayed in room 101, great location, quiet but had to move to room 203 on the 3rd day for reasons out of control by us or the great hotel staff. The security safe in the room was not functioning, but thanks to a great maintenance crew, this was fixed withing minutes. The shower in room 203 has very little water pressure, and due to the shower head location being very low, it made for a uncomfortable experience using the shower, especially considering I am 1.8m tall. It was OK for my wife who is shorter though.

Se notaba que lo hacían de corazón y porque era su forma de ser, lo que hace que todo sea más fácil y placentero. Mejoraría la limpieza exterior, en específico de los balcones/terraza, todo el resto muy pulcro y limpio.

La tina de baño está increible, la habitación es super amplia, la TV ayuda con lo que quieras ver, y el clima de la piscina es riquísima ✨ El servicio de desayuno es bien servido, con varias opciones para todo tipo de gustos. Los guisados cambian cada día, y el personal es súper atento.✨ Nos enamoramos tanto del lugar que decidimos quedarnos una noche extra✨ Definitivamente volveremos a este hotel cada vez que queramos ir a Valle del Bravo.

Es gab keine Nachttischlampen, die Tür zum Balkon wurde einfach nur eingehangen. Keine AC (haben wir aber auch nicht gebraucht, Deckenventilator war OK).

- Lidia (10/5): - This will be the place where I stay every time I visit Valle. The hotel is beautiful with authentic, traditional decor but with all the modern amenities. No matter what the weather is like outside, you can still enjoy your stay to the fullest with the jacuzzi spa and room service they offer. Location is a plus,walking distance to everywhere . Don't hesitate to book it.

- Lisa (7/5): Lovely hotel, but neighborhood was too loud - The staff was very friendly and even let us switch the room to a better one free of charge. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. There were dogs barking all night and the street noise was loud in the morning. We did not get to sleep much.
