Stephen (6/5): Could try harder — not geared up for foreigners - This resort is well situated for the Khao Yai National Park. It was eerily empty when we arrived. We were not offered welcome drink, nor given any information about the resort — where things were, when breakfast was or anything frankly. The staff spoke very little English and although there was a lot of signage, very little was in English. The bungalow was large and clean. There was a kettle, with two sachets of instant coffee and no tea. Bottled water was provided but it was unclear whether it was free (it was). There was a veranda but not outside seating. The restaurant closed at 7:30 pm, but was deserted anyway. Breakfast, redeemed against presentation of a voucher, was a miserable affair: fried eggs expiring under arc lights; very little fruit; coffee, black tea and Ovaltine (?) stewing on hotplates, and no green, jasmine or mint tea; a couple of Thai breakfast options. One sweetened and unidentifiable fruit juice, milk and water. When we turned up the toaster to get something approximating toast, a staff member came and turned it down again. A lowering experience. We skipped breakfast on day 2. The resort can organise tours of the park, but these must be paid for in advance and in cash.

Après avoir payé l'entrée au parc 400B/ personne il vous faudra monter 14 kilomètres pour arriver à la réception du parc, ensuite à la réception cela nous a coûté 350baths/ personnes pour 3h de visites avec un guide dans la jungle. Alors qu'à l hotel il facturé 2000 bath + 400 bath d entrée au parc / personne. Rien

Unsafe to walk because no lights and no sidewalk. You need a car. There are also no taxis or tuk tuks or so. We are use to be around kind people in Thailand. Here the opposite. (Apart from te very kind guy at the restaurant.) The pool was freezing and not as good as the pictures. Bad price / quality balance.

Teo (6/5): Facilities can be improved, otherwise pretty place to stay at - Location was very central and easy to travel to different places within Khao yai. We liked that there was a garden within the hotel. There was karaoke session during one of the nights in the function rooms. However when informed staff he mentioned that it was from another hotel and they could not do anything about it. It affected the sleep of my friend and I. The furniture also made a squeaky sound when opened (the toilet doors and cupboards) which was also noisy. Unsure if it is because the furniture has been around for a long time. There was also quite a lot of bird poop in the balcony area which made it unsightly.
Angela (4/5): Good location but amenities need to be improved, esp wifi. - The location as it is accessible to convenience shop and near places we are going to. The bad wifi connection which literally is like no wifi most of the time, forcing us to tap into our own data plan and also have to allow people to hot-spot our plan to use Internet. This poses alot of inconvenience. The bed also somehow feels abit sandy/grainy. And one of my traveller had an allergy from the bedding. The shower water temperature is very difficult to control. Took very long time to get warm/hot water to work and it fluctuates, making it difficult to shower at the right temperature most of the time, in particularly for my kids. Not much variety to the food.

Philip (6/5): - Whilst the property was ok there were a few issues. We werent informed that the villa we booked was 3 separate bedrooms with 3 separate entrances (not connected inside). Given we have 2 young children, this made things difficult. A conference party on the first night was also very loud until 11.15pm, which isnt too late, but it would have been nice to be informed after booking (the noise disturbed our kids). The bar didnt open until 6.30pm so it was difficult to have a drink by the pool before going out for dinner. Friendly staff though and great location, with a micro brewery down the road.

Shararath (9/5): Superb - The location was really good. we rent a motorcycle upon reaching Pak Chong train station, and we travel the resort neighbourhood and it is close to most of the attraction. the check in process was easy. The room exceed our expectations, it was spacious and value for money. we have tv, mini fridge, bathrobe, wardrobe, big bed and hot shower. They have alot more facilities at the resort like swimming pool, fitness center and etc. everything was good. just the parking will be at the drop off area.

paulgeraghty2003 (8/5): Khao yai trip - We stayed at this hotel for only a short trip. However we would have stayed longer if we had the time. The hotel is well placed for travelling around khao yai. It is not far from some of the sites and close to shops and restaurants. The grounds of the hotel are nice to walk around. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included in the price. We would go back again.

PATRICK, KOK WING (8/5): - Unique design. Good experience to stay as compared to teaditional hotels. Need proper upkeep and maintenance though - generally very dusty, doors are not working properly, safe is not working, many a times got no hot water supply and got to call reception, room telephone is spoilt - cant hear the operator talking, etc. Otherwise, staff are very helpful to resolve problems.
Maddy (1/5): Extremely poor- wouldn’t recommend! - There is potential with this resort but our experience was far below what we expected. The resort, being near the park, is in a fairly remote area and we were looking forward to enjoying meals by the pool as per the marketing photos. The restaurant and cafe were both shut up and the pool wasn’t cleaned. You had to beg staff to move from reception to get beer (they firstly pretend not to understand). We visited the park all day and went to bed hungry as no where was open. No one was around to speak to at check out and they’ve not responded to any of my emails.

Serene (2/5): Disappointed, poor facilities maintenance (including bathroomheater, toilet, etc) across all room - Photos presentation by booking com website is not align with the actual room and view. Being "cheated" by the pictures. Not worth to spend the money to stay with it.. it did not act as a Villas at at all.. all bedrooms are not connection within an entrance main door.. the whole structure is more like standalone of 3x different rooms with common small living room. Out of our expectation taking the account that the money we spent.... Not cozy and it does not justified as a Villas.... And, also, especially the bathroom & toilet, heater are not well maintain across all rooms..

Kenny (5/5): 1st time to Khao Yai Thailand. - Hotel is close to the main road with many restaurants and places to visit, only if you drive. Nevertheless, overall Khao Yai is not a worthy trip especially the Khao Yai National Park. It has got nothing there and the entrance fee is too expensive 400 baht per person and 30 baht for the vehicle and there is nothing in the park except a small waterfall that does not permit swimming at all. The rest of Khao Yai are just very commercial farms that require entrance fee as well. Wines selling from the two major vineyards are expensive and they are more expenaive than those that we can get in Singapore for the overseas wines and the wines are not really great as compared to the S$20 wines I can get from our local supermarket. Some of the foods are nice though if you like local thai foods. The noices make by the frogs in those water features just outside the rooms was incredible, they went on 24/7 without stopping. None of the hotel stuffs speak English at all, they have to use the mobile phone to translate. Difficult to communicate.
