The windows were super dirty, and my bunk bed had the head part next to it. It was disgusting with the stuff was placed there. There is a big exit light at the door that bothers a lot at night, since it is super bright.

The area is for pedestrian so you have to walk to get a taxi. If you have big luggage that's a problem. The mattresses are very thin and stiff. The room is tiny for four people, with a tiny window.

- Stacey (9/5): Central location in the middle of the fun , eating, and shopping! - Great location! The lobby area was open until 9:00 PM so we could get tea or coffee. The cold and hot water dispenser on our floor (2) was very convenient. The room was clean, though there is no storage room (except the floor) for luggage. Boiled eggs, fruit, cup noodle, cold cereal and milk for breakfast. I needed to ask the person at the registration desk to allow my room to be heated, and then I was able to get some warm air. The next day, it went back to no heat, but the quilt was heavy so it wasn't too bad.

- Jennifer (6/5): Convenient - location - it was situated right behind the main shopping street 1. the bathroom was very compact. when you shower everything gets wet as there is no partition. if you are sharing the room with several people, there will be a wait and often when you go in everything is wet. 2. for a family room, space is limited, so its difficult when everyone has to open their luggage. 3. there was only one hanger for a family room. 4. the ac keeps shutting off after a few minutes, so you will end up waking sweating 5. breakfast is promptly removed at the stroke of 9 am.

- Dendy (6/5): Pleasant - The location is in central Myeongdong. You will feel the crowded the moment you leave the front door hotel. We stayed for five nights, and the hotel states that if you stay longer than three nights, you can can ask the hotel to clean up your room. On the 2nd day we stayed, I thought just by pulling out the room card, the staff will come and clean the room because the moment you pull the card out of the card holder inside the room, the cleaning light in front of the room comes up. It turns out we need to ask directly to the receptionist in the first floor. So, I asked this middle aged man who appeared to be the owner and also on duty that day to make sure that my room is clean up the next day. Then, the owner said to me that tomorrow is Wednesday, and the cleaning staff won't come on that day. It appears they are outsourcing the cleaning staff and they won't come every Wednesday. Then I asked him once again, OK, then please clean up my room on Thursday. He was very reluctant and replied to me: "You want to clean the room just for one day?" I'm like, what do you mean just for one day? We booked the hotel room for five days! Eventually he agreed to clean up my room on Thursday. But that kind of mindset really irritating to me. Also, the room was not so clean, that a small centipede was crawling on the ceiling. Luckily, it was just the moment when we were about to entered the room when I realized there was an insect on the ceiling.

- Estela (4/5): disappointment - a lot of money - The rooms are very very small, the staff was only in the kitchen, no communication, breakfast was the same every day (butter, jam, toast, boiled eggs, very sweet orange juice, bananas cut into small pieces, strawberries, grapes) and after 8 am they did not add any more food that ran out. For someone staying there for several days, it is a very bad choice of hotel, but the hotel is in a very touristic destination. A lot of noise around the hotel, especially at night when the builders start breaking concrete at 2 am.

Breakfast was OK. I arrived late, past 9 pm and walked past it on my first go at finding the location. A bit of lighting would help those who arrive after hours.

Anyways, we were there to sleep only so the room served it's purpose.

- Suzi (2/5): - The room was awful. One of the windows has a blind that only goes half way down and the bottom half of the window is frosted. This meant that the room was so light all night and I couldn’t sleep. The rooms in serious need of redecorating - marks all over the room. Was generally clean and good location Breakfast was awfuk. Zero selection.
- Jerry (6/5): The location was exceptional, but the room fell short of expectations. - I Love the location so much it’s very near to everything. The room had a strong odor, possibly due to water leaking onto the floor every time the shower was used, resulting in a moldy smell.

- Francis (10/5): Close to everything. - Complimentary breakfast. Very close to the night market. Literally just right behind it. You won't get hungry as there's plenty of restaurants nearby. 6001 and 6015 bus that takes you to the airport is just outside of the Myeongdong train station. I wish the shower can be separated from the overall bathroom but no big deal.

If i could, i would put -10 Rooms extremely small, soon you will understand what a claustrophobic means! No towels are provided, only some small hand towels! Breakfast, the poorest i have ever seen in my life, only boiled eggs. Very dirty hotel You have been warned!!!!

- Francesco (2/5): Centrally located, but terrible experience and unacceptable service - It is located in one of the main and most popular district of Seoul 1. Photos are misleading, no window, very small room and quite dirty 2. Breakfast is a joke, grape with tomato (!) and half rotten banana 3. At 5am the fire alarm started to ring in all rooms, all the people went out trying to exit the building and to understand.l what was happening. The only person there wasn’t able to speak English apart from “ok”. Then after coming back to try to sleep. from 5am to 6am it rang three times, at the end all the people went away with no sleep. No explanation from anybody as reception is from 9am. Basically paid to get woke up in a terrible way with people screaming and running around.

- Edlin (8/5): Good last minute hotel - Great location and a couple of minutes from the night market. The street is very quiet and you can not hear the bustling street nearby. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the myendong station, where you can catch the tour bus to the dmz (book on klook). There are plenty of stores and restaurants around the hotel. The breakfast is light with ramen, toast, cereal, and ham as options. The room is very small. The towels are not actual large towels but hand towels. The blankets are also on the small side, and you are given a thin pillow. The shower is connected to the sink faucet, so the bathroom gets all wet.
