• Joung (6/5): Dissatisfaction that ruined the good, but, there was no choice - Good location in the center of town, convenient parking, plenty of amenities nearby, recommended for business use. The cleanliness is very concerning. The hallway was damp and hot. It needs ventilation. The handles were sticky. The cleanliness of the room was very unsatisfactory. There was a cockroach under the bed. I hesitated to look under the bed. The desk staff seemed accustomed to such complaints.

• Peisong (1/5): Bad - The worst hotel I ever experienced. I was freezing and finally got terrible cold the first night. Same temperature as outside. Need to heat up when check in, took several hours. Everything cold, everything. No body say sorry for this bad experience. No English talking people. Even for invoice, I pushed several times. I am on business trip at least one third per year in worldwide countries. It is the worst one I ever experience. I have to take medicines when I back..... Room freezing, breakfast very very simple. Staff especially in the restaurant not professional. No English talking.

• Tony (5/5): Quirky but limited choices - Only hotel in that area but a good location close to restaurants and transit. Room temperature controls did nothing. Crazy hot to the point we had to sleep with their window open during winter (lows approaching freezing). Everything is controlled by a remote control but the buttons didn't always work. Bidet flushed itself every 2 hours all night. They moved us but the heat problem persisted. Perhaps our room was a lemon. Reservations only accepted 4 to 6 weeks in advance. Very strange.

• Zhi (9/5): Unexpectedly satisfy with the stay and would love to stay in again during my next work trip. - I stay in the twin bed room, with one queen & one single bed. The room facilities are good and my room view is fantastic. The toilet are big and it separated into toilet room & bathroom. The toilet bowl is automated and it has the function of a bidet to wash. Amenities are given generously, it comes with shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shaver, toothbrush with toothpaste and hair dryer. TV, aircon & room lighting can be control my one controller and reception will inform during check in. Reception are friendly but it is expected that they don't know how to speak in English at all, it will be terribly difficult to ask them for direction. There are also lots of food & convenience store around within walking distance. Breakfast is boring and it stay the same everyday for a week. I stayed there for 5 days and they serve the same food. Don't expect a lot from the gym as they only serve basic gym set like dumbbells and so on. Location is far away from city, if you are looking forward to travel to the city, don't stay here. The closest train station is Byeollae Station, walking distance is about 10-15 minutes, it will take roughly 1 hour to the city by train.

• Deborah (10/5): - I had to scurry and find a hotel in Seoul. I found Hotel the May and will definitely be back. Property is gorgeous, staff is amicable and helpful and the surrounding area has multiple restaurants. A bit off the beaten track for tourist attractions, but that was what I was looking for. Will definitely be visiting again soon!

Emart, restaurant all walking distance. - easy check in and check out.. room is good and spacious.. but no full mirror no full mirror in room. and long hair lady staff not friendly at all.. shown no patient with attitude . asked if able to help calling taxi as no korea phone just yet.. refused at first.. but finally borrowed unwillingly.. sad to see this at the customer facing industry at a hotel reception.

• Verified traveler (6/5): - I picked this hotel because it was shown on the map on Expedia to be just east of Donong-dong, but it actually is northwest, back across the river maybe 10 miles away. So that was the first disappointment. Second, just taking the highway up there was a little circuitous. The hotel is in a what appears to be a new town with a wide avenue in front of it. It is all brand new around there and clean and nice but just a little sterile. The room was fine, modern. I was so tired I just went to bed right away. Parking is easy as they have an elevator. • kimmin (2/5): 호텔? 너무 별로인 밤이었어요 - 들어가자마자 화장실 바닥에 담뱃재... 누가 봐도 잘 보이게 있었고 그 작은 공간에 담배 냄새가 진동했어요. 아기도 데리고 갔는데.. 그리고 밤에 자는데 옆 칸? 샤워하는 소린지 변기물 내리는 소린지 너무 크게 들려서 우리 방에 물 내려가나 확인할 정도였어요. 밖에 소음도 생생하게 들렸고.... 어메니티?는 서랍에 있었는데 샘플이 매우 오래돼 보이더라구요. 샘플 끝에 얼룩이 묻어있고 막...칫솔 하나 쓰고 다른건 손도 안댔어요. 조식은 ㅋㅋ 맛도 없고 먹을 것도 없고.. 다신 안갈 것 같네요

• Rumi (8/5): 静かなホテル - 京春線の別内駅から徒歩10分ほど。 周りはコンビニや飲食店がたくさんあります。 少し歩けば映画館やおしゃれなカフェ通りもあり、花がたくさん咲く時期で散歩が気持ち良かったです。 ホテルのお部屋は静かで快適。シャワーの水圧が少し弱かったです。 ホテルで無料の朝食はついていましたが、そこは使わずにホテル１階のカフェのおいしいベーグルを食べました。

• robert (10/5): Really nic hotel, not in the location shown on map - The hotel was great! Nice breakfast included, great room with good view, nice and clean bathroom and bedroom and the bed was good (usually beds in Korea are a little stiff, not this time); definitely enjoyed my stay. One little issue, the hotel was not at the location as shown on hotels.com. I was eventually able to find the hotel, but I had to get help from a Korean speaking friend. I was also hoping for a hotel closer to my destination (which was based on the shown location on the hotels.com map). So heads up, check the location. Overall, amazing stay and I would definitely go back. Heads up on the location.
