I loved how there were options for everyone. The ambiance was lively, and the live band made the dining experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. Staff were attentive, friendly, and quick to assist. Definitely a place I’d recommend for family gatherings or celebrations. Will surely come back!

- candyg819 (6/5): Perfect until it wasn’t — from 100 to 0 real quick - Our stay started great coz our room was nice and the receptionists were great! However, what seemed like a perfect stay got dampened immensely when we were awoken at literally 5AM by water dripping from the ceiling. It rudely woke me and my boyfriend up and we had to catch the water dripping from the ceiling with the garbage bins. It turns out that the guest in the room above us broke the plumbing in the sink and caused flooding which dripped down to our room. Obviously we had to be transferred to a new room, so we basically weren’t able to sleep anymore after that. The next day in our new room, we were still trying to get some sleep in from a really bad night, when we got awoken again by the loud phonecall of checkout. We had to remind the receiptionist that we were transferred throughout the night due to the incident and to please extend our checkout time. The receptionist complied of course, but again, we were already rudely awoken for the 2nd time. Upon checkout, we were hoping that we would get comped or get something from what happened, but the staff didn’t seem to care and offered nothing. So as much as I didn’t want it to come from me, I had to gently ask them for something. I didnt specify what we wanted coz we didn’t really want anything specific, but it was more of the gesture that mattered to us — the manager eventually came out and gave us a 400-peso wine bottle. I said thank you and we left, but I thought that was such a meager gift to compensate for what seemed like a hell-ish night for us. Lack of sleep and all.

- Maria Socorro (9/5): Wonderful Stay . Conveniently located. Polite and warm staff. - ++ points - Front Office welcomed us warmly. Special mention Cryzelle and Ann. The room was bigger than the usual hotel deluxe room one gets. There was also a balcony ( that's a bonus) with a bath tub. The bathroom amenities were exceptional , not all hotels provide " BALMAIN" branded soap , shampoo , conditioner which left a wonderful scent . Lighting in the room was warm but bright enough for comfort and convenience. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Spacious lobby and hallways. Over all the experience was wonderful. Breakfast Buffet provided a good array of choices. Towels were a little worn out . Parking is limitted , we had to insist we were hotel guests so we can park safely in the hotel's compound otherwise guard was asking us to street park. The buffet dinner with unli lobster would have been really nice if that fishy smell did'nt reach up to the lobby.

Internet was fast. the breakfast buffet was delightful. the swimming pool was perfect, i love that there's a 24 hour cafe so we dont have to travel far for a midnight snack The pool wasnt heated. The breakfast sausages were too hard. and it was kind of traumatic to travel all the way to the back of the hotel just to get our welcome drinks

- 793crissyb (2/5): MIDORI - WORST BUFFET EVER - WORST BUFFET EVER! Your 3k per person is not worth it. It is a managed buffet when it comes to lobster, tempura and sashimi. The peking duck is so dry and they did not even have hoisin sauce. When I asked, they told me that they ran out on that floor and no one can get it from their third floor. I even asked one of the chef and waiters if they can get some and the answer they gave me was “oh it is bot my job to get it.” Not to mention the RUDE chef and waiters! Food choices and quality is not even good!

The ambience is nice and comfortable.We will go back again here with family and friends. Thank you for a sumptuous lunch buffet here in Midori.
- concesser (10/5): Amazing ambiance - Very accommodating staffs and food is serve complete. Food is delicious, try their Laksa Seafood Soup. Went here for dinner and glad there’s a live band. If you want a nice place to chill and enjoy food with family, I highly recommend this. They also have a large parking space.

Not so many dishes dishes like other buffet but all are good especially lobsters. Seafood are fresh. Not crowded due to limited availability of seats.

- Annreal0201 (8/5): Birthday celebration - Location- It's nearby the airport and SM mall. Roughly 15-20 mins cab ride. Nothing much around the area within walking distance. There's a 7-11 just accross the hotel if you need to buy something late at night. Neighborhood is safe and a bit more upscale than the normal streets in the Philippines. Great place to run or cycle since they have a running track nearby. Hotel facilities- Lounge was very spacious. Swimming pool is not that big but it's clean. Room was average for a luxury hotel but nothing negative, there was just no WOW factor in terms of aesthetics. Love the fact that they have these big comfortable pajamas available. That's a great plus for me! Towels are a bit worn out, they should definitely get newer ones. Their SPA is my favorite! The place is very calming, smells relaxing, spacious and overall a great experience. Customer service- check in was very smooth and front desk was friendly and professional. However... I requested in advance to arrange a Happy Birthday cake in the room to be ready before we got it, it wasnt there and it arrived only after. Most other hotels would do this beforehand. These attention to details would really help improve customer satisfaction. The staffs at the swimming pool are accommodating while we were there. Lovely ladies at the spa (Paula and Ingrid) gives the BEST massages! Better than the massages i had from Thailand 2 weeks ago!! Would I come recommend this hotel? Yes sure.

The steak’s texture was tough, failing to deliver the rich. But for the overall experience was good, and I will comeback here again.

- Graham (7/5): A place for a quiet few days stay outside Angeles - We spent 3 days at the hotel. Room was good. Quite spacious and well equipped. Seafood evening Buffet was very good. Close to the airport. Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is a bit run down and not close to other locations. Level 6, where our first room was, smelt of drains. We relocated to level 5 and it was better. But the drain smell was still there in the corridor areas. Charging the Seafood Buffet to the room became an embarasing issue because the 6k pesos charged for 2 persons exceeded the 4k pesos deposit taken at registration. The hotel should work this out better and not embarrass their guests when they are not carrying money in the hotel. There are very limited food options at this hotel and no room service. Good if you are oin a diet. No transport to SM Mall or anywhere. Get your own taxi is the rule.

The room is huge, beautifully decorated with an office like working table for those in a working vacation. The bathroom and the comfort room are in excellent condition.

The staff is exceptional—attentive and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. However, I do wish there were a wider selection of Western cuisine and more on-site dining options. I didn’t have the chance to explore whether the hotel offers shuttle services to malls or sightseeing areas, but that would be a great convenience for guests. Overall, an excellent stay with a perfect blend of comfort, style, and great service!

I was greeted by 3 security guards walk in to the hotel on my way to the check-in lobby. 2 staff ask me for my passport and it went uphill from there. The staff were courteous, told me how important all the customers who comes in to the hotel. We expect customers to have a wonderful stay. And for one, I experienced it. The staff the food and housekeeping provides excellent services.

- Reylan (8/5): It is good but could be improved - 1. It’s great that there is a complimentary welcome drink. 2. The guards thoroughly checked each vehicle for security purposes. 3. Some of the staff were accommodating, particularly those in the pool and bike areas. 1. The staff seems to be lost and doesn’t know how to accommodate guests. 2. The check-in time is at 3:00 PM and should be implemented as stated, without delays. When we arrived, we waited for almost 15 minutes, even though the room was supposed to be ready by then. 3. It might be best if the staff were more courteous and professional, rather than appearing moody or as if they had woken up on the wrong side of the bed.

- Eric (2/5): - This place do not have shuttles to and from the airport. We checked out and we were told to wait to get a "clearance" from the cleaning staff. We dont really know what that means. There were so much commotion in the area and very noisy parties going on. The pool and the jacuzzi is freezing. Everything is made in China. Dont waste your money on this place. If you are spending this much money youre better off staying at the Marriott or Han.

Then they transfer us to different room but the smell was too strong too much chemicals it feels up to my lungs!! And then the manager came instead to apologize he seems very sarcastic!! This was the worst hotel Ive ever been in Clark!
