• Bouchra (6/5): Verblijf was oké - De locatie pas heel goed. Je had alles in de buurt en het personeel was heel vriendelijk. Ongedierte… had in mijn kamer last van Faraomier ( kleine mieren. Die overal te vinden waren zelfs in mijn koffer. En geluidsoverlast tot laat in de avond en vroeg in de ochtend.

Very very polite, helpful, professional, and always going the extra mile to be of assistance! All your team was very friendly and smiley but he should be a manager if he is not already - interacted with everyone staff / customers in such a professional way yet made us feel home and welcome. • Louis (10/5): Sehr tolles Hotel mit Frühstücksbuffet und großem Pool - Sehr angenehmes Hotel mit wunderschönem Pool, welcher auch gut zum schwimmen geeignet ist (20m Länge), außerdem gibt es ein sehr leckeres Frühstücksbuffet. Die Zimmer sind sauber und nett eingerichtet, es gibt alles was man braucht und man kann die zwei Einzelbetten auch zu einem großen Bett zusammenrücken. Wir haben diese Unterkunft zweimal gebucht und beim zweiten Mal haben wir keinen Stadtblick gebucht und damit auf eine Mauer hinter dem Fenster geguckt, aber das fanden wir auch nicht schlimm. Der Ausblick aus dem 3. Stock lohnt sich jedoch.

• Samira (10/5): Prima verblijf - Het bed is zeer comfortabel. Locatie is top, zeer centrale ligging. De kamers zijn aan de gehorige kant. Je hoort alles en iedereen op de gangen en zelfs de andere in de kamers ernaast.

• Zineb (6/5): Pas mal - La piscine de l’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel est très accueillant. Beaucoup de bruit dans les chambres donnant sur le grand boulevard, quelqu’un est venu sonner dans notre chambre à 5h du matin de notre première nuit on a demandé un changement de chambre mais rien n’a été fait. Des bruits de roulettes tout le long de la journée dans le couloir.

• Anna (9/5): Nettes Hotel in nähe von Seminyak Zentrum - Der Pool ist wirklich toll! Auch die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm. Die Klima die man nicht hört. Das Frühstück am Morgen ist echt groß. Ich denke es ist für jeden etwas dabei! Die Lage ist voll ok, zwar direkt an der Hauptstraße aber man ist schnell in Zentrum voralem mit Grab oder Gojek! Preis-Leistung war ok. Auf Anfrage konnten wir einen früheren Checkin machen. Das Gepäck konnten wir nach dem Checkout im Hotel lassen und noch eine Runde gehen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und auch recht gut isoliert! Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr gepflegt. Der Wilkommensdrink kann man auch weglassen. Bei einem Zimmer musste ständig der Techniker kommen, da dass gerät nach jeder Nutzung nicht mehr funktioniert hat. Da hätte man sollen ein anderes Zimmer geben und leider haben zwei Freunde von mir die Karte verloren und ihnen wurde erst beim Checkout mitgeteilt, dass sie die Bezahlen müssen. Zudem meinten sie, dass die, die zu zweit im Zimmer waren 2 Karten hatten und wollten deshalb kassieren jedoch bekamen wir immer nur 1 pro Zimmer. Restaurant ist recht teuer und nicht so gut!

• KariCL (9/5): Hotel cómodo y bien ubicado. - El personal del Hotel es muy amable, todos se esmeran en ayudar y siempre respondieron mis consultas sobre sitios de interés, datos, transporte, etc. El desayuno es bueno, completo, aunque me habría gustado que ofrecieran jugos naturales y mayor variedad de frutas de estación locales. El hotel es tranquilo, lindo, bien decorado, elegante. Todo me gustó, aunque el desayuno podría mejorar sin duda. Llegué tarde de noche y no pude comer nada, podrían ofrecer alguna opción para quienes llegan tarde. Pero justo en frente, hay una tienda de conveniencia con comida, justo al cruzar la calle.

• Lucinda (1/5): Disappointing - They provide four bottles of complimentary water every day! The welcome drink is delicious. The foyer is beautiful and smells lovely, and the doormen are nice. I was disappointed in my stay at Hotel Santika. I stayed for two weeks. My room smelled really, really bad. It made all my clothes smell really bad and I had to get them all washed (the hotel does laundry but it is exorbitantly expensive so I went elsewhere). The shower leaks all over the bathroom, making it incredibly slippery and it never dries. There was some mould on the walls and the sheets were always dirty, with visible stains. The wifi does not work, if you need to do any work from home you need to have unlimited data. I spoke to the front desk about my issues with the room on my second or third day and they sent a cleaner up who sprayed the room with an air freshener - which lasted about an hour. They also said the cleaner said the room didn't smell so I suppose theyre just used to it. I was disappointed they didn't try to resolve my other issues. I wasn't impressed with the customer service, I've never complained at a hotel before and I was a bit nervous and tried to be really nice, but perhaps I should have been more forceful as they essentially did nothing. I was quite upset. The breakfasts looked okay - in fairness, I couldn't eat for 90% of my stay, so I can't comment - but it was a fairly standard buffet. I ate at the hotel restaurant the day before my surgery and it was very bad, I would not recommend. The location is not good. It's on an incredibly busy main road and there is no pedestrian crossing. My tip if you choose to stay here is to cross directly in front of the hotel (don't walk up to the intersection). It is very dangerous. Maybe a 10-15 minute walk to good shops and restaurants. The rooms are fairly noisy, they each have doorbells and housekeeping will ring them, so if you are trying to sleep in, you will constantly wake up to the sound of other people's doorbells - which are so loud they sound like they could be in your room.

Breakfast - Good selection, and lots of it. Suggestion: offer green tea tea bags. I couldn't have the hot drinks provided (tea/coffee). I did enjoy the local health drinks provided - for me this made up for me not having a hot drink. Room - Was fine for me. Suggestion: Ensure that the hot water works for the shower. This didn't bother me because it was warm in Bali and because I usually don't have really hot showers, however, others may want this. Location - while it was noisy at times, it was in walking distance (up to 30 minutes) to everything I wanted, e.g. massage, food/drink, banks-ATMs, supermarkets (Bintang was great); transportation by car/motorbike and more. Noise - the smaller street/road that my room/balcony faced was very noisy - lots of traffic. This wasn't so much of an issue during the day because I wasn't in my room all day. However, in the evening (usual early hours) it was often difficult to get to sleep and stay asleep. Ear plugs would have probably mitigated this problem, however, I cannot wear ear plugs. I realise there is nothing you can do about the traffic. Shade at the pool area - I would have liked to have spent more time there, however, there was absolutely no protection provided from the sun, e.g. umbrellas etc.

Room was clean and facilities were fine and privacy is so respected. last but not least it's near downtown and local market and so many beaches.

La salle de bain nécessiterait un rafraîchissement et le petit balcon un peu de ménage. Le petit déjeuner semble plus varié sur les photos que ce qu’il ne l’est véritablement.
