La bellezza, autenticità e pulizia: tutto curato, c’è un bellissimo atmosfera e vista mozzafiato! La disponibilità della padrona, bravissima a gestire tutto, dare dei buon consigli e raccomandazioni. Forse unica cosa che che potrebbe essere risolta è che avendo il forno all’induzione la moka “normale” non andava bene.

Los apartamentos son muy agradables y estás con la privacidad y tranquilidad de estar como en casa. El personal muy amable. Ideal si vas a moverte en coche. El primer día no el termo no funcionaba, pero en seguida enviaron a alguien a repararlo y en una hora lo tuvimos arreglado.

Ci sono anche le piscine, che noi purtroppo non abbiamo utilizzato perché il tempo a nostra disposizione non era molto. Grazie infinite a YAYE e a chi ha reso il nostro soggiorno indimenticabile ❤

Easy to reach, with cosy villas and fully equipped apartments for a comfortable stay and two beautiful swimming pools. Such kind and welcoming people, we were even given a better room than expected. We’ve already booked a longer stay for next year and can’t wait to return! It feels like we now have a home in Tuscany.

- A (1/5): Misleidende informatie en je krijgt niet wat je boekt. - De omgeving is prachtig. Misleidende accommodatie-informatie. je krijgt niet wat er wordt beloofd. In plaats van een accommodatie met jacuzzi ea werden we in een bovenwoning gestopt met een smal doorloopbalkon. De host deed beloften die niet werden nagekomen en draaide zaken achteraf om. De manager was intimiderend en er werd geen oplossing geboden. Het was een erg vervelende ervaring. Booking.com liet het volledig afweten en nam hierin ook geen enkele verantwoordelijkheid, maar wat hier gebeurd is en hoe er vanuit de accommodatie gereageerd en gezwegen is kan echt niet. Echt een grote afrader.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated with a rustic charm. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We’ll definitely be back for longer!

The playground was also great, since we’re traveling with a 3-year old. We didn’t use the pool because it was still a little cold, but it would be lovely during summer. The house was spacious and in traditional Tuscan style. The cost-benefit is great! The house needs better maintenance

The staff was very friendly and ready to help. In the complex there is also a nice outdoor pool. Is a place where need to stay more days to fully enjoy it. Not that we did not liked but just to be aware: is necessary to have a car for going out. Our apartment had a kitchen but you need supplies in order to not going out from complex.

The large swimming pool is very nice and offers an amazing landscape view. The air conditioning was not working properly. out of 5 nights, it only worked twice. It was hot during the summer season so it was difficult to sleep. They could not fix the problem after several complaints saying it was difficult to find maintanance during summer. The beds are a bit hard and the dishwasher was leaking water, but was fixed after the first complaint.

Borgo della Meliana is within 1 h distance by car of the most iconic places in the Toscana: Firenze, Volterra, Siena... We would recommend it for sure! Everything was pretty great, maybe some drawers in the bathroom to leave the toiletries would be great.
- Priya (9/5): Memorable stay in the heart of Tuscany - Fantastic location within easy driving distances to all the famous towns in Tuscany. The vineyards surrounding Borgo Meliana have a beautiful outlook and made waking up and going for a walk a treat for the senses. The Villa itself had a small plunge pool of its own which was a bonus although we didn’t use it as the water was much colder than in the shared pool. As for the large pool , it was perhaps the largest pool we’ve ever seen! Staff was friendly & welcoming and we loved getting acquainted with Yaye who was prompt & helpful with all our requests and queries. Villa Pillo and Mama Fish and drink are the nearest restaurants and the food there is absolutely amazing. You must book. Slightly outdated , bathrooms definitely need updating some furnitures need replacing like the wornout sofa in our villa. There was an ant infestation but then it’s the dry summer heat so one can’t do much about that. If you are bringing an electric vehicle you will need to drive about 10 minutes away to the next town ( Castelfiorentino) to charge as there’s only one connection that was offered to us but our plug wasn’t compatible.
- Andrea (10/5): Lovely place, great people, comfy beds in a spacious apartment! - Fabulous stay - the team were great, we had issues with our flight on arrival day and they went out of their way to ensure we got keys despite late arrival. Really quick communication via whatsapp. Apartment was big with comfy beds...bed quality is something we have found to be an issue at other properties in the area. The shutters were alsp blackout which was important for us with small kids that wake as soon as the sun comes up. Kitchen had all of the facilities. Very peaceful and safe area. If you like walking, there is a path up the main road to Gambassi which is 3-4km away where there are lots of shops and restaurants. You can also work to two restaurants about 1.5km away. It was too cold for the pool to be open and we didnt use any of the other amenities such as wine tasting, but they looked excellent. Despite it being cold end March, there was lots of green space for the kids to run around. Nothing, it met our needs. Perhaps some essentials such as coffee, water and milk would be good to help with first morning at the property.

It was smaller then I expected. some of the furniture were broken, the carpets and the sofa was dirty and old. we got an apartment a different part where there was no view at the mountains , we got a view to an empty pool.
- Liri (7/5): It was nice but not great. Unfortunately no hot water all the time - I had 2 cold showers in 4 days' stay.
- Benaim (9/5): The place is charming and close to many places to visit, the hospitality is great. Thanks - Accommodation does not include meals, in a great location overlooking a typical and charming view of Tuscany. The hostess was always available and the service was great. Water flow in the shower is weak.

- Daniel (10/5): Great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and amazing staff! - Lovely quiet location, spacious and well equipped rooms including lounge and kitchen. Easy to access ~5-10 mins off main roads. Staff went absolutely above and beyond to help my brother recover his passport which we left behind! No real complaints! Wifi connection was a little spotty, a few dead spots in the apartment.
