• kodofix (8/5): - Location is amazing no doubt. Also is easy to find, bed is comfortable and kitchen is quite usefull. Rooms looks like need renovation. Wardrobe on the main room is closing by leaning chair. Also salon needs to be changed as furniture there is old and is damaged. Once it will be replace it will be way better :)
• Alyona (7/5): - The apartment was beautiful and elegant. As I was traveling with my family, I would like to highlight that the apartment was spacious — it was comfortable for four people. The location is another big advantage: there are many restaurants nearby, and parking is located just across the street. It was also easy to reach tourist attractions, even on foot. First, the keys were not left for us upon arrival. We were able to get inside thanks to a kind lady (possibly a hotel staff member), and I am very grateful to her for that. After check-out, we received a message saying that the keys were not found and asking where we had left them. It may have been a misunderstanding, but in my opinion, such situations should not happen. Second, the apartment could use some cosmetic renovation. Overall, it was clean. In addition to the accommodation fee, we paid an extra €10 per person for cleaning before check-in. However, we had to unfold the sofa ourselves, and its cleanliness could have been better — we noticed some hair and minor issues.

No estaba del todo limpio y el anfitrión exigió 10€ por persona para ingresar al hospedaje lo que me parece un cobro que no es normal. Yo tuve que consignar 40€ por un lugar donde habían grafitis adentro del edificio y considero que estos costos son los mínimos que debe asumir el arrendador. No lo recomiendo

• Juri (8/5): Beautiful apartment located near the major attraction - however, soundproofing can be an issue. - Location was great and the interior was cute. The sound proofing - it was a bit tricky as the apartment is not a standalone. Technically it was a big room within the apartment and sharing the hall way with other rooms. So the noise from the room was an issue and we had to tiptoe around as we got the complaints from the other rooms. If I had known this structure, I wouldn’t have booked the room. Also, there is a separate cleaning charge (as they said it is on the website.
• Rüdiger (8/5): Strategische gute Bleibe in Wien - Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Rudolfsplatz und auch zur Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und sauber. Direkt unten an der Straße ist ein sehr akzeptables griechisches Restaurant mit sehr freundlichen Gastgebern. Das WLAN in der Wohnung war suboptimal. Kontakt zum Personal nur über WHATSAPP oder Email. Die elektronischen Schlösser mit verschiedenen Codes fand ich nervig. Die Ausstattung der Küche war rudimentär. Diverse technische Unzulänglichkeiten (z.B. undichte Dusche im Bad oder undichter Wasserkocher in der Küche) haben wir so hingenommen.

Mutfaktaki sandalyelerden biri kirikti neredeyse dusuyordum. Bebegimiz icin gelen beşik içerisindeki yatağı 3 parçaydı ve bebeğimiz hiç yatamadi. Mobilyalar, carsaflar, yastiklar ve havlular son derece yipranmis ve eskiydi. Balkon ve balkondaki mobilyalar cok uzun zamandir temizlenmemis. Her yer kurumus kuş dışkısı ile doluydu. Kötü deneyim.
• Carolyn (7/5): The apartment was satisfactory for our stay - Location to city centre was excellent, the apartment was clean and relatively quiet The building, especially the stairwell needs some TLC (tender loving care) to be updated and I wish the was another mechanical security latch on inner apartment door, to join the external digital lock mechanism.

Nous avions réservé pour quatre adultes mais seulement deux lits et deux banquettes sales et inconfortables, lave vaisselle soit disant réparé mais ne fonctionne toujours pas (normal il est très vieux). Pour manger seulement deux tabourets cassés bref équipement très vieux et hors d’usage Très bruyant, un bar de nuit juste en face.

• Marija (10/5): Exceptional - The location was perfect — everything was easy to reach. The supermarket, bakery, and restaurants were newt to the apartment. The garage was nearby, but we also managed to find parking right in front of the building. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The view was pleasant, and we couldn’t hear any noise from the street. The bed in the main bedroom was excellent — very comfortable. Our only suggestion would be to improve the sofa bed where the children slept, as it could be a bit more comfortable and slightly larger. Communication with the host was fine, and the self check-in process was quick and easy. We can highly recommend the apartment and we would gladly stay here again.

• Szabolcs (5/5): This place could be nice but the host's attitude ruined the experience - The check-in process was painful. The host insisted that I fill out some online form on his website for "guest registration". He only provided the form in German language (three times, every time in German only) and refused to help me to fill it out. (I don't speak German well) The form was asking questions that he already had all the answers for, from booking, yet he insisted he won't let us check in without this form. Things like a screenshot of my booking? Even though I fully pre-paid everything! This whole thing made me so stressed I asked him to give us a refund which he just ignored. The price is quite high, I expected more attention to details. Eventually we were able to collect the keys and the first thing that welcomed us in the apartment: poop on the toilet brush! Disgusting! And a very old brush! For the price you charge you must get a new brush and check your attitude! The area is a party district, we were unable to sleep Friday night, sound proofing doesn't exist.

The location was incredible and walking distance to all major attractions and many cafes in the centre. It was cosy and warm with plenty of space for three of us. Check in was easy. Great place! • Éva (5/5): Well located but hot during the summer - Exceptionally well-located apartment in a very beautiful and historical building. Lots of restaurants and shops in walking distance. The apartment doesn’t have AC and it didn’t have any functioning ventilators (and didn’t received response from the staff when we asked for support in the extreme heat). Not sure if it’s the most comfortable option for 4 people. If there was AC it would be perfect for a couple or a group of 2 persons.
• Christine (2/5): Very disappointing experience. - It was not included The place was badly run down. They advertised air conditioning but it was just a portable unit in the bedroom. I never would have chosen it had I known. They walls were chipped and in need of repair and paint. My pillow was awful. The bed was uncomfortable. The furniture especially in the bedroom was chipped and unappealing inside. It looked like second hand stuff. The unit was supposed to have TV but the modem was broken and never fixed. I expect some sort of monetary compensation for this because I paid for something I never got. The fridge needed cleaning because it smelled of sour milk. I washed it out before putting my water in it. Given the money I spent I would have been better off at a hotel where the cleanliness and service would have been much better. I will never recommend this place!

• Paul (5/5): Great location. Confusing check in. Pricey for what you get. - The location is excellent. Parking is nearby. The windows open to let in air. Shower was fine. Light colored curtains letting in light so no sleeping in. Last minute check in because they only do it the day of the booking and then it is somewhat confusing. They don't even give you the number of the building, which is absurd. NO INTERNET AT ALL!! The host said it was the providers fault, but I could find no evidence of outages when I looked using my cellular mobile. None for either day, and we needed to do work. Parking is nearby but it cost 48 Euros for 24 hours, so keep that in mind.

Very close to the prime square and all restaurants The property is old, and with that always comes some issues e.g Washbasin and shower drainage was not good resulting in water accumulation. Kitchen appliances and utensils were worn out. One aspect we specifically did not appreciate is the slow rate of response on messages via booking.com. It felt like a black box. We were able to reach quickly via telephone though

• Helga (1/5): MY MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN MY SHORT VISIT IN VIENNA WAS THE ONE NIGHT STAYING IN THIS UNSANITARY UNINHABITABLE FILTH - DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. THE APARTMENT IS FILTHY, UNSANITARY, UNINHABITABLE. WE FOUND HUMAN HAIR AND URINE ON THE MATTRESS, MOLD AND VISIBLE DIRT BUILDUP ON THE SHOWER WALLS, DIRT ON THE CARPET AND FLOORS, UNCLEAN PILLOWS AND DIRTY BEDDING. ASIDE FROM THE FILTH INSIDE, THE PLACE SMELLS LIKE GARBAGE LITERALLY BECAUSE 10 FULL TRASH BINS ARE STORED DOWNSTAIRS AND THE ODOR FROM THIS TRASH EMANATES INSIDE THE UNIT. THE PLACE IS SCARY UPON ENTRY AS WELL, NO LIGHTS, YOU WALK INTO A DARK BUILDING, FELT LIKE WE WERE GOING TO GET MURDERED. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY SHORT STAY IN VIENNA. THE CONDITIONS OF THE APARTMENT WERE SO AWFUL THAT WE ENDED UP LEAVING IMMEDIATELY IN THE A.M. EVEN THOUGH WE HAD BOOKED A 2-NIGHT STAY. THE PROPERTY OWNER DID NOTHING TO ADDRESS OUR CONCERNS AND REFUSES TO REFUND MY MONEY. I AM WARNING ANYONW WHO IS REMOTELY CONSIDERING THIS PROPERTY, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND SOMETHING ELSE. PLEASE DON’T BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES OR ANY DECENT REVIEWS. THE ONLY THING ABOUT THIS APARTMENT WAS THAT IT WAS CHEAPER COMPARED TO OTHERS, AND WHEN YOU GO CHEAP YOU GET CHEAP. EVERYTHING. SEE ABOVE.

• Branimir (5/5): Great location(!), but poor cleanliness. - The location is brilliant!!! In the top centre of Vienna - walking distance from bars, restaurants, sights and shops. The apartment, the toilet and even the glases were dirty. There was only half a toilet paper roll in the bath room…for 3 nights and two people.
• Neeltje (5/5): Passable - In the information I was twice told someone would meet me at the property, then I got an email to “update” my credit card. As I knew my credit card was fine, I send an email with time of arrival, and a text to the telephone # given and expected to pay after I had seen the property. In spite of this, there was nobody to receive us. We were told we might wait 45 minutes! I told the perso to hurry up. When he came he was rude, till I told him to remember who was paying. He was in a hurry eager to be paid, forgot to tell us how to lock up, coffee maker was broken,no instructions, no hairdryer, minimum in cooking/ eating equipment. Apartment was fine but attention totally lacking.

• Kathleen (3/5): Very Disappointed. Very noisy.lumpy and uncomfortable sheets and pillows. Towels hard & threadbare. - Location was good Aircon unit was extremely noisy and required the window to be opened to allow the hot air to be expelled. There was a lot of street noise, construction all day during the day and evening an people going out during the evening and night. There were arguments, lots of shouting in the night early morning so very hard to sleep. The windows in the bedroom didn’t close probably so we couldn’t block out the noise even when Didn’t use the aircon There was no way to pay online so I have to give my credit card detail The sofa bed didn’t work. Coffee pods were not supplied with the machine, I tried two popular brands they didn’t fit. This cost me over $12 euro. few pods to start off with and to buy the correct size would really have helped The sheets were worn and thin, they need replacing, they have bobbling which made the uncomfortable to sleep on. The towels were threadbare and hard, I expect more from paying this amount each night. I was emailed the day of the booking and told I needed to pay to get instructions to get in. The booking stated I could pay on the premises this was incorrect. There was no way to pay online so I have to give my credit card details over the phone to someone I didn’t know. Also because I have an overseas phone and can’t make calls from different countries only internet access this was extremely stressful on the morning of the check in. I was flying from elsewhere and received an email requesting I pay upfront without providing an online (secure) way to do it. What would have happened if I didn’t check my mails that morning. This will be a common occurrence from visitors overseas who will either incur call roaming charges or be unable to meet this requirement. I had to make contact with the agent with no phone whilst the in the airport boarding a flight. This could have all be avoided with accurate instructions to say needed to pay in advance, stating I could pay at the property was misleading and an online secure way to pay.
• Kira (4/5): Good location, missing some key features - Good location, detailed instructions for self check in. Unfortunately it did not really have air conditioning as advertised. It was a small R2D2 like unit, but it vented all of the hot air into the room. Otherwise you had to open the windows to vent it, which defeated the purpose, esp on one of the hottest summer days. Also had a big sign saying not to touch the water heater, but we had no hot water until messaging them (quick reply!) and then told to in fact turn on the water heater.

• Warwick (3/5): Disappointing. - Reasonable size with a balcony. Close to Schwedenplaz metro. Despite comprehensive instructions for entry there were no keys in the lockbox. I had no response from the contact number, fortunately the guy from the restaurant next door let us in. Upstairs there were a couple of guys working and they had the keys so we managed to get in. The flat itself was ok, but it hadn’t been dusted for a while. which was surprising given the extortionate 40 Euro clean fee. The shower was unusable as the drain was blocked and the bathroom had some very dodgy electrics which I’m sure aren’t EU compliant. The flat was airless and stuffy, the large French windows opened up onto the balcony which gave a view of the grim office block across the street. The noise from the road and the Franz Joseph Kai was pretty much constant, added to the fact the were building works a couple of doors down as well as work going on in the block over the weekend. The air conditioning was a free standing unit that required putting the hose out of the window. In general the property is oversold. It needs work doing to it and it’s just had a superficial lick of paint and some cheap curtains put up to make it look good in the pictures, it also houses a great deal of furniture, including four extra leaves for your kitchen table should you want to host a large dinner party. If you are a fan of The Third Man you may like it, particularly the stairs up to the apartment as they give that feel of a faded post-war Vienna.

• Dajana (10/5): Wir kommen wieder - Eine tolle Wohnung, super gelegen. Zu Fuß die Stadtmitte erreichbar. Die Betten sind mit tollsten Matratzen ausgestattet.

• Eric (4/5): - POSITIF: 1) Propre et relativement bien équipé 2) Suffisamment grand pour une famille de 4 personnes 3) Situé à 10 minutes à pieds du centre ville. NEGATIF: 1) Un panneau affiché sur les WC nous demandait de ne pas jeter de papier de toilette dans la cuvette! Pour un appartement "4 étoiles", c'est inadmissible! 2) La terrasse mentionnée n'était pas dans notre immeuble, donc inaccessible pour nous. 3) Le chauffage n'était pas réglable. Nous devions ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas avoir trop chaud, et subir les bruits de la rue.
• Yvonne (8/5): Great location, shoddy common area, no cleaning - We stayed at Urban Flats Gonzagagasse for 4 nights in Aug 2019. We arrived very early on the first morning and we called the management who came in 30 minutes. We were able to store our luggage and come back later at 3pm to self check in. To be very honest, when we saw the 'lobby' area and the building, we wanted to cancel our booking and find another hotel. However, we had a lot of luggage and decided to wait till we saw the room. The room was fine, there was a living area with a separate bedroom and a kitchen area so the children were happy with the space and we ended up staying. There was no cleaning at all for 4 nights we were there, and the bathroom had a funky smell. This was especially odd because the hotel charged a cleaning fee of 30Euros that we paid directly to the manager. We did not see anything get cleaned. The great thing they did provide was one load of laundry for free which was very helpful. However, my daughter lost her denim shorts and I lost one sock. First world problems. This booking was the only one that I was unsure about and in the end it was fine, mainly due to the location. If you are ok with quirks, then this location should be fine to choose.
• Byung Chul (4/5): 별로였던 숙소 - 아파트먼트 형태의 숙소로서 열쇠 전달에 관한 메일을 수차례 요구하였으나 보내지 않아 직원이 올때까지 삼십분이상 밖에서 대기함. 변기 똥자국 남아 불쾌했음. 여름에 더움을 각오해야함. 수많은 후기 남겨보았으나 이처럼 안좋은 평가 남기는건 처음임

• Verified traveler (8/5): - Die Lage ist sehr gut, man ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Die Möbel sind etwas altertümlich aber es ist sauber und zweckmässig.
