- peterson (8/5): - Clean and quiet Breakfast option
- Trang (7/5): -
- AJ (8/5): - Not all The outlets worked
Some light switches or lights didn't work
- Nicole (10/5): Nice hotel. - Everything was great! The pool was very small and there wasn’t a picture online so I was unaware of that.
- Clotter (10/5): -
- Gilbert (5/5): -
- Petra (3/5): Will not stay again. - Property looked renovated and clean other than a hair found in the tub when I was about to shower. Light switches were a game of musical lights and air was not turned on so it was hot and took a while to cool off. The location was very secluded, staff were either scared of customers or in the back super busy.
- Frank (9/5): very clean and nice facility - super clean friendly staff
- Jessica (9/5): -
- Michael (10/5): - Good breakfast, nice staff, clean rooms
- Cristal (10/5): -
- Donald Iskandar (10/5): - Friendly staffs, suitable for family
- Shebah (10/5): A Great Place To Stay - Our stay at SpringHill Suites was very comfortable and enjoyable. We loved everything about our room, the property and the staff. Everyone was gracious and helpful. I loved the fitness room and the morning breakfast was helpful, it saved us a bunch on food costs. My kids and husband enjoyed the pool and I loved the layout of the bathroom. I liked the convenience of the shopping places near by as to avoid having to go out of our way to go pick up things we may have needed during this trip. Also it was quiet even though we were right by the freeway. I definitely would recommend and stay again. We come to Houston pretty often, so we shall see. Thanks for having us.
- Bineyam (4/5): - Over all it was ok, but I requested a king bed they but provided me with unclean bedding with queen bed.

They gave us a room right on top of a patio and people partied there til 4am noice was unbearable they need to have a stopping point to party in the patio area Also ypu can here everything from the rooms on top all the stomping noice is bad.
- Brooke (1/5): Bad - Bought and paid for stay on booking.com and then when my husband arrived to check in they made him pay again and have still not received a refund. Definitely not worth 900+$ a night which is what I have now paid

- Helen (10/5): - I stayed for 11 days. I liked that it’s close to all the conveniences of being in close proximity to dining, shopping and sightseeing. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in cypress
- Douglas (6/5): Nice property, great room with good beds. Clean and comfortable. - Overall, facilities were nice. Room was large, layout was good and I would give the facilities a 8/9 out of 10 for this type of hotel. Parking was limited. Primarily by several shipping containers for what appeared to be a construction project (though I saw no other signs of construction). My biggest issue was the lack of hot water for shower in the morning. I mean water barely got warm. I was only in the room for a quick rest. I need a couple of things from a room like this. Comfortable bed and a decent shower. I missed the shower. Probably just bad timing but it is what it is.
- Jasmin (4/5): Disappointing - Everything except the young Mexican guy at the front desk The young Mexican guy at the front desk was very rude and doesn't seem to have good customer service
- Briana (10/5): - Everything was great, every staff member spoken too was beyond friendly, and it was very quiet. Only request is more parking spots.
- Zohar (8/5): Room for improvement - Everything is on a just satisfactory level. Room for improvement to satisfy a need for a comfortable stay. Cleanliness. Keeping a security deposit for a longer period..
- London_EnglandPaul (10/5): An excellent stay - An excellent stay, room was clean and good quality of bedding snd towels.
Our coffee machine didn’t work but that was dealt with efficiently.
We were on the second floor and the wifi was very unpredictable and needs to be addressed by the management team.
- Libby (10/5): Exceptional -
- Helen Diana (6/5): - 4 days there never once I got house keeping called front desk twice to complain about the noise of someone in the next room never got and answer I disintegrated complain because I was busy but definitely didn’t like the experience
- Nancy (10/5): - Nice room and breakfast was really good!
- Candice (6/5): - Tv and internet was out most of my stay. Overall I felt safe and had a place to lay my head for a week. Breakfast was very low mid. Coffee in lobby was great. Coffee machine in room did not work. Over all stay was just ok. Thanks
- Alfredo (10/5): - Overall good
- Kevin (10/5): - Room space, location
- Josiah (10/5): Very good place to stay, while house was torn up, it was close to my house, - Well kept, liked amenities, Not a problem I ran into while staying there, had heard about a car broken into.
- Nicole (10/5): - The staff was amazing! Thanks Mrs Henninger.
- Brandon (10/5): - Beautiful. Room was great & breakfast was on point. Staff were super nice
- Dawn (10/5): Great Stay - Very nice room. Love the bathroom door and the cleanliness of the entire property.
- Farooq Khalid (10/5): - Comfortable stay. Nice and cozy !!!
- Zaheer (10/5): - Great weekend stay. The property was clean and the staff was super friendly and very courteous. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. The breakfast was average with not many choices. Overall a nice place for a weekend stay.
- Velda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kim (10/5): - Our rooms were clean. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was pretry good. Lots of restaurants nearby. Some rooms under construction. It didn't impact our stay. The pool was okay. The children and teen liked the gym.
- NGOC (10/5): - The room is nice and clean
- Steve (8/5): - Clean and quiet hotel.
- Saima (4/5): - Broken refrigatoe ask staff but he was making excuses
- Tammy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Toya (1/5): They’re were roaches in my room - Front desk There were roaches on the room
- Ramona (9/5): Superb -
- Susana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rob (10/5): - The hotel was really nice and the room had a great setup! Everything was neat and clean, but it did smell musky but other than that, it was great!
- Jon (9/5): Friendly, clean and convenient place with good amenities in Cypress. - They had a gym, a pool, a good breakfast buffet (with make-your-own waffles, oatmeal, bagels, eggs and more) and friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great for a family. It is right on a freeway (which is convenient for getting there) but means some noise at night. They could try to use more sustainable materials at breakfast (e.g. real plates rather than paper plates and plastic packaging) to reduce waste.
- Jonathan (10/5): - I want to commend the front desk and housekeeping staff, they were very professional, helpful, and friendly! Room was very clean & comfortable. My family & I definitely enjoyed our stay! We will be staying here on our next trip
- Ben (10/5): Exceptional - Hotell was in good place for me, had dental procedure accomplished at Pro Dentures. All good
- Kisha (8/5): - Room was none and spacious
- Gabrielle (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lysette (8/5): - The staff at the property are nice. The amenities were as listed. However, it is right in the feeder road and there is not much around it in terms of places to eat. You have to get in your car and drive to get to any restaurant. The complementary breakfast was just ok.
- Mary (2/5): - No one let us know our reservations were cancelled from the storm they had. The lost power for 2 days and we got there with little alrenatives. Most places were sold out and we were lucky to get the last room at the Hilton. Paid almost 3 times but it was a place to stay. I blame both Orbitz and the hotel. What a fiasco.
- Libby (9/5): Superb -
- MORGAN (10/5): - Great experience
- Farrah (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (10/5): - liked everything
- Tametra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Enia (8/5): Very good -
- Kimberly (8/5): - I did not like that the gate was locked forcing anyone trying to leaver to drive the wrong way
Against incoming traffic. Very dangerous! You have literally made your property into the perfect place to be ambushed by criminals/gang members, which have a strong presence in this area.
- Marcella (10/5): Exceptional -
- James (4/5): Just want my money back - They gave me a dirty room. Almost like someone was there before us. It was old food and drinks in the room. When I called the front desk they told me someone will clean it up. When we came back it was still in there
- Cathy (10/5): - Have no complaints
- Marcus (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roseann (10/5): Wonderful 😊 -
- Weezi88 (10/5): A Great Place to Stay - My family of 3 stayed here for 3 weeks when we first relocated to Texas and it was the best hotel experience I’ve ever had in the US. Every area from the parking lot, to the common areas, to the rooms were very clean and inviting. One of the cleanest laundry room I’ve seen in a long time. The front desk staff is super friendly and accommodating. The let us do an early check in ( based on room availability) and the experience began from there. We had a king room requested new linens for the pull out sofa and they brought them up right away. The housekeeping staff was very good at cleaning the room and vacuuming EVERYDAY (at my request). The pool area and outdoor patio w/ grills and seating were both amazing. They offer breakfast every morning which saved a lot of money. The kitchenette has a full size stove and refrigerator which were immaculately clean along with a full set of dishes, silverware, glasses. Only negative thing I can say is that I wish that they had bigger pots to cook. Walmart, Target, and a grocery are approximately 10-15 minutes away and there is a great restaurant across the parking lot. I would definitely return should the need arise for me to stay in a hotel again. I Highly recommend!!!
- Michaela (10/5): - The property was convenient to my location of where I needed to be. No issue with parking rooms were clean.
- Jennifer B (8/5): - The Expedia check in time is different to the hotel check in time. It’s a 2 hour difference. Disappointing.
- melissa (4/5): - Front desk attendant who is night shift to early morning seriously lacks customer service.
- Lillian (10/5): Very clean - Room was very clean, breakfast was great! Staff were friendly. The only issue I had was on my second day, the people upstairs were obnoxiously stomping around. They finally quieted down overnight, but the next morning, they were back to stomping around. Thankfully I was getting ready to check out anyway. Otherwise, I would definitely stay here again. I felt safe and comfortable
- Cathy (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jody (8/5): It served the purpose. No issues - It was fine. No issue
- Sherri (9/5): Superb -
- Kurderrious (9/5): Superb -
- Danny (10/5): - Everything was excellent
- Barbara (8/5): Very good -
- Hurst (10/5): It fulfill my expectations. - I came only for a weekend and I enjoyed your facilities a lot nothing!
- Gwendolyn (8/5): Very good -
- Lyric (9/5): We had an emergency A/C outage and needed a room for my wife and kids. The room was comfortable and clean for the ki - Convenient and right by my house. The back of the property needs a cleaning
