• Ahmed (10/5): - It was a great experience for just one night started from the gentleman in their reception his name Abdulrahman who made it easy for my check-in and check-out. Also, the breakfast's restaurant staff were so friendly and they always offered to help. I recommend this hotel for everyone would like to get a good service, cleaned facilities, and closed to many amenities!

• Pavel (7/5): Отель в очень удобном месте, там тихо, довольно комфортно, но нет ресторанов и нельзя со своей едой. - Завтрак очень простой: немного египетских блюд из фасоли, фалафель. Немного нарезок: овощи, зелень, пара сыров, пара колбас, сосиски. Не слишком вкусные творожные и молочные блюда, есть станция по приготовлению омлета с разными начинками. На один день это приемлемо, но если останавливаться в отеле на более долгий срок - это может быстро надоесть. В отеле нет кофе-машины. На столе в столовой стоит протекающий бойлер с горячей водой и ёмкость с ужасной коричневой водичкой, которую по ошибке называют "американский кофе". Сервис в ресторане медлительный, трое сели к столу, было только два столовых набора, никто не предложил третий набор, пришлось самим искать.

• Iftekar (8/5): - I recently enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel in Egypt. The service throughout was exceptional, with staff who were consistently attentive and responsive to every request. A special word of appreciation goes to Ms. Sanaa, who went above and beyond in assisting me with a particular matter; she not only resolved it promptly but also followed up to ensure I was completely satisfied. The front desk team were equally impressive, handling all matters efficiently. When I encountered an issue with the Wi-Fi, they immediately arranged for additional hardware to be installed, which fully resolved the problem. I would also like to commend Bekhet from room service, whose professionalism and attention to detail made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, the hotel delivered an excellent experience, and I would gladly return
• Aya (4/5): The hotel standard is average - The staff was very friendly and the room was reasonably clean The room only had one electrical outlet, and the lightbulbs weren't working. There were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, slippers, or combs. When I asked, they sent me only one toothbrush and one pair of slippers, even though there were two of us in the room Breakfast was all cold and tasted bad; there were no spoons or forks on the tables. There was a variety of food, but the quality wasn't good. The hotel is located outside the Al Rehab gate, not inside it, and it's on the highway.The hotel is obviously expensive considering its standard, although I previously stayed at the Tulip Alexandria which was very good and worth the price

The staff is excellent and collaborative, Thanks to all of them! The party near the hotel is almost daily and you can hear the music, expect noise up to midnight.

The rooms were okay and the reception was comfy and great specially tables by the pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean but could be much cleaner. I didn't like the breakfast buffet as it was very crowded considering expanding tables in the pool area would be great.

• Dina (3/5): Poor - The rooms are renovated. Hotel location is great. The towels were not clean. The breakfast was terrible cooked with smelly oil. Poor food variety and quality. We were eating in the restaurant and there was a cleaner swiping the dust next to us. Staff was so annoying in the restaurant collecting the plates from the table quickly before we are done. We couldnt have breakfast the second day. Would not stay there again ever.

• Mohammed (6/5): A fair stay with good breakfast and location, but the hotel is in need of updates and does not live - The hotel offers good value for money considering the location near Family Park. The morning breakfast was decent, and the rooms were of a reasonable size, making it relatively comfortable for a short family stay. There is a policy against bringing food from outside, which felt a bit limiting. While the location is decent, the bathrooms are outdated and require better maintenance and finishing. The beds and pillows were not comfortable, and overall the hotel needs significant renovation. Despite being labeled as a 5-star hotel, it feels more like a 3-star standard.
