Guest Reviews
- Jeremy (7/5): -
- Navigator40600526890 (10/5): Clean and warm service - Budget friendly and clean place for family of 4. The gentleman working there is sweet and helpful. He helped us to carry our bags to our room. We were little nervous to book a room here but being our budget tight we had no other option. But didn’t regret it at all. They don’t have breakfast but gentleman said they will start by next summer
- B5106HDritab (10/5): More than we expected - Nice and decent hotel. Rooms were clean and in budget. We were 4 of us. We took 2 double bed. They don’t have breakfast but you will find some grab and go snacks
- helentA8310QJ (10/5): nice stay - The room was clean, the two queen beds were very comfortable, and the space had a calm, relaxing vibe. The coffee area added a nice welcoming touch. It’s clear the property is being upgraded, which is great to see. Overall, a very pleasant stay—we would consider staying again.
- PremO18 (10/5): I’ll stay with my friend. It was very good to stay. - It was very good to stay. Accommodation is very good.
- zoeyj869 (10/5): we had a pleasant stay at this the rooms were clean and comfortable and staff was very friendly and helpful. - Great stay with friendly service
- Herrera (10/5): - Evriting I like 👍 Water
- Jonathan (2/5): Ghetto - Back door didn't lock Back door didn't lock lobby is a phone booth
- Ryan (10/5): -
- Sinary (10/5): Nice and safe. - Service and the location. Nothing.
- William (1/5): Overall, this whole hotel experience was truthfully the worst I have ever been through. - Nothing the whole hotel was horrible, smelled bad, bad service. I tried to cancel the reservation 2.5 weeks beforehand and was told by the hotel I needed to reach out to someone else because I booked it with a third party. After calling the third party and talking with them they said I needed to call the hotel. Everything. This was truthfully the worst experience I have ever had a hotel. The whole hotel smelled horrible. Parking lots were run down and had people smoking weed outside the hotel all night long. Hotel room itself was not clean.
- Eric (1/5): Would never stay there again, not a place for families. - Located close to the event we were in town for. Smell, old, dirty, people living there with pets(cat for sure), guys doing drugs(weed at minimum) and drinking by the back door that was broken, doesn't lock.
- Susan (8/5): Would gladly stay there again! - We liked the price, personal experience and that the staff was very personable and accommodating of our needs!!
I liked that the new owners take pride in trying to improve the place! Was very nice! The last two days there were people staying in rooms nearby that were either smoking pot or using some other horrible smelling substance! I have breathing issues and the smell was horrendous!
- Tyler (1/5): - No idea where to park and couldn’t hear the lady tell me where. Took the mini fridge out of the room so I had warm drinks and they didn’t say anything about it.
- Linnea (10/5): We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. - We enjoyed our stay. The staff was professional, polite and courteous. The rooms were spacious and clean. The limited breakfast was just enough to start us out in the morning. They offered cereal, yogurt, fruit, juice, milk ,and coffee. They also had a very good Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich we heated up.We were traveling with a dog, so we needed pet friendly. Shower could have had warmer water, but it was fine.
- gary (5/5): Worked for just a place to sleep - Price/Location Outdated/No security on the doors entering the building
- jerrybB4037JW (2/5): Extremely bad. - Feeling comfortable hanging over debit card info to ppl from India. Many things in room were broken. No breakfast. Blood on pillow case. A few friendly bugs. Price adjustment to a higher amount but not much (36% more). No speak English.
- Mary (5/5): Wasn’t bad just for the one night for the price we paid. - The location was good. Located around restaurants and gas stations. It had a weird smell that we noticed as soon as we walked in the room. The bed wasn’t very comfortable. It seemed hard but not bad for staying just one night.
- Donald (1/5): -
- Lunz (1/5): We didn’t stay there- please refund - We didn’t get our room that we paid for- they overbooked. It looked dirty so maybe it was a good thing we didn’t stay there but it would be nice to get a refund.
- Jose (1/5): -
- Alex (10/5): - Good
- Amanda (8/5): - We were in need of a roll away bed which the property said was available, but upon arrival we were told it wasn’t in good condition and was not clean or usable. There was running and stomping throughout the night and we couldn’t bring our kiddos out after 7 pm through the back due to people smoking marijuana right outside the back door. We anticipated a full continental breakfast as was stated on the facility’s page, but Cheerios were the only item offered in the breakfast area. The gal who checked us in was very kind and respectful. Her service was the best part!
- Diane (8/5): - The room was fine and we slept well.
- U2442NZerica (2/5): One time only, never again - Don't bother, people living in the hotel with pets, guys drinking and smoking pot in the back where all parking is, smells awful, beds uncomfortable. Absolutely not a place for families to stay.
- Steve (2/5): - No ice
- James (2/5): - Dirty. Checked out didn’t stay
- David F (6/5): - I expected more from a Wyndham Hotel.
- Tia (6/5): Just Okay - The bed and bedding was very comfortable. We could only receive one channel on the TV so didn't bother to use it. The mini fridge leaked water onto the floor, so I used a bath mat to soak it up, and it was filthy, showing they don't mop the floors often. Room was quiet. Didn't like the group of people hanging around the back entrance smoking marijuana each time we were coming or going. Staff was friendly. Probably wouldn't stay again though.
- Yvonne (1/5): - Nothing places i ever stayedpl Place was filthy I do not know how it could be a Wyndham corporation it was disgusting and people were outside smoking drugs over all one of the worse
- Danae (2/5): Loss of faith - Showed up with reservation in hand, the front desk acknowledged they saw the reservation but had no rooms for us. His only help was "maybe call hotels.com to get my money back"
Hotels.com was great crediting back my money.
- Gudrun (4/5): Would not stay here again! - The girl that checked us in was sooo sweet! Needs a makeover very badly!
I found an empty beer bottle and can in the fridge/freezer. Just one small trash can, no toilet paper, toilet seat hardly attached to toilet and dirty (floors, bathroom, mirror and table).
- Eric (2/5): - When I arrived there was no room for me! Expedia over booked and I had to drive 30 miles for another room. Next step is to have Expedia refund my non-refundable purchase that they overbooked!
- Gernhardt (10/5): Exceptional - We arrived early at the Motel, the young man at the front desk was very nice, N/A
- Kuntz (4/5): Disappointing - Sink faucets were installed backwards so you cant turn them on all the way bc it hits the wall
TV connection was freezing a lot but that may have been due to the weather
Ice machine was consistently empty because people were emptying it to fill coolers
Door had a large gap so you can hear everything in the hallway
Front desk double charged us for the room upon check in but he did resolve it fairly quickly after we went down there to address it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - I've stayed at worse hotels. Probably be back again next year.
- Stephanie (2/5): - Sink was flooded, peeling paint, rusty calcium on shower nozzles, stain on ceiling, noisy neighbor on 1st night
- LeRoy (4/5): - The room door could not be locked. The bathroom faucet was falling off. There was no smoke alarm as the wires were hanging from the ceiling. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.
- Kay (2/5): - Bed fell apart in first room. Bed tipped and threw me to floor and made a big swollen bump. Gave second room with terrible squeaky noisy beds. Big domestic fight took place and police had to be called. Didn’t feel safe and had to make statements to police in middle of night. I want a refund!
- Indigo (4/5): - My car was keyed
- Courtney (4/5): - I had booked 2 rooms on hotels.com as we were traveling a ways for a graduation party. I received a call late evening the night before check-in saying my rooms were cancelled because they were fully
- Elizabeth (4/5): - The employees were friendly. But I am displeased that I was charged twice for my stay.
- Ariel (6/5): - This place it needs a good clean up.
- Becky (2/5): - Limited parking in the gravel parking lot behind the building. Have to walk around to gain access to the office.
Counter person scanned my ID, handed me a key, pointed down the hall and walked away.
Refrigerator missing from the room. Flipping a light switch shut the microwave off.
Back door to the property opened without using a key.
Stacks of old mattresses leaning up against the building.
At checkout, counter person took key and again walked away. He spoke 3 words during our entire interaction: "Checking in?" And "ID?"
Overall super sketchy place! Would not recommend or stay again even though beds were fairly comfortable.
- Jason (2/5): - I drove 11 hours, only to stand at a counter for 20 minutes, attempting to get my key to my room... but no one came. I had to get a different hotel.
- Jason (2/5): - Absolutely nothing we didn't even stay there it was very unsafe and dirty I want my money back
- Bonnie (8/5): - Very basic hotel. Took a while to get front desk personnel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Need front desk staff. Waited 45min to track dowm front desk staff
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It was not at all what the pictures showed on the Web site. Old bally comforter and trim falling off and wood floor had water damage. Large crack under door. Other rooms looked much nicer so u may get luckier than we did. Breakfast was very limited. Bed slept great was a plus for sure.
- Tobey (10/5): Exceptional -
- Melissa (2/5): - Horrible
- Nicole (10/5): - The staff amazing.
- Rick (4/5): - They told me could check in around 12 then when got here told me room wasn't ready till 330
- Edward (2/5): - Affordable rate is the only positive. Broken beds, dirty floors building conditions less than acceptable. Gutters hanging off building trash in lot. Parking lot is terrible
- Steve (2/5): Very poor - The place is a dump. Clearly the owners do all their own maintenance. They shouldn’t
- 826kendrae (2/5): pretty much a scam - I had booked 1 room for two nights, but when I arrived to check in they had reserved 2 rooms for two nights. They claimed they would cancel one of the rooms (which I hadn't reserved in the first place), but I was still charged for both rooms. I have tried contacting management to rectify the situation, but they either won't answer calls or will claim the manager is out and won't return my calls. Add onto this the cleanliness of the hotel was subpar, and there were holes in the walls in my room.
- Vicky (8/5): - The property was clean and the staff very nice. The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. However, the queen we reserved was really a sm double, drywall patches in the wall painted over in a different color, missing outlet covers and incredibly sm bathroom. The biggest problems was safety. The back entrance was open. The key pad lock didn't work so anyone could enter the building. Also at the top of the stairs the window was open, a chair and table for smoking inside. We stayed New Years Eve in Minnesota.
- Marilyn (8/5): - My stay was fine.
- Corteney (4/5): - Staff was absolutely wonderful but could tell that they lived there as they were in their pajamas when they were helping us. The room was pretty bad. Paint missing on walls, water leaks all over the bathroom carpet was gross. The lobby was horribly dated and very dirty. “Breakfast” was Raisin Bran, Cheerios and a frozen sandwich so I guess I wouldn’t count that was breakfast along with no dining room to sit and eat in. The transportation was an awesome amenity but otherwise I’m not sure I would ever want to step foot in there again and was very surprised that was a Wyndham hotel and have a new perspective on Wyndham at this point.
- Myers (7/5): Good -
- Natalie (2/5): Do Not Recommend - This place is nothing like the pictures. Buyer beware. This place is filthy. And smelly. Very run down and needs alot of work. Beds were terrible. Room says queen bed and it was a full size. Can hear absolutely everything going on outside your room. Damaged outlets, missing fixtures, liggts and other things that were dirty and dont work. Door on back of property to get in was busted and anyone could just walk in. The ONLY positive things was the 2 ladies i dealt with at the front desk were very friendly and helpful for the multitude of issues we had. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else.
- Dustin (8/5): - I would update your showers , 1 star but as far as price and convenience great would stay again
- Verified traveler (4/5): - You have to ring the phone to check in. There has been some improvements to the rooms but the cleanliness is not that great. My room was missing the tv remote, huge gap at bottom of door and the window shade doesn't completely close.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The mattresses need to be replaced. The one I slept on was sunken in on the right side so it felt like I was going to slide off. So iI had to move to the center in order to sleep and it still was a bit uncomfortable. There was duct tape on the heating unit attaching it to the wall, must fix this issue. The smoke detector was dangeling from the ceiling. Another issue a fire inspector would not appreciate. We stayed in room 109 at this facility.
- Melisa (6/5): enjoyed the staff - staff was awesome very dated
- Mary (10/5): - I was delighted to have a room waiting for me. I had driven 14 hours that day and was exhausted! All went well there.
- Janet (1/5): Very disappointed - Did not eat breakfast, staff was very nice, the soap was nice The TV did not work, the room smelled like mold, I did not stay the second night, was charged for room second night even though I cancelled right away. Sheets had burn hole even though is non smoking.
- Tiffanie (10/5): - It was easy to find with parking in the back
- David (7/5): Good -
- Vicenta (10/5): Exceptional -
- D8433MEshawns (8/5): Quiet, clean, affordable stay - I would stay again. The staff was very friendly, my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Very reasonable rates and conscientious for the trip I was in town for. I will definitely stay again. There are 2 other hotels in town this one is the best deal in my opinion.
- Irma (2/5): Unsatisfied - The air conditioner made noise but didn’t work . Holes in the blanket. Room wasn’t ready til almost 6pm.
- Jay (2/5): - I never checked in. No way. Uninhabitable. Bed bugs ! Filthy. Beer bottles in hallway - not safe.
Please refund my Mastercard!!
Thank you
- Aaron (5/5): It worked for what we were there in town for. - It was quiet No staff available during checkout in the morning
- Lissa (4/5): - Property very dated, air conditioner we had cranked, but would shut on and off the entire time, not to the temp we set, bathtub had a continuous leak, Breakfast was very poor, Consisted of two cereals, Microwavable breakfast sandwiches, Yogurt some juice.., The front and back doors were never locked, Anybody could enter the hotel without a key, I am just very disappointed in travel, lodge. And the standards they do not maintain.
- Mary (2/5): Very poor - Dirty. Icky. Smelly room Dirty icky
- John (10/5): - Many of the reviews I read were negative, but we thought it was fine. Rooms were clean, staff was very helpful. We would stay there again.
- Stephanie (6/5): One night stay - Room was clean, but the bed was very firm. Did not sleep well. Noticed spatters of blood on sheets the next morning. I’m guessing they were permanent stains. Hotel was quiet. Only one employee working, he was very pleasant. I most likely wouldn’t stay again based on the bed comfort.
- Tammy (10/5): Great Experience - They were very accommodating to me I was very disappointed by a previous room I had reserved at OYO, unbelievably terrible place and needed last-minute booking. They got me in right away because I had a commitment to work for an event in town. The gentleman and the front desk was very very nice.
- Timothy (10/5): Great -
- Jody (6/5): Comfortable bed - Comfortable bed
- Betty (4/5): - CONS ..First impression was not good. The hallways and especially the back entryway smelled SO bad of marijuana. The carpet in my bedroom was kind of sticky feeling so I wore my shoes in the room. The breakfast was pretty much non-existent. You got a choice of a sandwich that could be microwaved, some yogurt, some fruit, two kinds of cereal, milk and juice and of course coffee. Needs some updating on both the inside and outside. The walls were pretty paper thin and the people in the room next to me were coughing most of the night and I barely got any sleep.
PROS ..The beds seem to be pretty comfortable. Good location. Friendly staff.
- Joy (2/5): Dirty Bed - There was food crumbs in our bed!!!
- Tamara (9/5): Superb -
- Robert (8/5): - Quiet and good service. Room was clean.
- Yullia (10/5): Exceptional -
- Julie (8/5): - The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Lots of dining options in the area.
- Kushinski (5/5): Average hotel. It's cheaper and that's what you get. - Location. There was no staff at the front desk most of the time I was there. Waited 20 minutes to check in because no one was there.
- Christopher (9/5): Superb - Was stranded due to a car accident. These folks were good to me and I appreciate it.
- john (10/5): - Staff was kind
- Ivan (10/5): - 👍
- David (9/5): Superb - Parking could be better
- Amy Kay (10/5): - The service was friendly. The bed was comfortable. The only setback was that I could smell marijuana in my room from out in the hallway or another room. I am a non-smoker so that was undesirable. Otherwise, the room was great for the price. I would stay there again.
- Patricia (4/5): - Parking was very limited. The three slots in front of the hotel were taken and it was not clear that there was more parking in back of the motel. The room looked like they forgot to finish the remodeling and the carpeting had thick dirt at the edges. I would decidely not recommend this motel until improvements have been made to the above issues.
- Eric (6/5): So so - The website said dogs were $10/night. They tried to charge me $25 saying the policy changed.
For the price, it wasn't bad.
- Grace (10/5): Great experience! - Clean and comfortable! Great service as well, check in and check out were quick and easy.
- Ruth (4/5): Keep Driving! - The management at this hotel needs to take a few courses in CUSTOMER SERVICE. My reservation stipulated a room with a King size bed but they booked us in a Queen so I had to ask for a transfer and they were rather rude about it. Both the first floor and the second have a distinct "smoke" odor even though it's supposedly "SMOKE FREE". Parking is also a problem as apparently the business next door owns all the front parking except for 2 or 3 spaces so my husband got a nasty tongue lashing by the business owner even though the business wasn't even open at the time. Also, the back door of the building as a key-card pad BUT it doesn't work and anyone can enter the building thru that door!!! On the morning of check out, there was no one behind the counter or answering the phone in spite of the fact that they lived in the hotel.
- Christopher (5/5): Inexpensive accomodation but we won't be staying here again. - Location was convenient. There was no hot water. Only warm water. The bed was too jiggly and hard to stay on.
- lniess (2/5): Great for marijuana smokers - If you don’t mind a dirty property with a broken security door and the smell of marijuana emanating through, this cheap accommodation is perfect for you. It’s been 10 days since we checked in and immediately turned around to check out. We still haven’t been refunded the 3 night stay. “There’s no one here that can do that.” Shady at best.
- Mary (7/5): Good -
