I explained that the booking I made is for my mom. After some frases she told me that "elderly can't auto check in", then yelled at me "I don't want to be responsible if your mom will arrive late" and then threatened me with my fulli payed booking cancellation. It was only 10 hours before my mom had to arrive. I was nervous whole day long, worried about my mom getting her booking cancelled, or treated badly. SHe arrived on time, could do all the hustle required for check in. So it was a good night for her, but awful day for me. So the place is ok, price is ok, but better come yourself - if you book for someone you care about, could be that you will loose your nerve communicating with the owner

• Mariia (9/5): Чудове місце розташування, персонал та житло, але доволі шумно в ночі - Чудове місце розташування готелю — 15–20 хв від центру — відчувається набагато затишніше бути подалі від скупчень туристів та шуму. Дуже гарний під'їзд, є маленький ліфт, також недалеко метро. Кімната була світла з великим ліжком та хорошою ванною кімнатою. Багато точкового світла, є міні-холодильник. Кожного дня в номері прибирали та міняли рушники.Привітний персонал, хостес допомогла нам з self-check-in, бо ми прибували вночі. Наша кімната розташовувалася на куті двох вулиць, на жаль, тонкі стіни та закриття вікон не рятували від шуму вночі. Чутливим до звуків людям буде важкувато висипатися

• Tania Barbara (8/5): Cerca del metro - La ubicación era muy buena al Vaticano y la parada de metro. En las calles paralelas hay muchos restaurantes y cafeterías. La habitación estaba limpia y el baño también. Las instrucciones estaba okay, no hubo problema en la comunicación. Teníamos secador y TV y era muy luminosa. Nadie estuvo molestado por la noche, así que se agradece. También hay una cocina común. El colchón estaba mugriento, es necesario un cambio porque al moverte por la noche se quitaron las sábanas y vimos sobre lo que estábamos durmiendo. No dejaron toallas grandes, son bastantes pequeñas, tipo para el pelo. Las tasas leímos que eran 6€ por persona y noche en Roma y nos cobraron 7€ por persona. Mi amiga solo dormía una noche y aún así le cobraron las 2 noches.

• Julia (9/5): - Super lokalizacja, pokój był ładny z wygodnym łóżkiem i klimatyzacja, codzienne sprzątanie, wspólna dobrze zaopatrzona kuchnia, dobry kontakt w właścicielem. :) Budynek jest przy ruchliwej ulicy więc rano było trochę głośno, ale zatyczki do uszu rozwiązują problem.

• David (6/5): - It is a good area, a short walk to the subway and close to good restaurants. The apartment has all you need, though it is tiny. I was surprised to find out that we had to pay the city tax the next morning. Although she did tell me via text, it was not clear to me what that entailed. Bathroom had trash in it still when I arrived so it left a doubt in my mind as to how clean and disinfected the place actually was
