• Erskine (1/5): Upsetting and frustrating terrible service booking.com - Nothing it was closed We arrived after a long journey to discover the hotel was permanently closed the security guard said it had been closed for a year We were obviously shocked and had to scramble to relocate to an alternative hotel Very helpful taxi driver Upon looking we discovered that many other travellers have had the same experience this year How can this continue to happen SHAME ON BOOKING.COM for taking and confirming booking back in January and continuing to sell rooms on your website for this hotel when you have been made aware of this situation for months Booking . Com also yet to reply to my messages regarding closure

• Ian (1/5): Hotel closed down last year - The hotel has closed down. It is a scam. The building is empty
• Simone (1/5): Bad - I booked this hotel with no issue in December of 2024 and when I arrived January 2025 the whole thing was closed for renovations. Thankfully there was a concerned security guard who made sure we got to another hotel. Booking.com has not refunded me yet so that sucks! Seems like they are at fault rather than the hotel.

• Charles (1/5): Don't book this hotel it s boarded-up. It s no longer trading. - On arrival I found the hotel boarded up. Local policeman told me that it had closed in March 2024, though it was happy to take my booking and pre-payment. I ve notified booking and so far they have no responded to any of my emails! When I'm back from my holidays I will pursue this with booking. So don't book. It was a nice hotel (I d stayed previously) ; but, it is no more!

• Cairan (6/5): Very nice hotel, great area but very noisy. - Nice hotel, great location lots to do and see outside and very safe on the streets to walk around. Hotel Food was excellent and staff looks very nice after you. Rooms are spacious, clean and have all you need with lots of power plugs to charge devices and cool Aircons. Noise Polution, we stayed in room 301 with was next to a “open air bar” loud music till 4/5pm with karaoke. It’s so load that you can “Shazem” there music songs. 70 decibel with windows and curtains closed in hotel room. We couldn’t sleep.. second day we asked the hotel manager to come to our room and listen himself, he agreed but there was nothing he could do as the hotel was fully booked. The window are made from thin glasses and definitely need to be replaced for sound proofed windows. If you are a light sleeper, I don’t recommend this hotel.
• Maxime (1/5): Terrible hotel! Dont go here - Nothing if you cannnot sleep because of the music of the club next door! That it is an hotel where you cannot sleep because of the club next door. They know this problem, but still sell hotelrooms! Terrible!!
• Leo (4/5): Great if you intend to go to bed at 4am every night - Nice room, staff was helpful and friendly. Great location but only during the day or unless you like to party until late. The hotel is attached to Sanctuary, which is an open-air club that blasts music until 4am every night. I literally couldn't sleep even with ear plugs because the club is outside and my room's windows were made of paper. Also I saw at least 2 cockroaches in my room, 1 of which was crawling on my bed...

• Ma. (7/5): Overall a good stay - -Great people -Love the owner’s pet dogs. I’ll gladly go back for them. -Spacious penthouse room. I mean it was biiig, you can party with friends in there. -They have a good restaurant downstairs. -Location: It becomes alive at night. There are bars catering to different types of people. My favorite is Futur:st right across the hotel because the DJs don’t play mainstream music. -It can get quite noisy at night making it hard to sleep sometimes. -Thin blankets. If they can switch it to a duvet, that would be great.

• Darren (5/5): Quite disappointing - - room design was nice. - staff reasonably nice. - food was good but expect hotel prices. - if you want a party spot, it’s central to the wild area. If you want seclusion, be aware that music blares to 3am+. Very inconsistent. Over a 4 night stay: - roaches every night found. Even got a cockroach crawling on my hip in the middle of the night. Asked staff to spray but this seemed to not help any. - storm blinked electricity. Staff concerned elevator may have issue. Wasn’t repaired for 3 days+ (we left). - first night had bath robes. Used one night and cleaning removed them and they never returned. - didn’t replace bedsheets. Just ironed them. Sheets had a small stain that didn’t move. - a/c stopped working our last night. When we returned to the room, it was running and set to 16 degrees (C). No cold air. We gave up since we had an early morning flight.
• Mia (5/5): Passable - Location is great, close to bars, restaurants and shops. Tidy room and good shower pressure. Staff weren’t very communicative. They gave us little information when checking in and the room didn’t have a booklet with info about wifi, facilities, recommendations etc. There was tea available in the room however no kettle? Pillows were very lumpy indicating they had been overused and needed replacement.
• Wesley (9/5): Booked this hotel last minute, staff were friendly and checkin was seamless in spite of late arrival. Room was decent an - Big bed and decent sized rooms. Bathroom was also spacious. No hair dryer provided. Bar across the road can be noisy until late.

• Malou (10/5): Perfect stay. - Location- you can find lots of establishments around the area. Accessible also to transportation. Hotel- clean and organized stuff in the room. Comfortable to stay. Staff- they are courteous and helpful . Restobar- they served very tasty dishes. Everything is on point. Hands down to their Chefs. Food is 10/10. Nothing.

• Sam (10/5): SO SO SO IMPRESSED - This place is EXCEPTIONAL and by far the best place I’ve stayed in the Philippines in 30 days. The property it’s self, the staff, the atmosphere, food, drinks and location are all 10\10. You will feel like you have a very high standard home with a heart here in Manila if you stay here. Absolutely Nothing
