- Christine (9/5): Great and convenient stay - The rooms were very clean and there were many nice amenities included that are not usually found in other hotels I've stayed in, such as bath salts or back scrub. Location was very convenient (close to train stations, next to a grocery store, multiple convenience stores within a couple of blocks, across from a bus and taxi stop, and 1 station from Asakusa), and we had a partial view of Skytree as an added bonus. There were multiple staff members that spoke or understood English, and the ones that had limited English had the assistance of a translator. Checking in and out was very smooth (keep in mind there is a tax you need to pay when you check in that's not usually included in the Booking.com fees/payment), and they also had a little snack area where you could get some small snacks or a drink. They also had vending machines on certain floors, in addition to a microwave by the machines (there is not one inside the room). Compared to many hotels in Japan, the room was very spacious. They also have a limited daily clean which was great for me (trash taken out and towels changed), as well as a floor that has some coin laundry machines. It was a great stay overall. Trying to forward my luggage was a bit of a challenge for me. They have to confirm with the hotel it's being forwarded to that there is someone there to accept the luggage (which is fair). Unfortunately, the hotel I needed it to go to was able to confirm over a message to me that they can receive it, but Richmond wasn't able to confirm themselves as the hotel I needed it to go to doesn't have someone at the desk at all times (they do other things on other floors and leave a button to push when someone needs attention), or a phone number that was easily found. As a result, I wasn't able to get my luggage forwarded. In the future, I'd probably try to get them to confirm sooner, so it's just something to keep in mind. As a personal preference, I also found the beds to be a bit firm (I prefer softer beds), but that seems to be relatively normal in Japan.

- Jérôme (9/5): Une belle adresse au pied de Skytree - L'hôtel est bien situé au pied de la station avec des commerces en proximité et plusieurs lignes de métro et une gare ferroviaire. La ligne de métro est directe avec l'aéroport (compter 55 minutes). La chambre est confortable, le personnel est disponible et accueillant. La literie est bonne. Le petit déjeuner est excellent et très complet. L'hôtel dispose d'autres services mais je ne les ai pas utilisé (style sauna, restaurant,...) La taille de la chambre lorsque l'on a de très grosses valises.

The train station is placed right across the hotel which made transportation around Tokyo easy. Staff were very friendly, helpful, respectful and accommodating. Sizzler breakfast is a solid start to the day allowing us to snack during the day and then eat later in the day. It’s a small thing but I wish the toilet paper had more than one ply.

Onder het hotel had je een supermarkt met alles en tegenover het hotel heb je een mall met alles en nog wat. Genoeg eetgelegenheden, winkels nabij skytree. Uitstekende locatie met directe verbinding voor Narita airport. Schoonmaak is 2 dagen eco clean en drna een big cleaning.

Deviam ter uma indicação escrita em inglês e bem visivel na porta de entrada do hotel que a recepção funciona no quinto andar do edificio. Foi um bocadinho confuso chegar e ver apenas elevadores sem ninguém ou nada escrito com indicações onde nos deveriamos dirigir para fazer o check-in.

Very convenient to have Osiage station and the mall across the street and a grocery store in the same building which carries every kind of takeout food you could want. The property itself was great. Location was a little further out for us given that we had several tours lined up that met at Shinjuku station.

Es muy cómodo, con un espacio adecuado considerando el estándar japonés, y cuenta con una excelente ubicación. El personal fue sumamente amable; incluso me ayudaron a enviar mis maletas al aeropuerto, lo cual hizo mi estancia aún más práctica y agradable. Un día decidí pagar por el desayuno y, aunque tenía más variedad que otros que probé, se me hizo caro y no terminó de convencerme. Sentí que las opciones eran más tipo brunch o incluso lunch, más que un desayuno. En particular, el tocino y las papas hash brown estaban demasiado aceitosas. Sin embargo, el resto de los alimentos estaba muy rico. Aun así, considero que el precio es elevado, sobre todo comparado con otros desayunos que probé en Kyoto y Osaka, donde pagué menos por una experiencia mucho mejor.

- Shailyn (9/5): Well-organized; very clean, - The property was clean, easy to find, and right across from the solamichi mall. Checkout was simple (through a machine) and I had no problem checking in. Every day they provide water bottles (1 per guest). I also enjoyed being able to control the temperature in the room (something not all hotels permit). Laundry room. Double sink, bidet, separate areas for toilet/bath shower, and sinks. Well stocked toiletries bar at entrance -toothbrushes, lotion, hairbands, etc are provided and the shampoo/conditioner/soap smell good! The layout is a little strange to me- I liked having the shower/bath separate from the toilet/bidet -there was a privacy curtain but not really any place to put clothes to change. Also, the lobby is not clearly identified at the entrance-it’s on the fifth floor! I was co fused until someone exited the elevator. I stopped them and they told me where to find reception. I, in turn, had to let three other people know this over the course of my stay.

Hotel has no room service. Sizzler breakfast was not good. Language barrier is high, very difficult to communicate with staff.
