- 木谷 (4/5): 利便性はあるので寝るのみだけであれば最適 - 立地は駅前、東大門市場に近く夜中に買い物しやすいロケーション。日本語通じるスタッフがいて不自由なかった。 部屋が狭く、2人分の小さめのスーツケースを広げると歩くスペースが無いくらいの部屋。 ドライヤーが熱くなりすぎると切れてしまい、フロントにお願いするもスタッフが1人なので取りに来て欲しいと言われたが髪が濡れている状態では行きづらく、熱が冷めるのを待って再度ドライヤーを使用した。 あの規模で深夜だからとスタッフ1人体制とは、、という印象だった。

- YUKO (10/5): 立地最高のホテル - 便利なDDP駅から徒歩3-4分という好立地であるのにも関わらずリーズナブルでとても快適なホテル。 部屋が広いとはいえないけど、1人でダブルを利用するとベッドはのびのびと利用でき、そして何よりバスタブ付きの部屋が快適です！最寄駅のDDP駅も乗り入れてる地下鉄のラインが非常に便利な所を結ぶラインなので本当に素晴らしい立地です 周辺は割と煩雑なエリアのため、ソウルならではのオシャレなカフェなどは地下鉄で移動する必要があります。 朝ごはんなどを、そのような場所でとることを計画してる場合には少々の移動を念頭に入れておく必要があります。 あとエレベーターが来るのが遅めです

You cannot open a luggage to pack. We were given one room access card for a room of 2 and a room of 3. The bathroom for 3 is big. The shower head is fantastic. It keeps dropping down when showering. The water pressure high. One pillow for one single bed. 2 pillows for a double bed. The bed position makes it difficult to get to, especially for old folks. Basic need is there.

- misa (9/5): 渡韓の際にはまた利用したいです！ - 受付のスタッフさんがホテルの設備や空港までのバスの時間など、日本語で丁寧に説明してくれてとても安心でした。 レビューを見て不安でしたが、部屋はすごく綺麗でしたし毎日タオルやゴミの交換をしてくださるので快適でした。 なにより立地が良くて過ごしやすかったです。 韓国だとしょうがないですが、トイレットペーパーが流せないので横のゴミ箱に捨てなきゃいけないです。 ただ、交換用のゴミ袋が部屋に何枚かあったのでそこまで気にならなかったです。 エレベーターは少し遅い時もありますが4台？あるので、なんとかなります

- Nagisa (7/5): 便利さとコスパを取るなら満点。清潔さは欠けるが、私は数日だけなら我慢できた。 - スタッフが優しくて、日本語を話せる。（カードキーを部屋に置きっぱなしにした時もすぐに対応してくれた。） 飲料水やタオルの交換など抜かりなくしてくれる。 何よりアクセス抜群。周りにショッピングできる場所も多い。 清潔さと、シャワーの扱いにくさに問題あり。 初めて部屋に入った際に、トイレに髪の毛や、バスタブの底に水あかが当たり前のようにあった。枕シーツもシミあり。シャワーは冷水と温水の切り替えと出したり止めたりの切り替えが同じレバーで、同時に行われる為、毎度止める際に冷水に切り替わりめんどくさかった。また温水にするためにレバーを捻ると同時に、水圧も強くなり痛かった。排水溝は髪の毛などがなくても、初めから詰まっている。中々水が流れていかないので、シャワー中は足の甲まで水が溜まっている。

- Vasileios (10/5): Must stay hotel - Το ξενοδοχείο αρχικά είναι σε τρομερή τοποθεσία ακριβώς πάνω από το μετρό και απέναντι από την αφετηρία του λεωφορείου για το αεροδρόμιο. Η θέα των δωματίων είναι τρομερή. Τα δωμάτια άνετα και καθαρά. Το προσωπικό δεν γνωρίζει καλά αγγλικά αλλά αυτό είναι ένα αρνητικό στο σύνολο της χώρας.
- chikako (8/5): - まず立地が良い。日本語が通じるので安心感があり良かった。部屋も綺麗にされていたし、トイレもトイレットペーパーちゃんと流れたし、シャワー浴びても洗面所やトイレまで濡れることなく使えました。

- SACHIKO (10/5): - スタッフの対応がスゴイ良かったです。日本語を話せるスタッフもいて色々と助かりました(^^)

- MAMI (10/5): 立地最高ホテル！ - とにかく、立地がよくて、 日本語話せるスタッフの方がいて安心だし チェックイン前に入って荷物だけと思ってたのですが掃除が早めに終わったので、早めに入らせて頂けました。助かりましたー シャワーの下が仕切りがないのでトイレの方まで流れそうで気にしながらでしたがなんとか大丈夫でした。 せめて、仕切りでもあればいいのになと思いました。 最高のホテルでしたー。 また利用したいと思います。

- NANAKO (6/5): 立地が最高なので、良くない点はあるがまた泊りたい - 立地 フロント対応 水回り シンクの水が流れない お湯の出し方がわからない ボロボロに破れた雑巾のようなバスタオルが置かれていた 。フェイスタオルは綺麗だったのでそちらを使用した 窓の間に大量の虫が死んでいた

- Megumi (10/5): - スタッフ様の対応、接客が本当に丁寧、親切でした。 日本語がとても上手で助かりました。 東大門の専門市場が目の前にあると言う、最高、最強な立地、コスパも良くショッピングセンターに入ってるホテルなので昼間のエレベーターは利用者が多いので多少大変ですが、それでも不便なく過ごせました！！ お部屋も綺麗でした！ 丁寧な対応をしてくださりありがとうございました！！
- To (8/5): - フロントの方は気さくでよかったです。 部屋は狭く、暗かった。 シャワーとトイレの仕切りがないため、床が水浸しだった。

- Kyoko (6/5): コスパがいい - ロケーションの割に安い 部屋が狭い。宿泊フロアの通路が暗い
- ウロウロ世界旅 (10/5): 最高です！！ - 周りが栄えているのでかなり便利が良すぎました！！！！！！ 地下鉄の駅も近いし、良かったです。 良くないとかではないですが、シャワーのカーテンが短くトイレ側に流れてしまうリスクがありましたが、近くの銭湯に行ったので問題なしでした、銭湯も近いので良かったです。
- Kazuhisa (10/5): - なにしろ便利な立地です。今回は少し広くバスタブ付きで部屋からの眺望も良くてさらに良かったです。
- IBUKI (6/5): 仁川でのイベントのため一人で滞在 - 周りに飲食店やコンビニ、ロッテアウトレットなどもあり観光に良さそう。 宿泊前後に荷物も預かってもらい助かりました。 枕元にコンセントがあり大変便利です。 バスルームもゆとりがあって、使いやすかったです。 室内にいるときに、近くの部屋の物音やドアが閉まる音など聞こえるので、人によっては気になるかと思います。

- Ryo (10/5): - 宿泊は19F,20Fと高層階なので静かです。日本人利用客も多く安心して宿泊できると思います。歯ブラシは別途料金でした。

- IZUMI (4/5): - 掃除が雑、ほこり、髪の毛などが目立った。 最初から洗面所の下が濡れていた 買い物するには便利でした
- KUMIKO (8/5): - ３泊しました 東大門のショッピングには、最高の立地 ホテルのすぐ前に空港へのリムジンバス停留所 があり便利でした
- aya (8/5): - 入り口が少しわかりにくかったのと、下水の臭いが気になりましたが、それ以外は快適でした。 フロントの方はチェックインもチェックアウトも日本語出来る方で助かりました。 東大門は夜遅くまでやっているので帰る時の方法をいつも気にしてましたが、今回は時間を気にせず買い物できました。 駅近で出かけるにも便利でした。 また1人渡韓の際は利用したいです。

- Masami (8/5): 快適 - 立地も便利で、スタッフも親切で良かった。 浴室のシャワーの水がトイレに流れるのは仕方ない構造だが、もう少し段差なので流れる量を減らすように改善してほしい。シーツに染みが付いていた。
- Verified traveler (10/5): 利便性に優れたホテル - 今回友人3人と2泊滞在しました。 お部屋は決して広くはないですが、寝るだけなら十分です。東大門のど真ん中にあるので 利便性は大変良く レセプションのスタッフの方々も皆さん親切に対応下さいます。 14階にフロントがあり、エレベーターの場所はミリオネの裏口の方からが近いです。
- Makiko (6/5): - フロントは日本語が通じるしすごくすごく親切で素晴らしかったです。が、客室は洗面所と風呂場にに髪の毛が落ちており、テレビ台と椅子の隙間に前のお客さんと思われるジップロックに入ったマスクと、飴の包み紙？のようなものがありました。フロントの方の丁寧さや親切さが素晴らしかったのですが客室は残念でした。あとエレベーターが来るのがめちゃくちゃ遅いのも残念でした。
