It was evident that great care is taken to ensure both hygiene and comfort. The hotel managers made me feel incredibly welcome. They are not only highly competent but also incredibly warm-hearted and lovely people. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were eager to help in any way they could. Their kindness and willingness to assist truly made my stay exceptional. The breakfast was also delicious, with a great variety of options that were fresh and satisfying each morning. It was the perfect start to each day. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone!

- Noora (10/5): - This hotel seems to be often sold out and it is no wonder. We stayed a week with my mother and we were amazed by how lovely everything was. From the start we received a warm and welcoming service from the staff. The owners were more than happy to help us with our needs, we even found sunscreen with SPF 100 thanks to them (and this was a big thing for out pale skins). We chose to have breakfast everyday at the hotel bc of the beautiful view at the roof. The breakfast was simple but had everything we really needed, and it was delicious too! The hotel was clean, nicely decorated, easy to find and really close to everything. I honestly have nothing bad to say, book this place if you can! I definitely will be back someday.
- Daniel (10/5): - We absolutely loved our stay at Ideon Hotel. We booked our stay based on positive reviews and so keen to pass this on as we were very happy. The hotel location is ideal, 2 mins from the towns main beach and a 10 mins or so walk into the harbour and old town which is a lovely place to spend the evenings with its lovely restaurants, bars and shops. The staff are what sets the hotel apart. They are so friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our stay. They supported us with transfers, public busses and general recommendations for the area. On top of this, they are just lovely people who we enjoyed chatting to each day. The rooms are clean and had everything we needed for a base for the town and beach. If you want a nice place to sleep and convenient location then this is perfect. If you want an all inclusive with a pool then this isn’t for you. For us it was perfect and we would love to return. Thank you Tony and Teresa for a wonderful stay with you.

- Lucie (10/5): - Très bon hôtel, bien situé, à quelques rues du centre-ville et du vieux port. Il y a aussi un supermarché bien achalandé a 5 mn de marche. La plage Nora beach est a 5 mn. L hôtel est très propre, les propriétaires et le personnel souriants et sympathiques. Bémol sur la terrasse elle est vraiment plus petite que sur les photos.

Chambre 106, en angle avec 2 fenêtres pour laisser entrer le léger vent, balcon avec salon, petite vue mer, frigo, bouilloire avec café et thé à disposition, climatisation, savon liquide de qualité à l'huile d'olive locale, mobilier et bâtiment très bien entretenus. Prêt de parasol et serviette de plage.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Perfect stay in Chania - Well kept family hotelli in a good location in Chania. Perfect match if you need just a bed and breakfast. Ideon is close to Nea Hora beach and there is an easy walk both to the Old City and to the bus stadion. Room was super clean, the owners as well as workers are very friedly and the breakfast was served on a nice roof balcony.

- Didier (10/5): Hôtel parfait pour notre séjour à la Canée - L’hôtel presque idéal existe... nous n’avons pas d’avis sur le petit déjeuner car nous ne l’avons pas pris. Les chambres sont superbes et fonctionnelles et les patrons sont très accueillants. La patronne parle un français excellent et donne de bons conseils. La proximité de la plage et de l’excellent resto mikrolimano ainsi que la ville ancienne à 10 min à pied en font une halte au top! Facile de garer sa voiture dans les environs et accès facile, beaucoup de places handicapés bien situées.

- RF (6/5): - Don't arrive before 8am. Although the website says the front desk is open as of 7am, no one came until 745 and the front door is locked. When I called the contact number, the person who picked up said he livres 15km so he's not coming in and just to wait as someone would open the door. He could not give me a specific time, whether it would ve a few minutes or a few hours. The day person did eventually come around 745 and let me in. The hotel is otherwise nice and clean. Bathrooms very nice as well. Maybe a 10 min walk to the old Venetian harbour. And about 10 min from the bus Station and the bus that drops cou off from the ferry it's about 12min

Nous avions malheureusement une chambre au rez-de-chaussée à proximité de la réception, sombre et exposée au bruit venant de la réception. Elle était cependant propre et bien décorée. Seul le lit était peu confortable. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Les chambres aux étages doivent être plus lumineuses et moins bruyantes. Le stationnement était facile dans la rue à cette période. Cet hôtel offre un bon rapport qualité/prix.

He gave us all important instructions. It is close to the beach, and there are a lot of cafes on the beach. Good breakfast. Room was very nice as well. Just the area is little bit far from the center...
- Simos (10/5): Great family run hotel - Stayed a couple of nights visiting friends. The hotel is newly renovated. It’s very modern and comfortable. For the price it was even better. I would recommend anyone looking for a hotel in the area to stay here if you are in the city area.

La moglie del proprietario oltretutto parla benissimo l'italiano!L'albergo è pulito e confortevole, le camere non sono enormi ma funzionali. La posizione è ottimale: lontano dal caos del porto, seppur facilmente raggiungibile, si trova a circa 900m dalla stazione dei bus e 100m dalla spiaggia dove sono presenti bar e ristoranti! Consigliato!
