- wendy (6/5): Imposant gebouw, venieuwd zwembad, maar eten valt erg tegen. - De locatie ligt wat buiten de stad, maar dat wisten we. We gingen voor het imposante gebouw en dat is het! Fantastisch! De inrichting is nog net als 30 jaar geleden, nog zeker netjes en schoon. Het vernieuwde zwembad met uitzicht, een aanrader! Het personeel heel professioneel en netjes. Het eten, ik heb met mijn gezin het duurst van onze 3 weken rondreis hier gegeten en het was echt niet zo lekker. We hebben het buffet gekozen voor de avond, dachten we lekker veel keus. Wat een tegevaller. Sowieso de hele eetzaal, echt vergane glorie. Ontbijt de volgende ochtend niet veel beter. Sportfacaliteiten laten naar westerse standaarden flink te wensen over.

- Marc (9/5): Great stay - we will gladly stay here again! - The look of it and the genuine ”Grand hotel” atmosphere. Beautiful surroundings with the park around the lake - great for relaxing. Extremely friendly staff, excellent breakfast and two great restaurants with relaxed ambiente. Just the fact that it lies a bit ”off” central parts of town - but this is also an advantage if you wish to relax in a quiet environment.

Breakfast was disappointing, I guess from a Western perspective although we are absolutely fine with Asian food. I would suggest to improve that. Each room has a nice balcony facing a lake or the mountains I guess. We enjoyed our stay and it was fine to get around since we have a car. Disappointing there’s no possibility of dinner at the property and no where to dine nearby. You definitely need a car to move around

- 永龍 (8/5): 年節走春到高雄，提前預訂了圓山，給出了不錯的折扣，體驗了中式建築的五星級飯店，整體上是好的 - 1.大廳的氛圍感很好 2.入住時還有抽扭蛋的活動，很喜氣 3.每個樓層都有飲水機很方便 4.陽台外可以看到澄清湖 5.衛浴有免治馬桶及乾濕分離 6.隔天退房可以到12點，早點起床可以7.走木棧道到澄清湖，很愜意的體驗 8.夜景很美、陽台設計及室內裝置畫很好、地面皆鋪地毯很好拖行李 1.床前主燈雖為兩段式開關，但房內亮度稍顯不足 2.房內無提供瓶裝水 3.早餐餐點品項有的太少，對素食者來說選項可以再多一點
