• PAUL (1/5): Avoid - better and cheaper hotels - Nothing at all. Rooms were dirty with dead cockroaches on the floor. Opened the door and room was full of mosquitos. Furniture was at least 40 years old and rooms very dark and dingy. Only stayed 2 minutes and walked out and booked another hotel.

• Howard (2/5): Ugh. - Quiet modern split aircon. Good-sized balcony with outside towel rail. No room safe. Reception lock boxes only. Lock boxes inaccessible between 00:00 and 08:00. Only one person at a time can access the lock boxes, resulting in a queue Carrying two extra lock box keys was inconvenient - yes, each box needs 2 keys for which you are now liable and responsible No privacy curtains, only blackout curtains. Mattress was extremely hard. No key cards - had to hand in an actual key on a massive fob when leaving the hotel. Door knob felt loose and room door resembled a standard residential internal door. Towels looked and felt old. Multiple Wi-Fi access points, which seemed to appear and disappear regularly. It was often unclear which Wi-Fi network would work at any given time. I took the hit, I left early and chose to stay elsewhere.

• paul (4/5): Having always stayed at this hotel for the last few years i am very disapointed with my recent stay - location of hotel the access to the safety deposit boxes in reception stops at 2300 hours and staff on reception would not let me access my passport , Also many of the tiles in the pool were missing and my son cut his foot resulting in a nasty cut requiring a visit to the pharmacy

• Ian (8/5): Excellent location but the hotel needs to upgrade the things iv mentioned. - Excellent location, money change booth rite opposite the hotel & always top rate exchange, so no need to walk about looking, staff excellent, this hotel is very close to it all. The beds could do with a change of mattress, very hard & uncomfortable, try avoid the front rooms that overlook the main road because of the noise, Also they need to have safes in the room & not in little pigeon holes, doesn’t seem safe to me….
• David (8/5): Overall a great value for the location and great staff - The staff was always very pleasant and helpful, from the maids to the front desk area. The property is close to many of the night life attractions. The beach is a very short scooter ride away. Lots of options to eat. The bed was a little firm for my taste.

• Mathilde (6/5): Super gentil mais chambres pas top - La chambre est spacieuse et l'hotel est bien situé. je tiens à souligner la gentillesse du personnel de jour comme de nuit. Les points négatifs sont une literie extrêmement dure et inconfortable (j'ai demandé un sur- matelas on m'a repondu qu'il n'y en avait pas) , pas de coffre fort dans les chambres mais derrière la reception (aucune intimité mais surtout le staff a les clés de tous les coffres) là aussi j'ai demandé le soir même de notre arrivée si je pouvais en avoir un dans ma chambre la réponse a été NON. Après quelques autres détails manque ..les sachets de café ou thé etc..(que normalement il y a dans tous les hotels)..et le sèche cheveux qui m'a été finalement prêté après ma demande à la réception.

The only one was booked on the third floor right next to the bus street. We heard motorcycles all night long... loud ones too.

• Mark (8/5): Great location - I always stay here have done for years it would be nice for the rooms to have a safe but. I asked for late check out so an extra 3 hours the lady on the desk told me it would be 300 baht when I went to pay they charged me 1000 baht! For a regular at the hotel and the staff actually know me this wasn't very lice to take that much off me for an extra 3 hours.

Air con was efficient to escape the heat Close to food, bars and 7-11 and on the baht bus route so conveniently located Property is old and dated with dangerous cracked and missing tiles throughout… especially in and around the pool No shade in pool area No kettle in the room

• Jones (8/5): - Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived early for check in and they were happy to get me checked in right away. The room was a good size and clean. There's plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel and plenty of bars and cafes etc right there as well. If you're not opposed to loud music and people having a lot of fun, then this place is perfect 👌🏻
• Bruno (6/5): - Bien situé. Chambre claire, spacieuse et propre. Frigo et bouilloire disponibles. Ménage quotidien efficace. Chambre au sixième étage, sur l'arrière de l'immeuble très calme jusqu'à ce que les "mauvais" voisins arrivent. Vu la situation, le risque d'avoir des voisins bruyants, irrespectueux et ivres est important. Rentrer à 1 heures du matin, croiser un mec nu dans le couloir et l'entendre discuter en hurlant avec ses potes jusqu'à 3 heures du matin est tout sauf agréable. Les mêmes personnes étaient également très bruyantes en journée (portes qui claquent toutes les 10 minutes et hurlements)
