• Maja (10/5): Schade, dass wir nicht länger bleiben konnten. - Die Schlüssel wurden in einem Couvert für uns bereitgelegt. Wir haben auch bei unserer Abreise niemanden angetroffen. Das Appartement war sehr gross und sauber. Leider waren wir nur für eine Nacht dort, aber der Abschied fiel uns schwer. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Ein einladender Pool lädt zum Abkühlen ein, das ist Meer mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.
• jenneth (9/5): Spacious, comfortable apartment. - Very spacious and newly refurbished in Spanish style. Everything very clean. Nice south west facing balcony with table, 2 chairs and umbrella. Victor waited to let us in the evening we arrived. Located in a quiet cul de sac. Pool deep, warmed by the sun. Arrived in the evening, a dash to the shops to buy water, none supplied. 10 minute walk down and longer back as uphill. Kitchen supplies are adequate for 2 people; just 2or3 of most things. Parking was easy at the entrance to the cul de sac but could be a problem when busy. No visible name on the building roadside and no way to get in if gate locked until you have key. Reception open but, given it is low season, only partially manned but available on whattsapp.

• Roberto (9/5): Eccellente soggiorno, da ripetersi ! - Appartamento molto bello e ampio, di nuova fattura, silenzioso, con bella piscina in struttura piccola e quindi particolarmente gradevole. Sito in zona tranquilla, con ampi parcheggi gratuiti nelle vicinanze. Non abbiamo trovato difetti.

• Jo harr (10/5): Loved these apartments, spotless clean, a short walk to shops and restaurants, less than 10 minutes. - The wifi didnt reach the poolside which was disappointing, we had overcast the whole week, apparently the weather is not as warm here compared to Los Cristianos or Las Americas and was overcast every day.
• Svanhild (8/5): Velholdt anlegg med store leiligheter og god beliggenhet - Anlegget er veldig godt vedlikeholdt og rent. Uoppvarmet basseng med solsenger, dusj og toalettfasiliteter Fin beliggenhet med gangavstand til strand, dagligvarebutikker og spisesteder. Leilighetene er store og med et stort kjøkken med koketopp med 2 plater og en microbølgeovn. Leilighetene i 2 etg har nydelig utsikt over havet og solnedgangen. Enkelt å få parkert bil i nærheten. Vi har bodd på dette anlegget mange ganger over en tiårs periode. Nøkkelen lå som alltid klar i en konvolutt i den ubetjente resepsjonen ved ankomst. Vi kommer nok tilbake. Anbefales! Det kunne med fordel vert mer kjøkkenutstyr, spesielt bestikk og en brødkniv. For langtidsopphold kunne en ønsket seg en komfyr med flere plater og stekeovn. Sofaen trenger å bli byttet ut og 2 gode stoler (som IKEA Strandmon) hadde vert fint. Mer lys i stuedelen, taklys og leselampe. Vi bodde der 1 uke denne gangen og først den siste kvelden ble sengetøyet skiftet. Den faste renholderen gjennom alle år var der ikke lenger. Får tro rutine/oppfølging av sengetøyskift blir bedre. Defekt lyspære i lampe i stue skrudde vi ut og la ved siden av lampen i håp om at den skulle bli erstattet med en ny, men det ble den ikke.

• Kuba Alexa (8/5): V lednu příjemný a klidný ubytování pro odpočinek. - Velmi klidný místo, bazén v lednu má člověk téměř sám pro sebe, apartmány s kuchyní jsou dostatečně vybavený, potěšil kávovar na překapávaný kafe, mikrovlnka atd. Díky orientaci balkónů a prázdnýmu pozemku před tak slunko svítí celý odpoledne a když si člověk udělá odpočinkovej den "doma", je to fajn. V pokoji je čisto a pohodlí. Internet byl často téměř nepoužitelnej, ale protože i data, bude to spíše obecně pokrytím. Na pár emailů na dovolený to stačí. Tv je mrňavá, ale aspoń ji člověk nezapíná :)

• Nancy (9/5): Ruim en proper appartement in een niet-toeristische zone waar het aangenaam verblijven is - Het complex is niet in een toeristische zone gelegen en dat vonden wij prima. Winkels op iets meer dan 1 km en dat is makkelijk te voet te doen. Voor andere uitstappen heb je wel een auto nodig. Het appartement is heel ruim en wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Meestal was er geen straatlawaai, want het lag in een doodlopende straat, maar de binnenmuren lieten wel geluid van de buren door, zodat voor mij oordopjes toch een must waren. Het was heel makkelijk om in de omliggende straten te parkeren. Als je vanop de eerste verdieping naar buiten keek, zag je in de verte de zee. Er is een niet-verwarmd zwembad: voor mij te koud om erin te gaan, maar ik vond het heerlijk rustig om aan de rand een boek te lezen. Geen drukte zoals bij grote hotels, wel gezelligheid! Als ik toch een minpuntje moet geven, dan is het de gehorigheid van de kamers. We hadden wel geluk dat de bewoners zich meestal aan de voorschriften hielden om 's nachts geen lawaai te maken.

Extractor fan not working in shower room, no window so was very oppressive! TV could be bigger, not that we used it much! Didn't see staff very often and wasn't sure if the cleaner was staff or someone touting for work!! My mistake, I suppose?!

Vista incrível para a montanha uma excelente varanda virada para sul. A cozinha estava bem equipada mas não tinha forno. A descrição fazia referência a parque automóvel privado mas não foi colocado â disposição. No entanto foi relativamente fácil estacionar na zona. • Kyle (8/5): Peaceful, clean and adequate. - Beautifully kept property clean, quiet and secure. Large living area & both front and rear balconies, with a sea view from our room. The surrounding area was peaceful. The only issue I had was with the beds, 2 single beds pushed together & no air conditioning. We were lucky as stayed in December so wasn’t to bad nonetheless the apartment still really held its heat. So I dare think what it would be like in the summer heat.

• Päivi (9/5): Hyvä paikka yöpyä, rauhallinen, hinta kallis yhdestä yöstä. - Siisti, tilava, hyvä sijainti. Henkilökuntaa en nähnyt ollenkaan. Vastaanotossa ei ollut virkailijaa, vaan avaimet olivat kirjekuoressa odottamassa. Hinta yhdestä yöstä oli korkea.
• Jörg (10/5): - Alles Top und sehr sauber und die gesamte Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Mo bis SA kommt regelmäßig nachts um 3 Uhr die Müllabfuhr und macht deutlich Lärm. Alle Schlafzimmer gehen nach Norden (günstig, da es kühl bleibt) zur Stichstraße raus und wer mit offenem Fenster schläft wird automatisch wach. Dass die Müllabfuhr nachts kommt ist anscheinend in der ganzen Gegend so üblich. Wen es stört, sollte sich generell eine Unterkunft mit einem Schlafzimmer nicht zur Straße suchen.

• Zdeněk (9/5): Poměr cena/výkon perfektní. Pokud by to bylo dražší asi by jsme zvolili něco jiného. Děkujeme Viktorovi, že nám vyho - Vše odpovídalo fotkám, popisu a recenzím. Dokonce to bylo lepší. I při kratším pobytu nám přišli uklízet, měnit ručníky atd. Komunikace by mohla být lepší. Lednička byla MOC hlasitá.

• mayy (9/5): Très bel appartement avec piscine - L'appartement est grand, propre, salle de bain avec douche a l'italienne. Chambre avec grand lit (composé de deux lits simples) et grand placard. Le plus : terrasse donnant sur une grande piscine et peu de monde donc quasiment toujours vide ! Vraiment nous avons pu en profiter à fond et c'est appréciable. Seul bémol l'insonorisation : nous étions au rez de chaussée et entendions tout les pas de l'appartement au dessus, très dérangeant.

• Margaret (7/5): Good - Lovely clean apartment. Sun all day on the balcony. Sea view in the distance. The telly was small could not use all week as could not change the setting to English. Would be better to be a smart telly then you could watch Netflix when you stay in for the evening. Cutlery and dishes, there was only two of everthing. This would be better if there were 6 of everthing. Think the apartment could be rather hot in high season as no aircon. Also chilly in colder months as no heater.

• Karen (8/5): Very good - We had a great stay here. The apartments are lovely and spacious, with comfy beds and settee. The balcony faced the sun all day which was great, and we got a through flow of air by opening up the bedroom patio door too (temps just nice in March so didn't need AC). The pool is huge, we swam most days. The cleaning service was amazing, nearly every day. Situation is great, with 10 minute walk downhill to restaurants, supermarkets and playa abaje (go right at bottom of street). Turn left for playa paraisio, longer walk and steeper hill. We didnt hire a car as we enjoy walking. Beautiful headland walk joins up playa abaje and playa paraisio so nice to do circular walk. The 373 bus stop at top of street leads to main road (10 minute uphill walk) and goes to Los Gigantes. The 371 at bottom of street goes to Los Christianos. Can see the green bus go by from balcony at front. The only negative is that the TV is tiny and we could only get 1 English speaking news channel. The wi fi is a bit slow so unable to get our amazon stick working.
