Do sossego do estabelecimento, bem como da zona envolvente! No geral, tudo estava OK. Apenas sugeria um pouco mais de luz no quarto, uma vez o mesmo não dispunha de um candeeiro central para iluminar melhor o quarto.

Everything was perfect except the kitchen could do with a larger pan, a cloth to wipe surfaces and / or some kitchen paper as it only had a sponge.

ELIZABETH (7/5): It could be so good but the lack of adequate heating made the whole stay unpleasant. - Breakfast was good only one hot option, staff were friendly and professional.The building was immaculately presented, location perfect for our needs , so much to like , however please see our other comments. Cold the bedroom was not pre heated so on arrival was 19 degrees, at which point windows were closed and we were informed the air con would heat the room adequately, it did not from 4 pm untill 7 pm it was still at 22 degrees, we had to ask for additional heating , by 10 pm the room was at 25 degrees still not that comfortable worst still the bathroom had no heating at all, water was not hot enough for a shower especially considering the ambient temperature.

Não ter alguma coisa para por na banheira pois escorreguei nela e ter mais atenção ao ar condicionado pois o do quarto da minha filha e neto não aqueceu e tiveram frio.

The pool, wish we'd made more use off, really enjoyed it tho. Breakfast was simple and straightforward, no fuss, plenty to get us going in the morning.

Pequeno almoço variado e muita atenção na reposição, espaço bonito e cuidado no geral, o convívio com os equídeos no espaço fazem sempre as delícias de todos, e o céu estrelado é um bónus muito bem vindo! A piscina é super limpa e ambiente calmo. Não é não gostar, porque por acaso não reparei nos horários antes de reservar, mas o pequeno almoço é em horário demasiado cedo, tal como indiquei no check out. Foi explicado que esporadicamente alargam, mas 9h da manhã de 2a a 6a, para quem está de férias, é um incomodozinho. Depois há o cuidado (ou falta dele) de algumas funcionárias logo de manhã, pelas 7h ou +/-. Quem está no piso térreo acorda com barulho de portas a bater e loiça. Não é agradável e é possível melhorar porque há uma funcionária que nesse aspecto é impecável. Outro ponto a repensar é o facto de não haver um estendal nos quartos com terraço principalmente. Seria natural que num espaço com piscina houvesse onde colocar toalhas e fatos de banho para secar.

It would have been great to also have a mirror in the bedroom rather than just in the bathroom and a headboard on the bed to lean against to read a book.

Peteandfran (9/5): An excellent night’s accommodation. - On arrival, we were warmly greeted by a friendly, smiling girl who was very helpful. The room was exceptionally clean, modern and comfortable with a delightful outside sitting area set in the lush grounds of the Equestrian Centre. The choice at breakfast was very good and the food was eaten in a sunny glass conservatory. There was plenty of parking, (just up from the rooms and away from the road.) We highly recommend Vale De Ferreiros.
