• D V V S (4/5): It is not worth for money and hotel require refurbishment. - Breakfast is fine and location is good. Air-con was very noisy and requested for room change and the hotel changed my room. Hot water not working in the room. The tap mixer for hot and cold water not functioning properly and it is defective and end up taking bath with cold water at 4:00am before check-out.
• Shubhangi B (5/5): - The room was decent. The bed side glass was broken. The fridge was not functioning properly. They don't allow visitors. And the managing staff keeps checking in on you when you enter the hotel. It's kind of annoying.
• MADHAVI (1/5): Would not stay there again. - The conditon of the room was very poor. I declined offer to change room as the hotel overall seemed in a poor condition and stayed only one night (had booked for two nights). Dusty and dirty wooden fixtures, very dirty and stained fridge (not usable). As fridge was not usable, asked for second key to keep room a/c on so that my food items remained cool but was refused. Blocked toilet. Bed was okay

Replace the sanitary ware, taps, health faucet were rusted 4. Air conditioning control broken and difficult to change the temperature setting 5. DTH TV not working ☹️ 6. Water heating kettle lid completely broken. Very unsafe to use it in this condition 7. Toileteries were not kept before checking in. Upon request they supplied it Overall, unsatisfactory rating 😔.

• Sidharth (6/5): Pleasant for short Stays ! - Hotel is placed at a good location very near Secunderabad club. Options for lot of eateries around, coffee shop, hospital and also a grocery store. Availability of local transport like auto is frequent. Room is spacious. Sheets & towels are clean. Bed, pillows are comfortable. Room & Bathroom is found to be neat and tidy. They are some issues which should have been taken care of as a routine. 1. AC has no temperature control. Either one has to switch it off or it will cool up like hell. There is no ceiling fan. 2. Nobody was picking up Room Service number so I called reception to convey my requirements, instead he suggests me to call Room service and disconnects the call. 3. I checked in late and was in a hurry and left immediately. Late night when I went to shower I see that there is no hand shower nor bucket and a mug. No option but to change over again and call room service for these. Although a small thing, this should be taken care of while checking in. 4. Room lighting is dull. 5. For a similar range of prices hotels with better services were availed by me in Hyderabad.

Also, they weren’t willing to accommodate a small delay in check-out despite me having spoken to three people on the matter. In fact, they called me as if making sure I would exit the place. The staff could do with a little courtesy and politeness.

• Dr (8/5): Overall Ok Ok, I will look for other establishments before booking in Hyderabad next time for the premium price I am pay - Property is somewhat near metro, so it’s convenient to travel The room seems old and not well maintained, for the price I’m paying I got one of the old type room. They haven’t mentioned the benefits of choosing rooms with higher prices hence it’s a bit confusing.
