Rompono le scatole per il silenzio , poi alle 08.00 di mattina urlano dall’ufficio a fianco a Bungalow In 4 persone sempre la mattina tirano la sabbia e parlano ad alta voce quando ancora magari stai dormendo. Se prendo un bungalow vorrei isolarmi invece sembra di essere nella via centrale di un paese Letto con materasso duro , le prese sono da tutte le parti tranne che vicino al letto come delle luci che mancano di fianco o dei “comodini” Bagno del 1680 , buchi nel pavimento e menomale che il proprietario è di Cesena …. Simpaticissimo che nemmeno saluta 😂😂😂 Non so , non ci tornerei !

Det är mycket missvisande bilder och beskrivning när man kollar på bokningsappar det var kackerlackor i rummet och i badrummet var det ett mindre zoo av diverse kryp och grodor.

Room was basic but comfortable with air con & fan, fridge, large bathroom, safe, kettle etc. Cleaned to good standard every day. Peaceful & relaxing stay. Staff helpful when asked anything. Had issues with mosquitoes but not property's fault. My mossie plug in wouldn't work because the 2 pin sockets are vertical & not horizontal. Bedside table with lamp would be helpful.

• alena (6/5): jednoduché ubytování pro nenáročné. v chladnějším období dostačující. - personál příjemný, vstřícný, ochotný. pitná voda k dispozici za velmi příznivou cenu. mezi chatkami vždy uklizeno a čisto. úklid chatek každodenný, velmi dobrý. chatky jsou dřevěné, bez klimatizace. vyhřáté od sluníčka, takže noci opravdu velmi náročné. k dispozici 2 větráky, ale při nich se spát opravdu nedá. zařízení celkově opotřebované. matrace hodně tvrdé. ubytování je v nehezké lokalitě. přístupová cesta prašná, jde se mezi odpadky a chatrčemi místních. z druhé strany velmi rychlý přístup (přes nehezké) zázemí resortu na hlavní pláž a do centra.

No aircon so it is very hot in the bungalow, the street to get to Family Song is very dark and smelly. The beds are super hard. Lots of gaps in the bungalow so the mosquitoes can get in. Very low water pressure in the shower. Think the whole property is in need of renovation.

Ringraziamo Cristiano e tutto il suo staff cosi gentili e sempre disponibili. Spiaggia a 2 minuti e cene con un pesce fresco cucinato alla griglia al family restaurant.ci abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore Speriamo di tornare🧡🩵

Quite smelly. Not clean. Cockroaches and other creatures have easy access with big gaps under doors and windows. Bathroom drain is a hole in the wall where golf ball size snails have easy access. Towels and beds were clean. WiFi didn’t work most of the time.

• Mariano (1/5): Dissapointing - Unfortunately, our stay at these bungalows in Koh Lipe was very disappointing. The main issue was the attitude of the receptionist, who was consistently unfriendly and unhelpful, making us feel unwelcome from the beginning. Throughout the property there are signs everywhere listing penalties and fines for guests — for stained bedsheets, broken items, etc. The tone and design of these signs are in very poor taste and create a hostile atmosphere, as if guests are expected to misbehave. It’s not the kind of environment you expect when you’re on holiday. Another very strange and unpleasant surprise (especially in Asia) was being charged to refill drinking water. This felt petty and unnecessary. We also rented bicycles from the hotel, which were in very poor condition. Even though we returned them almost immediately due to safety concerns, we were still charged for the full day. To make things worse, we had a serious issue with the laundry service: some of our clothes were stained/dyed during washing, and despite this, we were still charged for the service, with no apology or compensation offered. The only real positive point is the location. The hotel is about 150 meters from the beach, which is great. However, to get there you have to cross a street with stagnant fish water and rats, which is far from pleasant. Overall, the location cannot compensate for the poor service, lack of hospitality, and unfair policies. We would not stay here again.

• Gullyso (6/5): Great island, mediocre accommodation with nice staff - Nice staff who do their best. Spacious bungalow/hut. Good place to book boat and tour tickets including free mototaxi/tuktuk transfer. If the weather was better and I could share the cost the others I would have booked one of their fishing trips which sound great. Good location. Close enough to walk to Pattaya Beach but not too close to get the worst of the beach music noise at night. As for the island, very impressed, something for everyone! I am a snorkeller and I managed to find a few sheltered beaches despite the unseasonal stormy rainy weather. No wifi during the days we stayed there (they said it was broken), which was disappointing as I had no data/sim card; Instead we had to go to cafes which all had it. The cheaper bungalows like the one we stayed in are in a very shady spot under trees with poor ground drainage on site during heavy rain and plenty of mosquitos day and night. On the plus side I guess the shade is good in hot dry weather. Nice hammock on the deck if not many mozzies about. There was a mosquito net over the bed (good!) but unfortunately it smelt musty and gave one of us a headache so we put it back up and used repellent instead, Despite these shortcomings they seemed to be fully booked and probably so for the rest of the high season. The basic shady huts are probably OK or good for young backpackers who aren't fussy but if I was to stay again I would definitely choose one of their better grade and better value units like those near the beach road entrance.

Noise from rooms above and at side. Poor balcony configuration, could not sit out as no privacy and no width/space to do so. No view, looking at a shed. Could not leave curtains open due to lack of privacy, people walking past entry doors. Pictures online don't reflect this.

• Nora (8/5): Kein *Resort aber eine gute günstige Unterkunft - Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt einfach. Man kann nicht erwarten für 20€ die Nacht ein Bungalow am Strand zu bekommen. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Balkon mit Hängematte und Sitzmöglichkeiten gemütlich. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es wurde täglich gereinigt. Die Lage ist super, 2 min zum Strand und 5 min über den Strand zur Walking street. Der Fan ist recht laut, aber wird definitiv benötigt. Die Matratze ist ziemlich hart. Man kann vor Ort Wäsche waschen aber es war schon sehr teuer (280B für einen mittleren Wäschesack). Man muss eine kleine Gasse zur Unterkunft gehen, was nicht schlimm ist, aber der Geruch durch den Hinterhof des Resorts ist schon sehr unangenehm. Wir würden dennoch wiederkommen, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und der Preis stimmt!

• Patrick (7/5): Is it really worth it? - Good location, conscientious housekeeping staff,pleasant reception personnel ,at least one of whom spoke good English.Lovely birdsong throughout the day.Super swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling. Poor sound insulation means that doors closing in other cabins and conversations reverberate around the site. Management requests for silence between 11pm and 8am frequently went unheeded and this was frustrating. Koh Lipe has too many tourists for its size, so be prepared for crowds, especially on Walking Street, which is a novelty at first but soon becomes a headache.Also expect inflated prices for everything, especially accommodation.

• Sabena (1/5): Disrespectful and rude owner - Good location The owner was very rude as I had a family emergency and needed to call home so I went on the balcony and made my phone call as it was night time even though I spoke normal the neighbours complained to the owner and in the morning the receptionist knocked on the door and said the owner wants to see you okay? Fine I will go and see him after I got dressed as I was still sleeping after about two minutes the owner came to the door did not even give me a chance to go to the office and he was shouting and screaming and saying I was making too much noise and kept the other residence up this was a one off had he waited for me in the office I would said sorry but he was at my door with the neighbours pointing a finger at me and all of them screaming and shouting at me unacceptable behaviour from the owner he should have been more courteous and waited for me to discuss this in private not in front of other residents who are also been very rude to me. I felt very threatened by him Also the bedding was not washed at the right temperature as there was bedbugs in the bed so that made sleeping and staying there unbearable so I left three days early because I could not even stay there a moment longer

• Lauren (6/5): Staff lovely however not a place I would recommend - Staff where lovely and cleaners in everyday The road and out is really dirty and smelly with dead rats The mosquitos are rife , you sleep with nets over you There is no air con it is fans and it just blows hot air around the room with the nets on you can't even feel it. Beds are really uncomfortable don't think we got much sleep in the 4 days we were there.
• Cathy (8/5): Really good basic stay for one night between ferries - Basic but everything worked. Good mosquito nets over beds. Safe worked but wasn’t attached to anything!
• Derek (9/5): Superb - Nice location, about 3 minutes walk to the beach, with Walking Street a further 3 minutes away! Rooms are spotless, the fan room I had felt stuffy at times so I'd go for an air conditioned room next time! The staff and family are very good
• Qing (5/5): Is £140 a night worthy for a simple bungalow without fridge and AC? - Simple bungalow. Very basic room. Smaller than the photos. Too expensive during holiday season. Room is too small for three guests.
• Gabriel (9/5): Superb - Very good for the price. Quiet place.
• Marat (8/5): A simple, no-frills, and very quiet hotel in a great location, offering excellent value for money. -
• Phechlang (8/5): Friendly staff, convenient location - Great location, a few minutes’ walk to beaches and walking street. Easy walk to explore other areas too. Gaps in the floorboards of the bedroom allowed lots of mosquitoes to come through. Open windows in bathroom were good for airflow but also meant there were mosquitoes there too. A mosquito net is provided which at least allows a good sleep.
• Sean (5/5): Passable - It was a nice place but way over priced probably because it was Christmas paid 2300 a night I'd expect 700 with all the creepy crawlies that joined u lol doubt i go back not just to the hotel the island it's been. Ruined since I was there 7 years ago
