- john (8/5): Nice hotel but needs some updating. - We arrived to find we were on the 3rd floor of our block with 34 steep stairs to climb and no lift, the room was well equipped and clean, the bathroom door had been wet at some previous time and was hard to close due to the swollen being swollen, the practice of allowing towels to be placed in sunbeds early in the morning resulted in the best sunbed locations being taken by the same people during our 7 day stay.

- Ziv (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, it is chill, with nice pool, tasty breakfast, very close to the main street. Mostly families and elderly. By default room service was not the best, but once I asked for something they assisted.

- Daniel (10/5): A good pick in Nidri - It's a nice boutique like hotel, the staff is very friendly and helpful, it seems like a family business. The staff all wear masks during the pandemic. The breakfast is quite good. We got an economy room which is pretty small, would recommend picking a larger room for longer stays. The one thing that is missing is mosquito nets, the regular curtains are not sufficient. They do however provide a mosquito repellent gadget.
- Paul (10/5): Great Hotel and Staff - The George is conveniently located a few minutes walk from central Nidri up a quiet lane. The staff are amazing - they cannot do enough for you. The room was very comfortable with efficient, quiet AC and a comfortable bed. The use of a fridge was a life-saver, as it was very hot and we were kept with a good supply of cold water. Good swimming pool and plenty of sunbeds to go around. I'll be going back!

- Beverly (8/5): Good hotel near shops, restaurants and beach - Hotel is clean and well kept. The manager and staff were really helpful. Hotel has a restaurant with a nice menu and the breakfast was very good with plenty of choices of bread, pastries, yoghurt and eggs. The pool is quite large but, as the hotel was busy, there were not really enough sun beds. Towels for the pool were supplied as were bathrobes and slippers. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the ferry and two minutes from the lively centre of Nidri with loads of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. We’ve stayed in Nidri several times before and this is the nicest hotel we’ve found. All in all, a good experience.

- Mags (10/5): Perfect for our needs - Perfect for our needs - a one night stopover before boarding a charter yacht. Peaceful, set back from the main sreet but only 5 mins to the seafront and all the nightlife, bars you might need. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our room, balcony and bathroom were spotless and spacious. Highly recommend. We shall always use this hotel for the future similar trips!

El recibimiento fue muy amable, nos acompañaron hasta la habitación, que tenía un balcón con vistas a la piscina. Habitación pequeña, pero muy cómoda con cojines y almohadas para elegir, albornoz, toalla para la piscina y amenities en el baño (incluido aftersun). Alrededor de la piscina tienen distintas zonas con tumbonas, sillones y mesas para desayunar. Desayuno buffet variado. ¡Lo único negativo es no poder disfrutarlo más días!

- Skip (10/5): Family run hotel right on its own beach. - Lovely spot, we were there just one night and were given a welcoming beer on arrival. The room was not huge but very adequate and was clean. Balcony with a sea view and a lovely home made breakfast in the morning. We would definitely stay there again. It would be hard to get there without a car. Andy
- GRAHAM (10/5): Excellent stay in lovely hotel. - Lovely hotel. We had a superior room looking over the pool ( by mistake apparently! ) which was nice ! The staff were excellent, great breakfast, if you wanted bacon and eggs you only had to ask, the pool and pool area were excellent and it was only a short walk to the main street and waterfront.
